My sump pump failed, I called Mendel and they were out within an hours and the service man explained all the details and answered my questions and what needed to be done and promptly repaired it on the same visit. Couldn’t be happier!

Aurelio was very clear and considerate and did a great job with a water heater replacement. Answered all questions I had thoroughly and felt I was in good hands. Highly recommended!

Our old furnace needed replacement due to a crack in the heat exchanger, leaking CO2 into the vents. Mendel was able to install a new furnace the next day with the features we wanted. The technician performing the installation was very courteous, efficient and able to explain everything he did and why he did it, with consideration for small details that we asked for. Outstanding job!

Mendel and Robbie were extremely responsive when we called. Robbie was able to diagnose our furnace issue quickly and handle the repair. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We were bubbling in heat in 96 degrees at home without AC in the entire house and Mendel came for rescue; with their financing program and awesome service in just 1 day.

They serviced our home three weeks ago but did not do a thorough job. This week, our sewer backed up again, and the team wanted to charge us for another service while also trying to upsell additional work. We brought in a different plumbing company, and they were able to fully clean the sewer. They were surprised when we told them Mendel had supposedly cleaned it just three weeks earlier—they said the backup should not have happened again so soon if the job had been done properly.

Brock did a great job! He first tried to fix the problem with a low cost approach. I was amazed at the effort he put into the fix. I decided that a replacement of the parts was inevitable. Brock returned the next day and installed new fixtures. Very personable guy.

We are so happy to have Mendel Plumbing to serve our heating, air conditioning, and plumbing needs. We just had Rolando service our heating system and he was wonderful. He fixed an issue that exceeded our expectations. 5 Star all the way!

I had a wonderful experience with Mendel Plumbing when my main drain in my basement backed up. They came out within an hour or so after I called and got the problem fixed promptly. Great team and experience!

Tim from Mendel did an amazing job replacing my entire AC system and moving/remounting my humidifier on my furnace. And, he did the job all on his own. It was an 11.5 hour day for him, but everything looks/works great!!

Mendel has been wonderful to work with over the years. We trust their expertise and their pricing seems quite fair. We just had new A/C and furnace installed and everything went flawlessly and right on time. They also helped us with financing that made a big difference in managing our budget. Thank you!

Mendal Plumbing, Heating & Electric has been great to work with. I had to get new sewer pipes and they offered a more creative and cost effective plan than tearing up my driveway to accomplish this.

They also gave me the heads up that I would likely need a pump that the city would require to bring my plumbing up to code. The pump was not mentioned by the other 2 companies I received quotes from. I would not been happy had I found out during the project I needed an extra pump that cost huge amounts of money.

While doing the work one of the workers asked me if I had thought about changing the location of my utility room. I was very open to the idea. I'm grateful for all the education that Mendal has provided and the follow-up to make sure things were in excellent condition. I really appreciate the quality of work and customer experience.

Brandon was great. Super knowledgeable and super friendly. His work was really clean and efficient. We hope he's the technician we'll see on future routine maintenance calls/checkups.

Everyone at Mendel is very friendly and professional. Sean came out same day we called which was a great relief. He was very knowledgeable diagnosing our sump pump discharge issue and fixing it. We look forward to using them again.

Paul was wonderful, he explained everything in great detail and in terms that I could follow and laid out several options to address my issues. Protected my home from mess and left nothing behide for me to have to clean up. Kept me updated on what he found and his progress. Robbie A. from Mendel was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated him taking the time to clearly explain what was going on with both my primary and secondary heat exchangers. Even with my background, I found his explanation thorough, and easy to follow. Great service and someone you can trust. :)

They sent Paul out on very short notice. He solved our problems quicker than expected was super friendly and gave us great information and technical advice for how to avoid problems in the future. Will absolutely call them the next time we need a plumber. And definitely I would request Paul if he is available he was OUTSTANDING!

My 78 year old mother, who lives alone, has used Mendel for years. Recently moved and had them come inspect the furnace. Technician said it was fine and just needed servicing. A couple months later, the furnace seemed loud, so she had another tech come out. This guy said the furnace (less than 10 years old) had deadly problems. Actually turned the unit off and said he did not want to be in the house with the unit on. Said needed full replacement right away. A sales person came out later that day and quoted $25,000+ for new furnace and install. Said they could come out the very next day, take her money, and put in the new one. Rush, rush.

She had another company come out the next day and they said the humidifier needed a new part, but otherwise the furnace was perfectly fine.

Unfortunately woke up on Saturday morning to find our pipes had frozen due to the weather. Called for service and was assured that a technician would be arriving later this morning. Received a text with the technicians' name and estimate time of arrival. Dave was the technician that arrived and promptly evaluated the situation we were having. He gave us an estimate for the repair and mentioned that if unseen issues appeared we would have to reevaluate the repair cost. This was acceptable to my wife and I. His inspection did not turn up any water leakage. He isolated the area that he felt was the area of concern. He went his truck to get a piece of equipment that would place a electrical charge to the copper pipe to try to heat the pipe and breakup the ice blockage. He was successful in removing the blockage. No damage to the drywall, no split pipe, and running water again throughout the house. Thank you Dave for your experience and dedication in resolving our issue. He has a pleasant personality, listens to your concerns, and does his job professionally and with efficiency which is reassuring.
