Hours posted are not correct. They open whenever they want. Usually 30 minutes late

Never answers a phone calls. They pick up, put on hold and turn off the call.

This store sucks everyone that works here is slow and never want to help anyone they just stare at the computer act like they are doing something...also all the shelves are always empty....ill rather go to home depot then this ferguson........

This is the "bring the model and serial store" because looking at a simple 10 dollar part isnt good enough...

Overall good experience. Usually they have 75% of the parts on shelf. But also empty bins. Thats the 25%. But it is what it is.

I was there just making a pickup and delivery but got quick and excellent service.

Phoned in the order , wrong part then when i told them it was the wrong part Register boy (Manny)became aggressive . Re fund was a difficult to get back had to go back a few times to get my money back . Should of just gone to PWO burbank plumbing outlet much friendlier people there.

If you know what you are looking for then it will be a better experience. Prices, help and free delivery were great.

Staff and customers were using both placard disabled parking spots for loading (non-disabled persons) equipment. I could not get them to move, and they had no respect for persons having a placard and needing a disabled parking space. Totally unprofessional.

Absolutely shocked by this place. I am NOT A PLUMBER, just a guy with a house who had company coming for the week the same day my water heater blew up. They knew exactly the weird situation I was dealing with, two of them conferred to make sure I was getting the right product, they helped me bring it to my car, and told me I could bring it back if there were any issues when my plumber arrives (as long as the box isn’t destroyed and it hasn’t been installed). Danny was my main person for this and I couldn’t be happier. Will be using Ferguson every time I need plumbing supplies.
