Nathan, was great at explaining to us what to expect and giving us a quote verbally as well as emailed it to us to look over. He operated with no pressure to us, just allowed us the facts and evidence and things to consider. When we are ready to move forward with the projects at hand, we will likely reach out to these good men! Thank you for your time and patience.

Josh Butler was fantastic! We had multiple issues from the HVAC to wiring issues in master bedroom. He identified and fixed each issue, ensured their functionality, and demonstrated great customer service at all times!

Since purchasing my home in May 2023, I had not performed any service to my HVAC. After the past few weeks of frigid conditions, I thought it was time to schedule preventative maintenance on my system. I contacted HEP to come out proactively and preventatively. Josh Butler was the technician who showed up. He’s also an electrician. He not only gave my entire HVAC system a look, he also checked out the Home’s electrical at no additional charge. He identified a couple areas of concern and we moved ahead in upgrading my house with complete surge suppression.

Highly overcharged. Sold me on a water regulator that I did not need bc I already have one, then they sell you on a less than .01% discount for a good review. And I’m pretty sure they have bad reviews removed bc the review I first left them when services completed has been wiped or hidden. You should use a contractor and replace every pipe in your house before using these guys. It would probably be cheaper.

If I could do zero stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy. Had a time window of 8-1pm. Had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. Tech finally showed up at 4:45. The tech was nice, but was instructed by his boss to charge me $329 American dollars to “attempt” to snake a drain. Now will need a whole other appointment to have someone who can “use a camera”. The tech wasn’t able to get maybe 10” into the drain before he couldn’t go any farther. Damn sure that’s the most painful and expensive 10” anyone could be served. Again if you are thinking of using this company, I would just burn my money and call someone else.

Company was very prompt in scheduling and coordinating service between myself and the landlord. Jason was very professional and fixed my problem quickly, and was even able to avoid cutting into the drywall to save me that headache.
-
Ray did a great job. He put in a new toilet and faucet that I had bought. I didn't have any problems with this company. I would use them again.

Jacob Newman Brett nicely
They did a great job and were very nice in explaining everything about the job being done. I really appreciate the work. They were great getting us financed for our new heating system. I would suggest them for anyone -
Hep is a great service, they’ve been very helpful over the past few years in adding a new HVAC system, and now I’m getting an estimate for a new roof. Service guys have all been very friendly and professional.

If you are looking for HVAC help this winter I would like to share our most recent experience with HEP.
In September the blower motor of our furnace went out. We called a few different companies to come look at it and they each identified the problem as the blower motor.
We decided to go with HEP who quoted us a repair price of $800.
It took us a bit to get the money together, and we toughed it out and managed to pay for the repair to be completed in November.
After the repair the salesman mentioned several times that we should replace our unit for $9000, which we do not have at this time. The unit was a little louder than before but we had heat.
A few days later a salesman called to give me some prices on a new furnace, and to tell us about financing options.
Also that same day, I found water all over the floor and surrounding rooms of our furnace.
Turns out the condenser motor next to our unit which just kind of plugs in to the side coincidentally just died at the same time.
At least that’s what the technician who they sent out told me, as he quoted me a $600 repair for the motor and offered to sell me a new furnace for $9000.
We looked online, a condenser motor could be picked up today for $60, and plugged in to replace the old one. That’s a lot cheaper than $600.
So we did that. Also, when we turned on the furnace it was getting louder and louder.
Now it sounds like a jet engine.
We call out a technician a third time, to check the work of the last two.
He tells me that when the first guy put in the blower motor, he broke the bolt holding the blower wheel, and that is causing the noise and eventually it will break completely and destroy the whole unit.
HEP won’t guarantee their work on our furnace due to its age, and they won’t offer to repair what they broke.
What they will do is offer to take the blower motor repair of $800 off the price of a brand new furnace that they will sell me for $9000.
So if you need help with your HVAC, keep in mind that HEP is not above overcharging you and breaking your system in an effort to make you buy a new unit, and at the very least won’t stand by their own work.
It’s like taking a car to a mechanic who breaks your car and then offers to sell you a replacement.
Literally avoid them at all costs. -
Jonathan was very corteous and professional. Provided us with information regarding our AC/Heating unit, and gave recommendations on what we needed to do right now, and in the near future. Definitely recommend him and HEP for your house needs. Will definitely call HEP back to check additional areas of the house that need to be inspected/fixed.

Josh arrived on time and performed the diagnostic service on the well pump to find the system is operating properly. Jeep narrowed down a restriction on the house softener/filter system. I appreciate his professionalism in diagnosing the water flow issue I was having. Thank you Josh.

This is the second time using HEP, and both times I have been very pleased with their work. Chris Mealer the technician that came out to replace all my smoke detectors, was fast, friendly and very professional. I can't recommend them enough.

Josh Sims was a huge help. I had a spigot that broke off and I was without water for a while, but Josh got it, put back together for me and got my water, turned back on even helping out with additional things that could help protect the water from further freezing. He is very helpful and informative.

Josh Butler is awesome! Very informative and took time to explain everything. Highly recommend for all HVAC needs.

My biggest mistake was going with this company when looking for someone to install mini splits in my home. They said installation would take 2 days, ended up taking about a month or so. During final inspection, the inspector found that they broke a part in a brand new unit during installation and then left his large ladder in my bedroom with parts laying on the floor. Didn’t call to let me know but left a note on my door that I found after a 12 hr shift. Said they ordered a new part, called them on the day that the part was going to arrive, and they then inform me that I’ll need a brand new unit instead, adding to the delay. New unit was put in and upon looking all the units, found that they took trim off the wall that they never put back up, left wires all around the home, moved ceiling tiles around, left a clothes rack laying on my washer/dryer that they said they’d put back up (never did till I called to complain), left an absolute mess everywhere. They’ve never given me a manual or made an attempt to show me how the units work, I had to look up a PDF version online to figure it out for myself. These were installed in October and the units are still not functioning properly and they are still having to come out to fix issues. The technicians are kind but don’t know how the units work. They call LG technical support, wait on hold for an hour, and then describe what they see to technical support so that they can be instructed on how to fix the issue. All around, the company has extremely poor communication and craftsmanship.

I highly recommend Tyler Caldwell. We had a minor leak in need of repair and not only did he fix it but he was patient in answering all my questions and concerns. He offered a variety of solutions and was very professional. HEP, you guys are awesome!!

Jason was my tech today. He had our sewer line clear in just 30 minutes. He even measured and marked the road so that our local utility could come out and fix a problem with a root system growing through the line at its junction with the city’s main line. A+ Service. Highly recommended.

Be aware there is a service call charge that is not disclosed when you request a quote. I have no problem paying a service fee, it just needs to be mentioned upfront. Quote was outrageous for gutter repair work, I will be going with another company.

Ronnie was super helpful at explaining the details of my old HVAC unit and advising me on purchasing my new unit. Very timely, kind, and understanding. I recommend paying for the monthly subscription to have your HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roof monitored.

Brett Nicely came out and fixed the clog in my septic to get me up and running, and set me up with a septic pumping for the following day. Service was great and I would highly recommend Brett if you're having plumbing troubles!
