Our old water heater was rusting out. Turned the water yellow.
We were quoted a price at $300 but they charge us $500. I don’t know what the difference was.

We have always been able to rely on Quality Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. Very knowledgeable technicians who are dedicated to their customers. They even gave us a warranty on a thermostat that wasn’t covered by the manufacturer. That sort of thing goes a long way.

I called at 10:00PM for a furnace that wouldn't ignite during ambient temps below zero degrees fahrenheit. Mandi was very helpful and respectful. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a way to get heat in my apartment, all at a VERY affordable price. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend this HVAC company.

Joe was friendly and knew what he was doing. It was nothing but a breaker. I ask for a estimate to finish air conditioning system. He looked I'm was hoping they give me a rough idea what it would be . .All in all he was there 1 hour. Nice guy to work with

I love working with these guys. Everybody is top-notch professional and friendly to boot. Just had some warranty service done on a toilet that they installed. Got a quick appointment and the job was done quickly. They’ll be installing a utility sink for me in the coming weeks. Highly recommended!

I am so impressed that Jimmy N. from FH Furr came out the same day to help me with my electrical issue . Jimmy was friendly, professional and quick. The estimate was reasonable, and the work will be completed this week. Also, this company answers the phone right when you call. This was a pleasant surprise today.

Jimmy was great. Very nice. Very knowledgeable about all the work he was doing. Answered all my questions about the electrical outlets he was repairing and installing. Was respectful of my home. Making sure he did not track dirt into the house. Would highly recommend Jimmy to do the work you need done.

Joshua was phenomenal. I have a lot of problems in the walls of my house.
He took the time to explain some of it to me in lay terms, and followed up with easy internet searches showing the same recommendations he was saying , proving my home’s poor wiring.

I had a plumbing issue that needed urgent attention, Austin and Richard squeezed me in last minute and were at my house within an hour from when I first called. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable and friendly service!

Danny did our hvac inspection and was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I would g Danny 5 stars. But I have trouble with Furrs pricing, they are very expensive

The service person FR Furr sent to us, Joshua Kidd was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly! He explained everything in detail and had pictures to explain how things are supposed to look in a breaker box. My box concerned him greatly and he explained why and showed us why that this fuse box is a fire waiting to happen. He gave us an estimate for replacing the entire thing, all the warranties that Furr gives to back their work
AND a financing option if we needed it. Thanks Josh
