There are no words! Josh was amazing. Late night emergency call and he was here until 1230am. He was so professional, so knowledgeable and as nice as could be. He worked so hard and we couldn’t be more thankful. Our issue was bigger than what could be solved last night so he made us an appointment and will return to work on it longer. I couldn’t ask for a better experience in our time of need. Thank you so much and thank you Josh for being so amazing!!

7 July— And he saved us again! Josh is amazing. He works so hard and is so professional. Has done a great job fixing all of our issues from a lightning strike. Can’t recommend him highly enough!!

Jimmy was incredibly knowledgeable of all things electrical and provided what I thought were great ideas to make and keep the house electrical system great again. He was also very good at communicating.

I've been a F.H Furry member for about 2 years the membership is totally worth it and I get genuine feedback and help, sure your gonna pay when it comes to repairs but F.H Furr stays on the low end and I had Jimmy changed my Kitchen outlets he did A-1 work and saved Thanksgiving lol he was knowledgeable and I speak for all of F.H Furr employees they will give you their honest opinion and take pride in their work. Price and service is honestly not matched F.H Furr is killin it.

Mark Graham did excellent job. Arrived for a water leak emergency. Knowledgable , excellent at communicating the root cause of the issues and fixing them. Highly recommend mark graham.

Marco came out on an emergent call after hours. He arrived less than an hour and resolved my electrical problem. He explained everything he was doing and reassured me everything was going to be fine. He was polite and courteous, perfect customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone. If I ever need them again I will be asking them to send out Marco.

Ahmed Salhhadin came out to inspect and fix an irrigation issue that was discovered in the crawl space of my house. He was extremely professional and thorough. He let me know exactly what he was doing and provided photos and videos after to show me exactly what was done. I plan to request Ahmed for all future plumbing appointments.

Joshua Traylor was sent to inspect and help with an issue I had noticed with my boiler. Fortunately, it was not really an issue and more of an adjustment to the setting on the boiler, and Joshua was efficient at identifying so. He was also helpful in explaining what he identified so I had an understanding of what was being done.

Marco Lloyd was by far one of the best techs I've ever seen. He absolutely went above and beyond all of our expectations. I can't say enough good about his service!

Having an electrical issue the week of Christmas was daunting to say the least but FH Furr came through and got a service call scheduled same day! No one else in town seemed to be able to do that. Jimmy was awesome - super friendly and identified the issues really quickly. Thanks!

So my heater was down and I had no heat and I called this company to come and do an inspection and see if they can put it back up running. They sent down a technician for diagnosis and they charged me $100 just for the visit. the technician gave me an estimate of around $8000 for the repair and replacement of some parts, which was a crazy number and I could not afford it. so I went out looking for another company and finally found one. Not only diagnosed but repaired the furnace right on spot. It was only a matter of 30 minutes work it just needed some bolts and nuts to be tightened up. The whole job costed me $150 while this company was gonna charge me about $8000. so if you can find another technician or company, please do not go with this company. Their prices are horrible. I am glad I took another route and didn’t go with this company.

Jimmy Nguyen was a pleasure to have in my house! He greeted my dog and made her feel at ease. He discussed all the options for placement and products with me. They came out within 24 hours of my calling, which is officially a huge deal because an historic winter storm is coming and I need a generator in order to have well water for my animals as well as myself! The work was done so neatly that it looks like it was always there. He’s coming back next week to get a lot more done, and I can relax about it knowing it will be done well and handled professionally in all respects. These are my plumbers and electricians for life. Highly recommend!

Today i had an electrical inspection. My technician was Jimmy Nguyen. He was very personable and did a great job. He went above and beyond for me. I asked if he would change all of my smoke detector batteries since I don't like getting up on a ladder. He did that for me. I also told him I had a hardtime seeing the numbers on my electrical panel and he surprised me by highlighting them with a sharpie! A+

Jimmy was a great tech. Efficient and thorough. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thankful for same day service in a Saturday. Well worth the $100 emergency fee for same day service in my opinion. The overall cost of the job seemed a bit high for the time and material used which is my only complaint. I accepted that as cost of convenience. Jimmy had my new breaker, line, and outlet installed quick and clean.

Marco came today and solved the electrical issues that were truly impacting the quality of life of my family. He was extremely knowledgeable and understanding and helped me find a solution that worked wonderfully. He is an absolute treasure and I so appreciate you sending me your finest. Many, many thanks!

Mr Roux extremely polite and informative. Began repair quickly, explained what he was doing and completed the successful repair Mr Roux is an excellent representative for Accutemp. It is technicians like Mr Roux that keeps us as customers of Accutemp. Five stars to Chandler Roux as far as we are concerned.

I want to give a very big Thank You to Allen McDonald and the team he brought with him from Accutemp Baton Rouge office. I had a blockage that my home warranty company sent out "contract company name here" to repair. "OH yeah well we have to bust up your slab from here .. out your laundry room into your bedroom and tie it back in there...
I called Accutemp for a second opinion after a other plumber suggested them for their leak detection services.
Long story short Allen came out, accessed my situation, found 2 actual collapses on the same line, gave me SEVERAL OPTIONS for repair on the Friday he came out and it was done in a timely manner Monday before I got off work.
Again I can't thank him AND his crew enough. The guys Accutemp sent to my home were too notch!!

Exceptional service by Sage! He was personal, very mannered, worked constantly, very knowledgeable and explained all financial issues.
