Zach Strickland was absolutely stellar in customer service and knowledge! He talked us through all of what he planned to do and gave us updates at each step making sure we were informed on what was going on with our plumbing system. Would highly recommend Metro to come out and run a system check. We found some cast iron pipe that needs updating that we didn’t even know we had.

Ryan and Jason from Metro Air were absolutely fantastic! They were super friendly from the moment they arrived and made the whole process incredibly easy. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. Best of all, they got all of our issues figured out quickly and efficiently.
I really appreciate their professionalism and great attitude—Metro Air is lucky to have them! Highly recommend!

Great guys, professional, pleasant, explained what they were going to do before during and after their visit. Consistently making sure I didn’t have any questions. Gave me suggestions with layered cost options for some maintenance to help keep things working properly. Superb.

My experience working with London and Metro to replace my old electric tankless water heater with a larger gas tankless was great. London was fantastic to work with! He was professional, personable, and went above and beyond over two long days to make sure all our problems and concerns were addressed.

London Fritts did an excellent job for us. Our particular situation was a bit more challenging being in an older building with uneven floors. In fact, we previously used other plumbers to fix our problem only to receive second rate work and not correcting our problems. Metro and London took the extra time to do the job right. We received excellent work and I’m confident we will not have the ongoing issues we had before Metro got involved.

Garrett Black came out to give us a quote. He was excellent to deal with..He heard what our wants & needs were, he didn't want to just make a sale. Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air earned our business because of Garrett..The install itself was done by 2 men that did a great job, Jonathan and another young man that I wish I could remember his name, did a amazing job. They were on time, professional & very personable. Explained everything they were doing & needed to..When they were done with the HVAC install. Went over everything with me, the new thermostat, everything Wanted to make sure I was happy with everything before they left..I would definitely use this company for future work.

Ray & Ricky were THE BEST! Ray was at the house in record time and explained everything to me. When we decided the whole system needed to be replaced, Ricky was brought out. Again, the entire process was laid out neatly and clearly. I will definitely be using Metro again!

I had a leak in the wall with water dripping into the crawlspace. So I called Metro and the tech came out, looked around and quoted $550 to diagnose where the leak was. I thought this was reasonable and agreed. And, it took him about 3 hours to find out that it was located behind the dishwasher in the houses main drain. I was thinking this is great, he can remove the dishwasher, cut a hole into the drywall, and fix the leak. It shouldn't take more than a few more hours. He gave me a quote for $2900. And this did not include fixing the drywall. Needless to say I told him No.
This is none other than a company trying to take advantage of the customer. On top of that, they charged me the $80+ service fee so the total bill was over $600. $200 an hour for the diagnostic. $1000 an hour for the repair. Is that at all reasonable to you?
I have used Metro multiple times in the past, but this was the last.

Austin was absolutely incredible. He was so thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. We had an issue with what we thought was our septic tank and had several other people come to do inspections earlier in the day and he was the only one who was able to actually identify the problem instead of just try to sell us a new tank.

I had the pleasure of finally working with a reputable company, Metro was great to work with — from scheduling to the friendly onsite techs.

Our initial tech, Robby was courteous and very thorough while diagnosing our situation. I felt as if he went above and beyond even though he was not able to be fully resolve our issue on the first visit. He quickly ensured we were able to get a more in depth assessment of our problem scheduled promptly that next week.

Richard the project manager was generous with his time to explain what he found and what needed to be done to get things up and running again. And finally Robby (#2), and another gentlemen, was again extremely courteous while working in our home.

I feel that Metro’s service was top tier. I would highly recommend.

Austin was phenomenal. He made sure he checked every thing to make sure he had the best assessment. Then he called to check what options we had beyond basic plumbing and also connected me to make an appt for others to come and show me what can be done. I’m sorry I can’t remember the woman who made the appt but she was also exceptionally nice. His visit was free.

Max did a fantastic job on my water heater! He came to do the consult/initial appointment and was so thorough and informative. I requested he be the one to come back and do the work when it worked for my schedule and they were incredibly accommodating. He is kind and detailed. Would definitely recommend!

Richard was professional and friendly, quick to put me at ease and very respectful! He was very clear and helpful with options and was honest with his opinions. Would definitely recommend Richard and Metro to others! Also both Montana and Dakota were great to work with as well.

Zack came out late at night shortly after I’d called and he was great! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

He was thorough and most refreshing - honest! He did the right thing and didn’t try plotting ways to have us spend unnecessary money. Finally have a plumbing company we can trust!

Zack is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He is a contentious tradesman who communicated with me each step of the way and presented me with options. I highly recommend Zack and will ask for him if I have other plumbing issues. He and Ryan make a great team amd both are top notch. Zack even stayed late to fix a surprise issue with the sink. I can’t say enough good things about Robby Soos. They went truly above and beyond—carefully troubleshooting the main issues, explaining everything clearly, and then providing a full complimentary evaluation of all the plumbing on site. Their knowledge and attention to detail were impressive, and they took the time to make sure nothing was overlooked. On top of that, they were friendly, helpful, and completely professional from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone this thorough and genuinely committed to doing the job right. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the visit with Max.
He was nice and polite. When he repaired the cold water lick he was fast. Only taking 15 to 30 mins. The price of the work was outrageous! I will not recommend your company! After doing some research. I found alot out about your over pricing. Carma will get you some day! One star for pricing. 5 star for Max.

Richard was very helpful and made a very stressful situation manageable. Matais is a Rockstar! He quickly assed the situation, called for Richard to scope the line, and got the lines flowing, all with a smile. Lets talk about Fred, the man with the giant Tonka toys on his truck. Very professional, smart, friendly and patient. I'm a retired real estate brokerage owner of 25 years. In my years of experience, plumbers are the worst! Overpriced and full of themselves. No Metro. Every person I spoke with was the best. Jennifer is basically air traffic control. Im super imoressed and I highly recommend these folks. All 3 guys that were on sight at my property were super clean, knowledgeable, and friendly.

This company was referred to me by a friend. I’m so happy with the results. Kellan gave great customer service and was knowledgeable about the repairs. They were here when they said they would be and didn’t waste my time trying to sell me something. Thank you Kellan W. Will def use again and highly recommend.
