This is a long overdue review for Roto-Rooter. Mom's house needed a drain cleaning service. She hadn't done it in over a decade so it was time. She called after noticing the drainage was acting slow, and they arrived to her home within the hour even though they estimated a later time. That was really convenient. Our technician's name was Howard and he was phenomenal. Courteous, professional, and tidy, he did his work thoroughly and efficiently.

It wasn't a cheap service by any means but home ownership means spending money on maintenance and seeing as my mother hadn't had her drain cleaned in many years, the price (~$700) was reasonable for us. We hired Roto-Rooter for this service in August and it's now November with our drain working perfectly so they did their job well. We recommend Roto-rooter for services such as drain cleaning. We had a great experience.

Ok. It was the day before Xmas and the very old pipes in my very old house backed up. I contacted Roto Rooter and they sent a repair person who arrived very promptly. He expertly diagnosed the problem and fixed things in a really timely and efficient manner. He was a friendly, smart person whom I enjoyed having in my home. Feeling impressed and grateful all at the same time.

My kitchen sink was clogged for the past couple of days. I couldn’t really wash dishes I had to wash them in a big soup pot with water. With that I couldn’t really cook meals to prepare for my family. Nobody (Maintenance) would show up to unclog the kitchen sink. I called ROTO-ROOTER and the next morning Ben #167 showed up. Very nice guy (mind you guys it’s snowing out here) He even gave me a reasonable price for the kitchen sink since the holidays just pass. I’m very thankful for that. After Ben finished my sink was back to normal and I was able to wash my dishes and cook a big breakfast for my family. No more paper plates or cups lol. Thank you so much Ben#167 and ROTO-ROOTER . You guys are amazing and will be using you guys in the future. Have a safe and wonderful New Year ❤️

We had Ben (Technician #167) come out to diagnose and fix a major clog affecting our kitchen sink. He was amazing - professional, great customer service, and he took the time to explain the issue and his solution. Ben was persistent, working until we had confirmed that the issue was fully resolved. He was also very careful to minimize any mess from his work. Ben was a true expert and friendly throughout. Based on our experience with him, we would happily book with Roto-Rooter again.

Brian and his teammate are very courteous and professional in dealing with customer care. Knowledgeable in what they’re doing and will let you know the problem and will advise you the best plan of action to be taken. Will get the job done with a 5 star performance.. Highly recommended.

I had two bathroom faucets replaced. The quality of work was excellent and the cost for installation was fair. I would recommend 1800plumber for all plumbing projects.
