On time. Briyden was very thorough and explained everything where it was understandable. He was very friendly and polite. He explained all options that I might be interested in.

Have bought 2 units and a mini split from AccuTemp. Those installations went well. However, later, I signed up for the maintenance plan. I'm out of town fairly often, so when I was in town I tried to schedule a maintenance checkup. I spoke with Camille, and she curtly told me she would NOT schedule an appt until I paid my balance on my unused maintenance plan. I told her I'd be glad to pay the balance if I could get someone out while I'm here as I'll be leaving again in a couple weeks. She refused to schedule the visit. Therefore, I refused to pay. So my basic question that she could not answer is: why am I paying for a service I have not received? I've had regular maintenance plans in the past, and when they came out, they always brought filters, and replaced the ones I had. Note that AccuTemp's maint plan DOES NOT do that. For me, this is like a useless gym membership you never use or can use, in this case.

Dylan was professional and respectful. He called before coming and was on time. He went over what he checked, and showed me pictures.. Great service

Jonathon was a trooper. He wasted no time and was very thorough in his explanation of what I need to continue enjoying my AC. Highly recommend AccuTemp for HVAC service. While I’m here, AccuTemp also does electrical and plumbing work which is a huge plus.

D’Vante provided top-notch, excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable in determining the root cause of the issue. He went over & beyond to provide videos & pictures of the issue to let Entergy understand the issue was on their side. Bespoke with the technician when he arrived. He suggested a surge protector at the circuit box would give piece of mind to my mother, who is scared of the house catching on fire. We agreed and requested Dvante to install. Dvante is a true asset for Accu-temp.

Gage Blank a Service Tech at Accu Temp is awesome. Gage has a very nice personality. He did repairs I needed done in a timely matter. He kept me informed through the process. He did a great job. Thank you Gage for the excellent customer service.

Was quoted around $800 to try and clear some tree roots in my sewer pipes. But it really needed to be replaced, which they quoted me around 4K. But don't worry! Join their subscription-based membership program to get a discount! And they offer financing!!

Called another plumber for a second opinion and they told me the blockage was on the city side and I wouldn't have to pay for the replacement! Either the Accutemp workers were too incompetent to realize the blockage was on the city side, or they were trying to take advantage of me.

My 3 year old heating and air system still wasn't working properly and decided to try AccuTemp instead of the company that installed it. The new system would never reach 70° and would run non stop. The company that installed it could never fix this problem but the technician from Accutemp Services, Tristan Neptune, did. Tristan was courteous, polite and very professional. He explained in detail that the way my heater had been installed it was only able to operate at 66% power and that's why it would run continuously to reach the thermostat setting of 72°. Tristan fixed and corrected the original installation and now my heater finally works at 100% power. AccuTemp is now my trusted heating and air service company to use. And so is Tristan Neptune..

Jonathan McFarland gave great customer service. Took his time explaining the current state of my system and my options. Also explain other questions I had in layman’s terms so I could grasp what he was truly talking about.

The service techs were very thorough and courteous in DJ ping their job. The person in charge was very knowledgeable and explained the unit and thermostat very well and answered all questions. We were very impressed and glad we chose Accutemp for our AC/Htg unit!

The whole process from setting an appointment online and getting a notice of the arrival of a technician was spot on. Brendan arrived within the time frame and did an excellent job of installing the kitchen faucet. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I will contact AccuTemp Services for all of my futures needs and will recommend them to friends and coworkers.

Dajohn was very polite and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing and he answered all my questions in great detail. The cost of the service for today was very affordable.

I needed an urgent repair to a water line in my attic and they sent someone out very quickly after I called earlier that morning. The repairman was very professional and got the job done quickly. It wasn't cheap, but the speed and the results made it worth the price.
