CJ was great! He fixed our kitchen sink clog and a garbage disposal pipe that another warranty company messed up last year. He also was kind enough to give me advice about 2 other plumbing issues I’m having in other parts of the house so that I can try to repair those myself. We just purchased Earl’s home warranty about a month ago (we had just found out that they had a warranty service through a friend that started using them and likes them) and I couldn’t be more pleased about the switch to them. They have someone that actually answers the phone when you want to put a claim in, not just an automated service that other warranty companies use that want the fee before you even tell them what the issue is. They were also able to come out the very next day (and maybe even the same day had I called earlier in the day), unlike our previous warranty company that would take at least 3-4 days to show up. Also, Earl’s is only $99 for a service call with their warranty, as opposed to $135 if they would’ve had to come out without the warranty. We are very pleased we made the switch to Earl’s home warranty!!

Very professional service. A technician is assigned the day we call for service. They are always prompt, keep us updated on when the technician will arrive and every technician we have had is knowledgeable and explains the work that needs to be done. We are extremely satisfied with Earl’s Plumbing!

Glenn came out to help us figure out why our air conditioner was not cooling like we thought it should. Not only did he solve the issue, he was so kind and helpful and answered my son‘s questions about all things cooling. We have never had anything but a great experience with Earls! We have had their home warranty for over two years now and will continue to renew it!

Hunter is an excellent plumber but also an excellent employee. We see very few young people who have the high skills plus an excellent positive attitude! He will bring your business to a top rating and make more long term customers t than you have always wanted.

Jerry came and evaluated our leak situation. He told us a couple of different scenarios of what it could be and different strategies to repair it. We were well informed and told what to expect. He took the least invasive solution and went to work. Repair was finished and clean up completed. Water was turned back on and water heater recirculating pump restarted. He was very pleasant and professional throughout the process. Thank you Jerry and Earls plumbing. We have used them for a long, long time and are never disappointed. A Christian company that really honors Christ in how they conduct business.

The guys were awesome, they did a great job. They were out here a few times because of permits and inspectors and stuff, and they were always on time and very good with all their actions and everything they did with our property.

Excellent service... the 2 guys...Alex and Ray were professional and got my daughter's plumbing fixed in a timely manner and I would definitely use Earl's Plumbing again!!!

I had a couple of line breaks due to freezing weather, and also underground leaks due to poor connections from previous work by others. Earls was fully transparent, they provided estimates and showed photos before and while doing the work. I would definitely use them again.

CT and Shawn were both very professional and provided a great service in repairing my dryer vent that went under a floor to an outside wall. The repair was done well and met my expectations. I was pleased and will use them again for future service.

Earls HVAC Technicians were great. Very responsive, Knowledgeable, and customer oriented. I would like to Address a concern I have with scheduling. When scheduling an appointment, please keep in mind that there is a customer on the other end who schedules his or her day around that appointment. On two different occasions this month, Earls technicians arrived well after the scheduled time block. The first time it was three hours after the 8 to 12 time block the customer was given and the second time it was two hours after the 8 to 9 AM time block, the customer was given. As a customer, I rearranged my schedule to make these appointment windows. Many of your customers take off work. They move appointments around to be available at the scheduled time; They make it a priority to be there when they’re supposed to be there. Dispatch, or whoever is doing the scheduling should at least have the courtesy to let the customer know when the timeframe, whether it be one hour or four hours is not met so that the customer can adjust accordingly or reschedule. That has not happened on two occasions. Please keep the customer in mind and contact the customer when a window for scheduling is not met, particularly if it’s 2 to 3 hours off the window, which is what happened in my two cases this month. Put yourself in the Customer shoes. If you took time off of work or changed your schedule to meet an appointment window, and no one showed up until 2 to 3 hours after that appointment window, I believe you would be a little frustrated as well. I apologize for the long response but hopefully it’s something your company can address. Thank you.

The technicians that came to my home were very friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I got online for an appointment on Sunday night and Monday they scheduled me in for that day. If you need someone reasonable to do your plumbing needs call Earl’s , they will not disappoint. Thanks guys!

We have always had a great experience every time we’ve used Earl’s. Glenn was very knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed the issue and walked us through the fix. He was friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend! We have the home warranty which has paid for itself for the last 3 years. I called the office after lunch today to have our heater looked ant and a technician was on the way by 4! He even made sure to get to the parts store before they closed so he could get our heater fixed today.

I have a home warranty with Earl's and they are the best. I save so much money on repairs and clogs. Buying a home is great but then u have to pay to fix the stuff that breaks. With Earl's Plumbing I do not worry about that. Their technicians are the best. I had a plumbing issue after hours last Friday and they sent out Elijah Villarreal and he was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently and fixed it just as fast. I am so grateful! I was worried I had a bigger problem and he did his job wonderfully. Thank U Elijah!

We have used Earl's for both plumbing and electrical services and they are the best! All the technicians have been very professional, they always arrive during their scheduled time, their pricing is fair and up-front, and they are able to come out the same day or next day, when needed. We won't use anyone else!
