Best service from a technician I have ever had. Roman went above and beyond explaining what was happening and found issues that were there that were over looked by another company. HIGHLY recommend going with Metro for your HVAC and plumbing needs!

Richard was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about my issue. I feel like he gave me good advice about how to proceed and ensure me that if I needed further assistance to just call.

Gray arrived punctually. He was highly professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. His explanations and recommendations were clear and easy to understand. He is a good representative for Metro Plumbing.

I reached out to Metro on Monday morning regarding my upstairs AC unit, which had stopped functioning at some point on Sunday. While they were not able to schedule me for same day service (as their ads depict), they did visit my home first thing in the morning on Tuesday.

Sebastian and his coworker arrived and were both courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended a few varying courses of action/price points. Ultimately, he replaced the motor in my upstairs unit as well as the capacitor outside which had not yet broken down but was on the verge. He was able to source the part nearby and went to pick it up quickly. Upon return, they replaced the broken motor & swapped out the capacitor as well as performing regular maintenance and cleaning on both AC units while he was here.

I opted to sign up for the 2x annually member services as the cost to do so was covered in the price reduction (10%) on the services I needed, so it just made sense. While Metro may not be the cheapest service in town (franchises never are), the team was prompt, professional, and fixed the issue that I was having. Sebastian, in particular, was fantastic and I will definitely be requesting him by name the next time I need to reach out (hopefully, that's no time soon though) for issues/service.

Water main broke unexpectedly. Metro got someone out quickly, gave me great information, found the leak, and drew up multiple options to affect the repairs. I was so satisfied with their service, I went ahead and joined the member service club so Metro can take care of my HVAC too.

Carlos and the team at Metro were great as always! Arrived on time on the date expected, clearly detailed everything they completed with pictures, and provided transparent pricing options.

Jonathan and his crew did an excellent job of installing new ductwork on a dreary, rainy day. They hauled the old ducts down our hill, and transported the new ducts up, without complaint. He informed us of how the work was going, and helped us fill out the electronic paperwork. We'll give these guys an A Plus for today's project. All three of the guys were highly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.

Roman was very professional as well as kind and patient. He had a way of making a person feel very comfortable. It was the same feeling you get with an old trusted friend. I liked him a lot and appreciated the time he took to explain things so that I could understand. He was awesome.

Their staff were all, great, helpful, and attentive. Gary was also great to work with. However, I think the services were way overpriced. Granted, we were dealing with 60 year old galvanized piping, which greatly complicated the services. However, $250/hr, is excessive in my opinion.

Peyton was extremely helpful, concerned, and was able to solve my problem with my HVAC unit. I cannot praise him highly enough for the patience and kindness that he displayed. I had no heat this morning and now I have heat again since it was the coldest day of the year. It is wonderful to have Metro HVAC because they were out the day I called for help

Excellent experience beginning to end. Wesley and Travis’s knowledge and enthusiasm was quite impressive. Joining Metro has taken much of the worry out of home ownership. Thank you.

Matias did a great job. He was friendly, on time , worn clean shoe covers and listened well as we explained our plumbing problem.
We would without hesitation use him again .

This is a courteous and responsive crew. Robbie and his colleague came out to my family home in Hixson. TN within a couple of hours if our call to fix an issue in the master bathroom. I intend to call them for any future plumbing needs.

Very content with Metro overall and their assessment of the HVAC job we had. Corey and Marshall were very personal, inquisitive about all the wants and needs we had for our job and prompt to get help out. John and Nathan did a great job with installation and answering all our questions. I highly recommend Metro for all your plumbing, drainage and HVAC needs!

Izaac was super friendly and professional and thorough when doing the whole house plumbing system tune-up. This is a great service that Metro offers and I would highly recommend having the service done - especially if you are in an older house, like mine. I learned that one of my water heaters was 19 years old and two of my toilets had leaks. Overall great experience!

Metro is always professional and offered quality service. Max came by to check out an odor we couldn't pinpoint. He did a thorough check and diagnosed the problem. We appreciate Metro as always.

Sam and crew were very efficient and professional. They got in and got the job finished, which they never should’ve had to come out for. The job should’ve been done right the first time. Kudos to Metro for having quality employees like Sam on board.
