As another reviewer said on here, it would just be easier had they told me they don't want to help me rather than give me the run around on the phone. The manager Hector, truely lacks customer service skills and doesn't care if insults his customers and their intellect . He couldn't be direct with me which I don't understand what the difficultly in that is. Very frustrating. Anyway, try Ferguson instead, at least they try to help you out.

Very slow and unprofessional service. Staff seem careless and poorly organized. I asked whether they had a specific material and was told “yes,” but after waiting over 30 minutes, they finally checked and realized they didn’t have it at all. Complete waste of time. One star specifically for Kenneth. Bro just quit working

My water heater broke on thanksgiving and Jose was very kind and did an amazing job replacing it. Service is great!

I really like the woman that came and she did a great job, but they pushed them to continue up selling Period which gets old and it was very expensive

Serviceman was nice, but pricing by the company is iffy at best…paid $500 for a clogged sink, which he cleared…but now the shower backs up. If you’re gonna charge $500+, maybe clear the lines while on site or charge a more appropriate rate for the minimal effort. It’s an astronomical rate for one sink and 20 minutes of work. Also requested a bid on another job, but none came. Would recommend using someone else unless they stop ripping customers off with overcharging for basic work. Didn’t realize they did so little until we took showers and immediately had back up.

This review is based entirely off of their tardiness and lack of communication, since I cancelled before they could do any work.

My initial window was from 10am-12pm. I called at 10am to confirm, since they hadn't sent a confirmation message—and dispatch said they'd be there in about a half hour. I waited. I called again after an hour and a half, at 11:30. They said they were running behind schedule, and asked what my afternoon looked like, then if I could reschedule to the next day.

I said no, I'd like to cancel.

They said to hold on, and that they'd call me back right away with dispatch to see how quickly they could get out. They said "in a few minutes" they'd call me back.

A bit over an hour later, I get a call back saying they may be able to make it out a little after 1pm.

I cancelled. Writing this to warn people—if you need something done in a timely manner, I doubt this is the place to go.

They put a snake for me and they charge me $517 the guy by the name Andrew was very polite, but then he called his supervisor and he was very rude

I've heard of these guys a million times but fortunately never needed their help. Then all of a sudden - there I was at 8p on a Tuesday night and dirty water was coming from every drain on the first floor of my house! I called a couple local plumbers and none were available until the next morning, then I called Roto Rooter and they were there WITHIN THE HOUR! Marquise was a total rockstar - so punctual and professional. He got the line cleared and worked with his team to schedule a follow up appointment to run a camera and diagnose the issue. We're working with them to reline a verrrrryyy old clay pipe.

I called them to replace my old/corroded washing machine valves. I was surprised to find out that they provide same day service unlike the other plumbers in my area. They also went above the call of duty and replaced my old dryer vent hose at no additional cost. I would 100% use them again!

Bi did a great job and was very kind. Roto-Rooter is expensive but they always get the drains cleared properly without making a big mess.

Bi spent time explaining the problems and he was able to fix the problem. He worked very hard and cleaned up the mess and left the area very clean. I really appreciate his hard work.

This company is criminal. They overcharge so immensely it's disgusting. They won't give a quote for their work in advance - promising a "free quote," and then show up and charge 5 times what ANYONE ELSE WILL CHARGE - just hoping to take advantage of people who don't know the going rates for the work, and need their help and are willing to just pay for it because getting someone else there at that point is so hard. This is a CRIMINAL COMPANY. call ANYONE ELSE - ANYONE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

Awesome service just now from their Senior tech name “B”. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. Also fast replacement so family had hot water back within 24hours.

The team was courteous and professional. They communicated what was needed and got the job done in great time. We would be happy to use them again.
