I just wanted to say that Kellen had a wonderful personality and had a great attitude…the toilet was like a murder crime scene and he and I shared a laugh and we on his way to fixing the problem. It’s very nice to see that customer service and laughter combined with a great work ethic still exists : Thanks Kellen for demonstrating the traits today. Your parents as well as your company should be very proud of your sir . 💪💯👊😊

Matthew Smartt and the other 2 guys that worked with him were very professional. They came in did the job and cleaned up afterwards. They were all very nice professional s. I would recommend Pipe Wrench

After Chad I arrived, he got right to work and informed me of everything he was doing and why it was important. He was extremely professional, hard working, and engaging in the process. I felt like the price for the service was very reasonable!

I am totally dissatisfied with prices, but service has been ok thus far. I am in the customer loyalty program which cost $200+\yr. The technician was a good dude, although he misunderstood fixing one of the two items that needed fixing. The fix for the bathtub faucet leak cost $400+, and the fix that the tech missed they priced to me at $200+! The fix that got missed was a wobbly faucet handle. Although the tech had to remove it anyways to get to the valve in the faucet, they still were going to charge me $200+ regardless that it was a $40 handle I could put on myself. Although I wasn’t happy, the technicians manager did let me know that Delta sometimes provides a limited lifetime warranty on faucet parts and that they may replace it under the warranty and I would just have to put it on myself. Luckily, I called Delta and they did identify the part as something they would replace under the limited lifetime warranty and they said they would send one out ASAP. Thank goodness for Delta!

Austin W. at Pipe Wrench is awesome! Always very thorough! Explains everything clearly, provides great advice, and really goes above the standard always! First time I had to call a plumber and I called the guys I see every week at my part time job. They were all super nice and got me in super fast. The piece on my shower nozzle broke off needing a tool to remove it. Nick is the man! He got stuck, asked a few buddies for ideas and knocked it out! That was not an easy fix, nor was it fast. Nick was our hero tonight.
Now I know, you need a good plumber, you can't do it alone. Pipe wrench is it.

The service technician, Brandon, was very professional and knowledgeable! We had a small leak and he was able to detect and repair in one visit.
We were so happy with the service that we will be using this company’s maintenance service for hvac and water heater!

Very polite and seemingly competent plumbers. Very courteous. However, the prices are sky high. I was quoted $775 dollars to install a dishwasher!! This is more than the cost of the dishwasher. The plumber was kind and called his "boss" in front of me who went on and on over the phone about he could do it for $450 but would be breaking even on the job but could do it because he was in a good mood that day. I have used them in the past, but now wondering if I wasn't bamboozled before also. In the future I will buy appliances again at Pattersons Appliance or Fergusons because they have their own installers and don't try to rip you off with installation.

Cody and Kevin did a wonderful job. Got there on time, explained everything and kept me up to date as the job was moving along. They were respectful and professional. I definitely recommend Pipe Wrench Plumbing. Thank you so much !!!

We're a returning customer to Pipe Wrench plumbing as they respond rapidly, and the services they provide are customer oriented and reasoably priced. Our most recent experience was attributable to a clogged kitchen drain which we weren't able clear ourselves. Austin was assigned to correct our problem. Austin was polite and professional, and cleared our clogged drain within a half hour or so. He took all measures necessary to ensure that the kitchen area in which he was working was clean and orderly while he was working, and prior to leaving he ensured that the area was clean and dry. Austin is a great representative of the company and an important factor in our choice of Pipe Wrench for our plumbing services.

Matt helped us with a smile! We were living in a pool of water & he fixed our situation easily & with a sweet attitude! We’ve worked with Piper wrench before and they do excellent work. It might be a little more, but it’s worth it because you don’t have to have people come back and fix it again and again.!
We had had an experience where a company sabotage our air conditioner On purpose so we know how valuable it is to have trustworthy people like pipe wrench thank you Matt!

Had a drain pipe replaced after troubleshooting by the service team.
Every employee from PIPE WRENCH was knowledgeable and courteous but Cory and his team were hardworking. They covered the furniture before çutting and jackhammering the floor. They were careful to do the least amount of damage digging to get to the pipe that was clogged. After replacing the piping the drain now works. The cleanup was done and am pleased with their work. I would recommend this very professional company.

Big shoutout to Pipe Wrench! I got into a toilet issue that I couldn’t handle. Dispatch had Thomas Ray out to my house in 30 minutes and he took care of my issue quickly. Very kind and courteous. I would recommend their service to anyone in the area

Chad came out to help us fix our heat and got it back up and running in under an hour. He walked us through what he did and what the issue was, which I greatly appreciated. Awesome professional experience, I highly recommend.

My experience with Pipe Wrench plumbing was streamlined the way it can be expected from a bigger company organizing this type of work. I want to compliment the plumbers that came to perform the work. They were timely, completed the work, and considerate of the damage they were doing to the house to complete the work. I appreciate the technicians.

I found the price to be egregious and after some investigation it is nearly double what a local plumber would have cost. My decision to work with Pipe Wrench was because of the need to have the work scheduled and completed quickly and with generous warranties to cover parts and work.

While discussing what the work would entail I felt like I was regularly deferring to the expertise of the Field Supervisor. While I agreed to the scope of work, I don't think I ever fully understood the work that was being done. I believed I was replacing the copper pipe in my home with PEX pipe, but now that the work is completed, there is still copper pipe in the shower connections and copper pipe in the area that had been dripping in the first place. As of right now, I am not certain that the pipe that had been dripping because of pinhole leaks has been replaced. I fear that if that is the case, I will be informed that the scope of work had been completed and that I will need to initiate a new contract to replace the damaged pipes, if they weren't replaced

Overall - Technicians were great, working with the business is expensive and felt like they were more interested in selling the contract than helping me understand the scope of work

Mr. Andersen did an excellent job with our AC repair. He went above and beyond to make sure we got cool again. He made short work of the issue and set us up for future success. Highly recommend.

First time user, they came highly recommended by our next door neighbors - what a DELIGHTFUL experience. Brandon was our tech diagnosed our problem but because it was in our elevator shaft he could not address it - but told me who could. I was so impressed with the ENTIRE experience with Pipe Wrench I signed up for annual hvac and plumbing service. HIGHLY recommend!!!

My toilet was clogged so I started to call around to get estimates. The first 2 places I called said they charge $69 and $79 just to come out and give estimates. Then if I want to proceed with the job they apply it towards the job. I asked both places how much to unclog the toilet and they told me they don't know how much they charge. Wilson Brothers Plumbing was one who charges $79 just to come out but don't know how much they charge for running an auger through the toilet. When I called Pipe Wrench and told them my toilet was clogged they told me they have a $99 special the unclog toilets. They came out and checked what type of pipes I have. The technician also checked my water pressure and told me it was excellent. Then the technician Kellan Weleski ran an auger in the toilet and had it unclogged in less than 3 minutes. He also gave me 3 options before proceeding with the job but did not pressure me into anything. He offered me a price to replace the toilet. He offered me a maintenance plan. Then lastly the special price to unclog the toilet. Kellan Weleski was very professional and did a great job. I would definitely want him to come back for future repairs. I would also recommend Pipe Wrench Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Incredible! Brandon and his team mate not only took their time to ensure care needed, they were patient in explaining all services to be provided, extremely necessary to move forward. They were price saving and work done right after quote accepted. They represent a company for customer satisfaction and communication. Great team!

My technician was Kyle Bird, but I don't see him on the list. He was great, I needed emergency help and he showed up quicker than anyone else could. He had to make a trip to HD, was here for almost 5 hours and I know I wasn't his first call of the day. I was very satisfied with his work, we have running hot water again!
