Tonight I came home and heard running water. I called Mendel to the first time and my experience couldn't have been more awesome!! Jenna took my call and was so professional! I was all worked up when I called and after she reassured me that a tech would be dispatched, I hung up with her feeling a little more at ease! Jared was the technician that came out and he was just absolutely great from the second he walked in my door. He quickly assessed the issue and gave me several options! He showed me several pictures of the issue(I wasn't getting in the crawl space). He explained every option and weighed the pros and cons of each option with me. Once I decided, he had everything needed in his van and he got right to work. Had the repair done in a fair amount of time and showed me pictures of all the work he did after. I have future plumbing work that I will need and I will be asking for Jared to come do the work! 10/10 Recommend!

Mendel came out when the original home filter casing finally broke and started pouring out water. No other service company was willing to come or care for concern.

Within 25 minutes the technician showed up after I shut of the main to the house. After a an unsuccessful install of the replacement the new housing was faulty also. After listening and spending beyond the time to care and explain some future issues that might occur in other areas while he waiting couple of hrs for a new housing to arrive we finally have water (note was not the technician fault to wait to hrs it was the gentleman delivering the canister)

I had no idea I had a leak in my wall. They came and quickly found the leak, replaced the pipe and was done in about an hour. Once they left I heard another small one in the wall. I met the plumber in his van and he came right up to fix it so quickly! Best customer service. Will use for future issues!

We have used Quality heating and cooling for about 14 years. They are all so kind and friendly. They always get the work done quickly and give me the best price they can. I never feel like they are trying to get more money out of me than needed. They are just good people and do great work.

These folks came to our home without an appointment , they were at our home within an hour. Two gentleman showed up and they were amazing. From the first call to the two professionals showing up to make the repairs. We were/are extremely happy with the service these two men completed this afternoon. Thank you

My wife and I are amazed with Quality Plumbing! We went there to get a second opinion after a really high estimate from another plumbing company. Mandy from Quality came out to have a look the very day we called and within an hour found out what the real problem was and gave us a very comfortable estimate. They began work right away. Rory and Thurlow from Quality came out to do the repairs and did an excellent job. As in all older homes, problems were found as work progressed. We were notified about them and they were dealt with right away. We are very impressed with Quality Plumbing and will use them again. Thank you Quality Plumbing for a job very well done!

We have used Quality Plumbing several times and they always do a great job. We had a leak in two bathroom sinks. They put in a new faucet and everything is working good. Thank you David and Jacob for a job well done. They were friendly too.

Joe does a great job, very thorough and explains his findings in a way that anyone could understand. Definitely recommend Quality to anyone I know.

It's so nice to deal with someone that's prompt,efficient and knows what they are doing - all for a reasonable price. That was my experience with Joe from Quality Plumbing. My highest recommendation!

I had a drain pipe leaking from my upstairs tub. It was a manageable, slow leak, so it wasn't a huge hurry, but Quality Plumbing was able to get me in within 2 days of me contacting them! David came and did a great job. He was very professional and friendly and was able to have the leak fixed the same day for me. Much appreciated!

Update 6/13/24. My AC went out and they were able to get here within an hour of me calling and fixed it. I'm so grateful because it was getting gross in here fast. Now it's back to morgue temperatures just how I like it.

Quality has done plumbing, cooling and heating for us for years and have always done a five star job! I specifically want to comment on the person (David) they sent out to fix a shower leak. I can easily say he was the best person we have ever had do such work for us! He was friendly, did great work, and actually seemed to care that we had a good experience! We were pleased with the service to check and then replace our sump pump. Details were explained for us and we decided it was a good idea to replace a 20 year old sump pump, even if it was working now.

My flusher is still laying on my stool and nobody has come back to fix it which I paid for.

Quality once again step up in a time of need I will never go anywhere else for work . I call the provider call schaal you all they repeatedly on three different occasions and they would never give me a time to come quality on those three occasions show up and save the day one was on Valentine's Day and the happy couple both were there to fix what you guys wouldn't fix and they were both in a good mood .I appreciate everything that quality plumbing has done for the Williams family thankyou you two rock. First Dan came out and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Let me know what issues he saw and showed me. He also called and got service set up to install new furnace the same day. The 2 men that came to install furnace were polite and let me know what they were doing. They did an excellent job in very cold weather, cleaned up afterwards. Also did few upgrades to ensure system would work efficiently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and they will be my first call going forward.

David was prompt and very polite. Cleaned up when he was finished. Told me if he had to make some noise😁 and explained each portion of the bill. So happy with my new faucet and my new toilet float! I always have a great experience with Quality Plumbing!
