Had a sewage backup outside & into the tub in the basement. Ben was excellent and did a wonderful job.

End of Fourth of July weekend, I experienced a major issue with my bathroom backing up. My husband contacted Roto-Rooter, and a plumber arrived within a reasonable amount of time, which we appreciated given the holiday. He assessed the problem and mentioned that the blockage was likely caused by toilet tissue or possibly paper towels stuck in the lining of the toilet. He stated that he had resolved the issue.

Unfortunately, the problem persisted within an hour of his departure. I paid just over $100 for the service and also tipped generously due to the prompt response time and quick remedy (or at-least I thought) However, when I tried to follow up using the contact number on the card he provided, the person who answered was not the same plumber, and I was left without a clear path forward or a lasting solution.

While I value the quick response time, I was disappointed with the outcome, as the issue remained unresolved and communication afterward was unclear. I hope the company can take this feedback to improve follow-up and ensure service quality is consistent.

Attached was the card of the plumber that arrived. I didn’t even realize that it’s it a Roto-Rooter Card.

Kevin was a real one, staying cool while I had to navigate thru paperwork. 10/10 would hire again

They were professional and friendly in helping the problems with my toilet. The last owners used a non standard method and my plumber was able to navigate around the issue

Ahmed came and helped me out with a leak my tenant was experiencing in the kitchen area. Service was fast and professional, would definitely call back again for any future issues.

Have a main sewer stoppage.
Ahmed & Kevin came in very professional, explained what they were going to do, attempted to snake the main line 2X. The snake wouldn’t go through. Had another truck come and Jet the line with a charge that was told before being approved. Still not able to clear the line. Ahmed & Kevin came back to blow the water out and run the camera & waived the Jet fee. Discussed new sewer line as results collapsed sewer.
Good communication and work ethic on both men.

Matthew came to my home. He did a fantastic job after another plumber failed to. Matthew was very pleasant and explained the process and shared photos. We are greatful for Matthew and will continue to use Roto Rooter's services.

The plumbers arrived within the two hour window. They fixed the problem with the toilet. We have to replace it but so far it is holding up until the replacement arrives. Both plumbers were kind, understanding and courteous.

Mike was a gentleman, professional, and he patiently explained the issue. He gave me good tips on how to keep the pipe clean. His calm demeanor put me at ease. This was my first experience, and I'm so glad I called Roto-Rooter to do the job. I will call them again, if I need a drain cleaned.
