What a morning! I'm still reeling from the initial plumbing disaster. That clogged sink was overflowing with dirty water – a truly unpleasant start to the day. Our regular plumber's inability to handle the blockage left us feeling quite disheartened. We were at our wit's end.

Then, Roto-Rooter sent Paul. What a difference! From the moment he arrived, fully equipped and clearly determined to solve the problem, we felt a wave of relief wash over us. His five-hour stay (yes, five!) was never felt as tedious because of his incredibly professional and friendly demeanor. He kept us informed every step of the way, explaining the process clearly and answering all our questions patiently. His calm and positive attitude was infectious; even the stressful situation couldn’t dampen our spirits thanks to him.

He was unwavering in his commitment to restoring our sink to full functionality, and he succeeded! It's working perfectly now. Paul's dedication and skill were truly exceptional. We had disastrous situation late on a Friday night and Haley was the only plumber who jumped in to answer the call. She was hugely helpful coordinating between jetter, water restoration folks, property manager and myself. She even personally persuaded some colleagues to clock back in to help. Such a professional and kind individual to work with and even followed up after her part was done to make things were going well. Cannot say enough nice things about Haley, everyone involved in the situation mentioned what a help she was. I wish everyone I worked with was this amazing !

Moses and Ryan did a phenomenal job! We contacted Roto-Rooter around 11:30am and by 3:45pm our water heater had been replaced and resolved. For a Sunday after noon that’s just impressive. Polite and professional in top of everything!
