These guys were the best! Going to use them again in future projects. Had to get plumbing thru my tiny crawlspace, very impressed.

Very professional serviceman explained everything in detail. We called for a water heater maintenance check but he walked the whole property, took multiple photos, and ran a chemical test on the tap water. We will definitely use again in the future

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I have to brag on Louis from Pipe Wrench. This guy is awesome. We called in after hours for an emergency clog and he was on site in under an hour. He was exactly the presence we needed tonight. Unfortunately, we had more of an issue than just the clog. Louis is a great plumber- even better person. We had the best experience. Louis is very knowledgeable and had a great attitude- even after crawling around under our house at 10pm! He discovered a pretty major issue and his concerns are valid. He spent time and gave great detail in explaining what he found and walked us through the possible outcomes. He took pictures to show us where the problems were. We will be using Pipe Wrench to fix our unfortunate mess. Thanks so much! Look forward to a call from the office in the morning to get our issue resolved. Thanks, Louis!

I’ve used Pipe Wrench before so called about a heating issue. They came and identified the issue quickly. They also noticed something off with the second heating system. (He mention a symptom which I actually had.) Had him fix both. Very informative. Very polite & professional.

I have only kind words to say about Pipe Wrench. I have been faced with a large plumbing problem. Pipe Wrench has been so nice and helpful. Cory, the technician, has been helpful and understanding. Corey and Jayden, the plumbers, are polite, clean and neat. I hope Corey and Jayden are on the team to continue with phase 2 of my work. Corey explained everything to me and helped me understand the situation.
I recommend Pipe Wrench and ask for Cory to come and give you an estimate. All technicians should be as knowledgeable and understanding as Cory.
Pipe Wrench finished my plumbing project. Everyone has been very pleasant and professional. Rich and Tom finished the restoration after the plumbing was complete. They did an amazing job. Thank you to everyone. From the front desk people to the technicians, plumbers and restoration, everyone does their job well.

We scheduled with Pipe Wrench to replace our main water line from the street to the house. We talked extensively with Kyler regarding the job that would involve the use of a non-destructive boring technique. When that didn’t work, the job was modified to digging a trench through our yard without anyone seeking our approval for the change order. Not only are we understandably frustrated by the damage and lack of communication. They did considerable damage to the root system of a tree that will most certainly result in tree death. Again, we were not contacted regarding the change order and had no intentions of saying yes to digging up our yard. Such a disappointment.

I had a valve burst on my tub after hours. Brandon came and was polite, honest, upfront, and professional. From the time I called to onsite was less than 2 hours. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the price was very high for a simple job- not including the after hours fee which I fully understand. But he did quality work with great service. I definitely will use again.

Travis came out earlier than anticipated. He was intentional with his time and was able to fix the problem and answer all of my questions. Travis was very personable and has made me a HEP customer for life.

My husband and I purchased 2 new HVAC units from HEP in October 2023. The brand name is Tempstar. The day after installation, we encountered first problem and 1 unit was not working. It took several techs over several days to figure out the issue and remedy the problem. Now, June 2024 rolls around and we now have a cooling issue and 1 unit is not working. I called HEP on June 17. Someone was available to come on June 20th. He said we needed a new thermal expansion valve. Mind you, this equipment is 8 months old. On June 24th, the office called me and said the new piece would be installed July1st. This was the first appointment available for a "Senior Technician" to change the part. On July 1st while at work, I get a text reminding me of our appointment on July 2nd!!!! My husband called them because he was expecting them to come and was told there was a family emergency and the technician could not come until the next day!!!!! At this point we had been without AC from June 17th!!!! On July 2nd a technician changed the thermal expansion valve to a new one...guess what....IT DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!! At this point we had already been offered a warranty extension. This means absolutely nothing when you don't have working equipment!! We were then told they wanted to replace the thermal expansion valve with a piston the next day. My husband questioned this wondering if it would void the manufacturer warranty. He was told it would not. Long story short, the next day another technician from Cleveland came, and along with the one who replaced the valve, they installed a new outdoor unit and did not install a piston. It worked from July 3rd....until the wee hours this morning July 16th. There is no power to the unit or the thermostat. Someone is supposed to come tomorrow between 8am-1pm. There is no such thing as same day service!! I am at the mercy of HEP because they hold the warranty. I am paying them $0 when they come out because the equipment is "under warranty ". Therefore, I am low on the totem pole when it comes to how soon they can get to me. I don't know if the equipment is junk or they are clueless about the product. I know that we paid over $17,000 for equipment that has had issues since day #1!!! I write this review out of frustration and I hope you will consider all options before purchasing NEW HVAC units from HEP. It seems they only have a handful of "senior technicians" and I haven't seen the same tech twice. Maybe tomorrow, July 17th, my AC will be up and working again, just maybe!! Until then, I have fans circulating HOT air in my home downstairs.
Update: July 17th Rob came and determined water is not draining from the unit properly and it is turning off. He changed some piping and when he left it was working. I left home for the day and returned that evening to the unit not working again. I called HEP and was told a "manager" would be out on the 18th to check it out since a technician had been there already. I didn't not make a request for a manager, that's just what I was told. The appt time was 8a-1p. I received a text at noon stating they were running behind and would text when they are on the way. I left my home around 3:40 pm to take my daughter to an activity, and, of course, a technician (Rob) shows up when I am not home. He calls me and says he will be out first thing in the morning. He comes today and has determined the unit is not level and requests the Install Manager come and look at the situation. Kevin(new to the company, he says) says there are some issues he sees besides the fact it is not level and cannot drain water. Rob is supposed to fix the leveling issue today, and Kevin said they will schedule a time next week to fix the remaining issues. To be continued....
NOTE: I'm not sure who is writing their Google review responses..... this complaint has nothing to do with a septic system!! This is a HVAC problem.

I placed and emergency call and was told someone would be there 10-1, then was called back and told it would be later in the afternoon. then was told it would be closer to 9 pm. rescheduled to the next day at 9 tech showed up at 11 without all the equipment and had to come back the next day and after 3+ hours on the phone with the tech from Rinnai attempted to fix the problem but due to the age of the water heater it did not work. Stated needed to replace hot water heater. quoted 8200 to replace water heater on tope of the 900 I already paid. Called a local plumber and got the heater replaced for under 2600. Same water heater that I was quoted 8200 for. Would definitely not recommend HEP.

Had an entire HVAC system replacement done recently. A small error occurred, and I contacted HEP. Lacie stayed on the phone with me; addressing every small concern I had. The HVAC technician, Johnathon (If I spelled it right) arrived promptly and looked at the issue. He solved the problem quickly and accurately, while explaining to me what he was doing. 100% will recommend

We needed help with a kitchen sink drain and we were assisted promptly and professionally by a team of qualified and helpful people led by Jordan Keller. Each person was kind, polite, listened and completed the job quickly. It's now resolved. We are grateful for them all.

Patrick M. kept in communication on arrival time . Was kind and courteous. He had good knowledge on our aging hvac system informed us on its current condition and potential problems that may arise with an older unit. We received suggestions on new units as well as pricing. Partrick is an asset to the company based on our experiences in the past with other companies. We look forward to working with your company in the near future. The Fritz’s
