Another great experience with Mendel! Paul S addressed our complicated under sink piping to remove leaks and simplify the pipe work for efficiency. He was patient, answered all my questions, and provided a great solution. Called Mendel at 3:30pm on a Friday expecting I wouldn’t be able to get a fix until next week, and they fit me in same day. Great communication and service 5+ stars!

First time customer. Mendel was able to schedule me same day. Jesse was right on time, was professional and got the problem fixed quickly. Would recommend and use again.

Nothing like coming home to a flooded basement…our sump pump failed. Matt and his team were SO efficient and professional in getting us a new sump pump installed. We were so happy with our service snd will def be using Mendel Plumbing again!

Jesse and Sebastian did an amazing quick replacement of a leaking/frozen outdoor hose bib. Fast, efficient, explained service well and very courteous. Very happy with work done by these guys!

Prompt service. Our problem was accurately diagnosed and professionally addressed. The plumber--Ron--proactively identified and corrected a couple of problems in the immediate environment of our issue that would have become "our next problem". The cost was reasonable and we are happy customers.

Jesse and his team were extremely professional and kind. They helped repair a ruptured well pipe that was leaking heavily in the crawl space. Despite working in an uncomfortable area, they stopped the leak quickly and installed new pipes. . I am very grateful for the work done.

We found Mendel when we were looking for someone to service our boiler. Not many HVAC companies do! They’ve been very competent and reliable.

Called Mendel the day after Christmas because our sump pump was malfunctioning. They were able to get to us the same day and kept us updated on the technician's estimated arrival via text. The works was done quickly and professionally.

Avoid them at all costs. Their prices are 2-3x other companies and they will tell you work needs to be done when it doesn’t.

You’ve lost a customer and I am disgusted with how this company is run. What an embarrassment to prey on moms and families with young children using scare tactics. It’s repulsive.

Rolando left our home yesterday saying we had a hole somewhere in our heat transfer exchange leaking carbon monoxide. He showed my husband a picture and video.

My husband left at which point Rolando informed me that he was leaving our furnace in the off position and legally was not allowed to turn it back on due to the leak but I could “do what I wanted” when he left. He mentioned that we could replace the part for 2880 since it was under warranty or he recommended to replace the whole furnace since it is nine years old. He then called Jill, a salesperson, to come give us an estimate for a new furnace and AC.

At every point, it was snowballed into a bigger problem and a more expensive problem going from a small hole to replacing the furnace to replacing both furnace and air air-conditioning .

Gel arrives and starts giving me quotes for 35,030 $7000 for the two units To be replaced. My husband returns home and inquires about only replacing the heat exchange piece to which Jill responds “then all the other parts will have to work harder and it’ll break even sooner requiring full replacement”

She was willing to give me discounts for an immediate turn around if buying/ install within the week.

We have now had 3 other companies out here who are ASTOUNDED by the recommendations, prices, and deceit that was being sold to us.

There is nothing wrong with our unit.
We do not need to replace it.
Charging more than DOUBLE to replace the two units than every other company out there is insane. The price of a brand new car. $35,000 for a ac/ furnace is asinine.

I had my 19 year old furnace replaced. Matt did an excellent job, was on time, clean/tidy and organized. If you want a professional job, then hire the professionals. I’ve used Mendel for over 20 years and will continue to do so. Thanks also to Joe from Mendel who originally came out when the furnace was acting up.

I had the greatest experience I have ever had with any sort of Technician that has come to my house. Mike came to my house today to access my boiler which I have been maintaining but ran into a problem. All I have to say is how grateful I am for the hearts that they have here at Mendel, especially Mike Mendel himself and if you read this yourself I can’t say how grateful I am for your kindness and you will be getting a personal letter from me to thank you entirely. Its a long story but if I can say anything about these people it’s that they are not just in your home to fix your appliances, they are there with their whole hearts and are there to HELP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!!! Their generosity and kindness almost brought me to tears as I was saying goodbye to Mike as he left my house. I cannot recommend them enough and I will never call anyone else for HVAC and boiler repairs and maintenance. THANKYOU WITH ALL MY HEART!!!!

Mendel was able to get someone out quick 2 days before Christmas to take a look at my water heater. Jesse was up front about cost expectations and what work he’d be doing. He was quick and very helpful!

My hot water heater went out on a Sunday. Jared called to make sure I shut it all down safely. Matt came out on Monday and replaced it. Quick professional service. A bit on the expensive side but the job was done right and they stand by their work

My water heater died last night; it’s now gone and a nice new one in place by midafternoon. I used Mendel because I’ve found them to be very responsive, reliable and proficient in the past. Today was no exception. Technician Brock was professional and informative.

Had emergency issue that caused loss of power and thus heat midday. They were able to send someone within 3 hours that fully restored power and solved the problem.
Very professional and explained everything. Would highly recommend and we will use them again for electrical work.

We have hired Mendel for many years and have always had stellar service. Today’s emergency service for our main electric was no different. Mike was professional, and obviously experienced; he had things diagnosed and running before we knew it. He even took care of another secondary electrical issue. He was great!

Paul from Mendel Plumbing did an excellent job replacing the water valves in our utility room. He was very friendly and explained our options to us. He then made the repairs very quickly and did a good job of cleaning up the work area. We are very happy with the work performed and Mendel Plumbing.

We called Mendel for a furnace issue. Our technician was Mike, he showed up early and was very friendly, thorough and easy to talk to. He explained the entire process and was understanding of our particular needs.
