Too much to say, will update. When I have more time. Private equity ruined this company. Would not recommend. Find a local and privately owned company that cares about craftsmanship, the customer, and not just getting your money. Their poor craftsmanship almost caused a house fire. Thank goodness we were home when our oven exploded - this was after they improperly installed a new electrical panel and didn’t realize it was not properly grounded. Sent out multiple electricians and a different company diagnosed the problem. Their electrician came back out and confirmed craftsmanship but the new GM did not take responsibility for all the appliances that blew after installing the electrical panel.

I had an excellent experience with the Chas Patterson from Accutemp. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and was very knowledgeable in explaining everything related to the system and the repairs needed. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the unit, clearly explain the issue, and walk me through the repair process in a way that was easy to understand, answering all of my questions without rushing.

The repair was completed efficiently, and he made sure the system was working properly before leaving. I also appreciated how respectful he was of my home, leaving the area clean and organized. Since the service, my HVAC system has been running smoothly and efficiently. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of reliable and knowledgeable HVAC repair.

Omar Ortiz came out to perform my generator inspection and did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the generator was operating properly and safely before he left.
His attention to detail and willingness to answer my questions really stood out. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about doing the job right. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend Omar Ortiz to anyone needing generator service or inspection.

Accutemp was so fast at repairing our water heater issue. We had an electrical issue and I called them as a new client at midnight on Friday and they were here the next morning. Our issue was completely fixed by 11am Saturday. Tommy is the best. He was so professional and helpful. Mason was great as well. He fixed our electrical issue so fast and we were able to have hot water again. I highly recommend Accutemp.

Tony was an amazing electric tech. He came out early, was clean and respectful, and got right to work. He photoed and documented all work along the way and had great attention to detail. He worked a long day to make sure everything got re-wired today as we were in a time crunch. I highly recommend Tony for any electrical work you may have.

Very disappointed in my most recent experience. We have had a home warranty through Earl’s for several years. Until now I’ve felt like they have treated us fairly and provided a great service.

This time we called on a broken water heater. Our warranty plan is capped at $1,000 for water heater repair. Unfortunately our water heater had reached the end of its life. Earl’s was happy to replace it, but charged $1,825 to do so. With our warranty, that left an out of pocket cost to us of $825. Less than 5 minutes of online shopping will show multiple vendors who offer the exact same water heater for under $900. So, either Earl’s gets really bad deals on their supplies, charges upwards of $1,000 for a 2-hour install, or they’re marking up their service to recoup warranty costs. Considering how long they’ve been in business, I doubt they’re paying too much for their supplies. And, knowing the relative ease involved in replacing a first floor closet unit, I can’t believe the installation warrants $1,000 of labor. My guess is that Earl’s is joining the ranks of AHS and the other larger home warranty companies who promise the security of a warranty but don’t necessarily deliver.

I may still work with them on a case-by-case basis, but this will be the last year we opt in to their home warranty program.

Second time we’ve used Earl’s in the last few months. Both times we have had excellent service and reasonable pricing. Earl’s is now are go to plumber!

Luis and Jacob were professional, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process of identifying and repairing our AC issues. A great experience from beginning to end!

My entire experience with Earl’s Plumbing was highly satisfactory. The office staff with whom I spoke were most competent and efficient in providing information to me and arranging for the work to be performed. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the job I wished Earl’s to perform was scheduled and completed. Jerry and his assistant showed up on time and got the job done in a most reasonable period of time. They were dedicated to performing the work competently and carefully. I was also impressed at how well your people listened to our specific request on where to install the RO system and did it exactly as we wished. Jonathan and his work partner immediately went to work on 2 toilets and a drain problem. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They fixed my plumbing issues for a reasonable fee.

Elijah headed over right away on a Saturday when we had a broken pipe. He was courteous and spelled out pricing upfront. Got the job done quickly and to our satisfaction. Very nice chatting with him afterwards also!

I called Earls plumbing late on Monday and they came the following day and I had a leaking pedestal bathroom sink. There plumber was very friendly and courteous and consulted me on everything, he made a run for parts then finished the job, I was super happy with his work and the time he took to explain everything, he was very professional and knowledgeable. And it was a totally affordable price!!

My 3rd day home from hospital after 4 months ..wonderful people..no charge to me. Cleaned shower drain also. They said " merry Christmas" how nice!will use them from now on & told my friends. Wow. Thank you
