Great service and great prices. My main water shutoff valve practically exploded Saturday night and Tommy Wainwright came out Sunday morning, replaced it in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the young man Dajohn Morris his service was excellent he explained everything to us. Very courteous from the time he came till he left truly dedicated.

Bradley did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous He went over everything he did. I would like him to provide upkeep and repair
for all of the services at my home.

Luke was very professional. He definitely made me feel comfortable and gained my trust to service my HVAC system. His knowledge helped me understand a little more about the system I have. All around great guy!

I would never recommend this company for any service. We had a major plumbing issue and the office lady assured me that their plumbers are equipped for any problems that had occurred. She sent first plumber who just looked at the problem and did nothing. Second plumber came out and he did nothing. Third plumber came out and did nothing. Due to their incompetence and no repairs done by late afternoon, it was too late to call another company to come out for same day service. This company is good at No service

AccuTemp has always given great service. I’ve never had any issues with any of the folks who have come out to complete work at my home. Jonathan McFarland was sent recently and I must say he is truly exceptional. Very respectable, polite and professional. He was honest, upfront and thorough, he answered every concern or question I had before I asked. Mr. McFarland has a peaceful aura that is comforting to be around. He’s a great guy and embodies all that AccuTemp stands for. I have and will recommend AccuTemp to any and all my friends and family.

It was time for my twice-yearly maintenance check on my AC/heating system. I told Felix that the heating had a hard time keeping up with the recent cold snap we’d had. He found the reason, and thank God the house hadn’t burned down! The wires for the heating had burned up and had been arcing every time the heat had come on. Felix got someone over here to give me a quote for a replacement, and he made sure all those wires were disconnected and capped off. He said that he was my leaving until my home was 100% safe from fire from those wires. I appreciate that kind of dedication. He explained everything he was doing, and showed me all the wiring that he was talking about. And he was very friendly and polite.

Matt and Chris did an outstanding job with our AC service yesterday. They were extremely respectful, courteous, and careful throughout the entire visit. The install was done professionally, they worked quickly, and had everything wrapped up in about three hours—finished before noon. They also made sure to clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Overall, great experience and highly recommend!

Had an emergency plumbing issue the day after Thanksgiving and they came out quickly. Communicated so well with updates because it was a rental property and I was not present. Provided visually what was going on explained everything every well. The communication is so important and they made this stressful situation something that was easy and quick to manage. I highly recommend them. They go above and beyond and gave me advice to prevent and treat issues going forward.

Very quick and very reasonable. Blower motor went out. Cameron diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. Also helped me with cost because of a fixed budget. Will definitely call and refer them for all future needs. If all your techs are as good and respectful as Cameron then I see many more favorable reviews coming your way. He is a definite credit to Accutemp.

All of my service providers did an excellent job: Allen ( plumber), Devante (electrician), Andrew ( AC service). All explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend all of them.

Had great service from Cameron. He came in and was respectful and knowledgeable. Was able to check and clean out a sensor that got the heater to ignite without issues and changed out the filter. He also checked the outside unit and provided updates. Great service!

Bernard Boudet was very professional and informative. He was hands on and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate him very much for explaining to me the issue and was able to repair in the same visit. 10/10 rating and would recommend.

DaJohn was a tremendous help! He was able to figure our quickly what was wrong with my thermostat and had a replacement on hand. Service was easy to schedule though Accutemp's website and I was able to get a tech that same day. Pricey, but in the understandable way for tradesmen repair and it was worth every penny to make sure every thing working and there were no other underlying issues.

Pleasant serviceman and took the time to tach me how to handle future light fixture issues. Damage done on a previous service date and reconciled today at no charge. This company has always given me good service.

Tommy Wainwright and Matthew Morrow came to replace our toilet.and they also did a water heater flush for our tankless water heater. They were awesome. We asked them about many things and they had the answers. They are highly skilled and very thorough. They were also friendly which is really great. They took our old toilet away and brought us our new toilet and even found us an ADA toilet. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. Great job

I had a full HVAC unit and duct work replaced 12 months ago. The outside unit that was installed was covered in dents, and it took about 6 weeks of back and forth to get that replaced.

6 months in, the drain pan float was wired incorrectly and flooded my attic and ruined the ceiling beneath it. It took multiple calls to their office before someone even called me back to address the issue. The tech they sent to complete the carpentry work did a great job, but the carpet installer borrowed some tools he never retuned. Accutemp informed me the flood was a result of improper wiring and drain tubing that “melted” in the heat of the attic. Initially, they wanted to charge me to replace it, but eventually they corrected the repairs at no charge.

Most recently, a tech came out for the 12 month checkup and informed me the outside unit had a weak capacitor. When we questioned the need to replace an item that was installed brand new 12 months ago, silence.

Silence seems to be a tend for this company. I’m very disappointed that they refuse to stand behind the work they completed. Once my $30k went through, I can get no response. When I try to call, an auto attendant, who sounds him a like answers, and eventually I get transferred to a human. I request to speak with Patrick, but he doesn’t call back.

Stay local. Shop around, listen to others. Read reviews and go with your gut!
