Reny and his team we're extremely flexible and so responsive. Home Depot had been extremely unhelpful and screwed my boyfriend and I over with our new dishwasher install so we called Rescue Plumbing. Reny went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible service and we are so appreciative of him and his team's help.

Jenkins was amazing! Woke up with a bunch of weird soap-like bubbles coming out of the guest toilet. He came right away and diagnosed my plumbing issue and tested to ensure there wasn’t a larger blockage across all the pipes (faucets, shower). He fixed the toilet and also gave me tips on how to maintain the pipes in the future. Would highly recommend using this service and I will be using them for all future plumbing issues.

I called them to unclog my kitchen sink and they charged me $600 for a 15-minute job, which I found excessive. The next day, after barely using it, it was clogged again. I had to call several times for them to come back, and the service was no longer as friendly as during the first visit. I do not recommend them.
If you stand behind your job, you need to make the correct repair from the beginning and take responsibility when the kitchen sink was clogged again the next day without even being used. I had to call three more times, and one of the appointments to fix the problem properly was canceled without any previous advice. The $600 would be reasonable if the service had been adequate.

I've been working with Rescue Plumbing for multiple issues at my current and previous home. Each time has been a great experience. Good expertise and results. My most recent visit by Javier was especially fruitful. Very friendly. He was knowledgeable and got the job done.

We reached out to Rescue for help identifying an issue with our basement plumbing. Called Sunday, Javier and Jimmy were able to come inspect on Monday. They identified and fixed the issue quickly and easily, and showed us what can be done in the future if the same issue arises. Highly recommend Rescue Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

Dex and his team are absolutely amazing! After having 2 other plumbers no show me for weeks on end- rescue plumbing came through with a same day appointment on Halloween! They were communicative, efficient, extremely reasonably priced and fixed the other plumbers shoddy work. I am so happy to have found me new go to plumber. Highly reccomend!!

I needed some repairs done for our guest bathroom and drain cleaning for our washer and dryer. From the moment I called to schedule, they were prompt in scheduling me the soonest appt available. I had the pleasure of having Jenkins and Jimmy come by today to help with my kitchen sink and they couldn't have been more helpful! These are my go-to plumbers moving forward for sure. Javier and Jaime from Rescue Plumbing came to help us with my drain plug was stuck in the basket strainer for over a week. They did a quick an efficient job , also cleaned our sink. I recommend Javier and Jaime for their plumbing services!

We called for help with a frozen pipe. Bob took great care of us. He gave thoughtful advice for preventive measures and helped determine the cause of the issue we were having. Bob made us feel comfortable and made us feel like we were in good hands.

We had a clogged toilet and requested service to fix it. The plumber (Plumber A) came on 11/12 to fix it. There was no leakage prior to him fixing it and when he came over to assess the clogged toilet. He mentioned he will try the least expensive route first to try to unclog the toilet, which he did and said he could not get all the baby wipes. He said his next step would be to use a rod machine which involved uninstalling the toilet, unclogging, and then reinstalling. While he was uninstalling the toilet, he flagged that the toilet was not “flush with the floor” but not an issue right now and we can fix that later since it’s a more expensive issue, but when he is putting the toilet back, he will try to level it out. He fixed the toilet and left.
Our downstairs tenant came back from vacation on Nov 19 and alerted us that their closet (beneath the toilet) was leaking through the ceiling. We immediately contacted Rescue Plumbing to let them know and they would need to get someone immediately to assess and fix the issue. They said the following day would be the earliest they could. We agreed but also called ServPro to assess the water and any possible mold damage so we can provide to Rescue Plumbing.

What’s important to note is the downstairs tenant previously owned our home for 35 years, and have never had a leakage in all 35 years until RescuePlumbing came to “fix” the toilet.
The next day, Plumber A calls me and berates me saying that we are trying to take advantage of the company. I mentioned there was no leakage prior to him fixing the toilet and the only reasonable explanation would be the toilet was not reinstalled properly (back to its original state). He continues to yell on the phone at which point I said I don’t want him coming back and I will call the office to send a different plumber to fix the issue.
Meanwhile, the company is still trying to tell us they are not liable and the best they can do is have some come redo the toilet and give us a refund. We deny the refund because we don’t know the extent of the water damage yet.

Plumber B (Dex) comes later that night. Takes a look at the toilet and verbally accepts liability for the issue. He also says they run into situations like this from time to time and they have a crew that will fix the ceiling and the soaked carpet in the closet. He reinstalls the toilet and asks me to let him know when he can come back to fix the water damage.
We are relieved and then email the company back thanking them for accepting responsibility. The owner (Ben Vance) and another lady email back and say they never accepted responsibility and we are lying. I also have proof (doorbell video and texts) of Dex (Plumber B) stating to let him know when he can come fix the issue and texts of his taking responsibility.

I eventually stop emailing the office and continue texting Dex to schedule the repairs. He says they are coming on Xx date to fix it, and should take 2 days. We say okay, we’ll put our tenants in a hotel for those days but we need to be 100% sure that they’re coming. He says yes they’re coming and he will call me the morning of to confirm time.
The day comes and he’s just now calling Chicago Water Fire Damage (CWF) company to schedule the appointment. They said they can come that morning to first assess and then fix the issue. I’m thinking they can do everything still in 2 days, but then they tell us Dex only has them doing the demolition and he will figure out the repairs.
We then have to extend our tenants hotel stay by one more day. On the 2nd day, still no sign of Dex with the repairs. I call him and ask what’s going on, he says he thought CWF was going to do the repairs. I said we never discussed that. So he said he will get someone to come the next day. The 3rd day, waited the whole day for the repair crew to come, no sign. So I call the number Dex gave me and the guy says he told Dex he was running late with another project and he can’t make it today.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I seriously don’t know how they have 5-star ratings. They are rude & unreliable.

Javier and Jimmy were fantastic! They came to repair a broken shower, that 2 other services were unable to fix. Javier and Jimmy were relentless and thorough - even repairing additional damage that a prior plumber caused. The team was so nice and incredibly courteous. 5/5 stars!!

Had a great experience with this plumber/technician Bob Bobani. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and explain the options clearly. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

Bob Bobani is the best! Extremely competent and professional and a warm person. He fixed my toilet in under 30 minutes. It had been giving me problems for months. He knew exactly what the problem was. I recommend, Bob highly.

Javier and Jimmy fixed our leaking kitchen sink today. They were able to come within an hour of us calling. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Javier took the time to answer all our questions and was great to work with. Would use again the next time I have an issue

I feel extremely fortunate for the expertise, good nature and perseverance of Javiar and Jimmy during my plumbing odessey; originally just wanted to replace my kitchen sink faucet and bathroom faucet, there were numerous setbacks that required more work and time; pipes had disintegrated, inner washers were eroded, even a key missing part that Javier was able to find a clutch replacement for on short notice. Despite what could have been massive up charges, they only added the costs of the extra parts needed and the additional services I requested (replacing the connector valves for the dishwasher because they likely were going to need replacement in the near future as well

Bob did a great job fixing our dishwasher plumbing issues. He ran into a challenge with the building maintenance team while trying to locate the water shutoff, but stayed patient, figured it out, and got everything taken care of. Really appreciate his professionalism, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

10/10 absolutely would recommend and call Rescue Plumbing again based on my experience today. My phone fell behind my toilet and was stuck beyond reach. Javier was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and helped me find a fast fix. At first it seemed it was going to be a much bigger job but he thought about it and determined an easier (and more cost effective) way forward. I appreciate his customer service so much. Please call them if you have any plumbing needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Very happy that I called Rescue Plumbing when a unit in our building had a leaky pipes in the kitchen. I called at night and was able to get someone in the next morning. They arrived on time and were upfront about costs. Javier was very professional and helpful! He taught me how to better maintain the lines going forward and left a sparkling clean work area. Bobby and his partner Yahir were amazing. They assessed the issue immediately, communicated the problems, gave a very reasonable price, and completed the job impressively quickly.
