I cannot begin to express how happy and grateful I am to Matt for his thorough assessment, diagnosis, and subsequent repairs of my faulty drainage system associated with my HVAC. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and he listened to me and patiently answered my questions. I think he went above and beyond what he came to do and hope I get his service again.

In addition, the answering, scheduling, and dispatch service is the best I’ve experienced! They are thoughtful and efficient and bend over backward to make sure their customers are taken care of as soon as possible. They asked comprehensive, succinct questions prior to scheduling to ensure the appropriate technician dispatched with the appropriate tools for my specific situation and touched base repeatedly to let me know when the technician was available and when he was coming. Payment was also seamless and straightforward as was their pricing system.

Pipe wrench showed up very fast when we had a plumbing back up. When Kellan arrived he was very thorough and explained everything that had happened and what steps would need to be taken to correct the issue.

From start to finish Cody and Tyler Cinnamon were consummate professionals; they were excellent at explaining the work to be done, checking and re-checking everything, and being considerate of my home (even the nasty crawl space). So very glad they were here!

I called Pipe Wrench for a 2nd opinion on a quote I had been given. They were here within 30 minutes and saved me a third of the cost I was had been quoted. I am very happy I called them.

Louis was fantastic. He arrived exactly when he said he would and fully fixed the problem and checked some other things for us in less than an hour. Felt cost of the service was fair.

Got a water heater replacement quote from these scam artists a few weeks ago. I guess maybe they are dependent on ripping off desperate people who are dumb enough to take the first quote but please tell me how you justify a $4300 quote for a 50 gallon water heater and pressure relief valve replacement ?? When Lowe’s came out and did the EXACT same job for $1700.00? When I questioned the tech why it was so much he actually had the nerve to tell me , “ well Pipewrench has over 80 employees and we have great benefits that the company has to pay for and also all the advertising that they do “. Seriously. That was HIS words , not mine. So just remember when you see those $4k a month billboards all over Knoxville , if you use these guys , you are the one paying for their ads.

Louis did a great job! He was prompt, polite, and took care to keep our house clean. He was very helpful at making suggestions on how I could finish the rest of the project and certain products that would be best. The price for the job was fair. I would certainly use Louis and Pipewrench Plumbing in the future!

Aaron is a repeat technician to our home. He is always very courteous and professional when he is here. I never get treated as if I don’t know what’s going on. He kept us apprised of our visit, and thoroughly explained everything to us.

Alex was great. He checked each area of the home and each vent to ensure all was open and air was flowing properly. Fixed issues with the thermostat and humidifier (just an app issue), but was thorough, informative, and efficient.

They are honest, reasonably priced, and really nice! Their extra charge for a weekend night was super fair compared to everyone else we called. They are definitely our new “go to” plumber and HVAC company.
