Pete and Noah of Rescue plumbing were great, on point communication around when the work would happen and how long it would take. They were finished with the work quickly and on time and remained on site to test for leaks after my buildings water was turned back on. Would highly recommend

We hadn’t even moved into our new house yet and the basement flooded from a faulty sump pump and the sewer backed up! Pete and Noah came out to help with the whole mess. They walked us through everything, every step of the way and made sure everything was done quickly and right. They were patient and understanding as we asked lots of questions. While I’m not happy all this happened - I’m grateful to have found honest plumbers who helped us through it.

I had a really good experience working with Pete and Noah on a clog and catch basin cleanout at my condo building. They're professional and showed up on time. Pete is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions. We'll be calling them again to help us with future projects for sure!

Had a faucet issue pop up as business was ending on a Friday. Dex came out after hours and quickly got me taken care of. He gave me a heads up that he was early, which was a pleasant surprise. Timely customer care at reasonable rates!

Highly recommend! I was able to schedule these guys with ease, after having no luck with other providers. They called in advance to confirm they were en route, were punctual and professional. Pete explained in detail what needed to be done to fix my clogged bathroom sink and broken toilet. They were tidy and efficient, and I will definitely use them again. Thanks!

Updated review: I wish I could give Rescue Plumbing 7 stars. I thought my new plumbing had a leak and it turned out that I installed the shower head wrong (massive facepalm). The same team visited my home and they were gracious, understanding, and fixed the issue quickly. Love this company.

Had an urgent clogged toilet situation that needed to be addressed. I called the morning of and they were able to come before noon. Pete and Noah were awesome. They unclogged it quickly and were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and I plan to use Rescue Plumbing for all future plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Rescue Plumbing. Had an issue with my shower valve cartridge and they sent out Pete Ismail and his son (who’s apprenticing). They showed up early, tag teamed the job, did great work and fixed the problem. I’ve used rescue before and they were great. Highly recommend them and specifically recommend Pete and Noah.

I’d highly recommend Rescue Plumbing and especially Pete and Noah. I called Rescue to inspect a clog my vent stack and Pete and Noah came by a few hours later and earlier than scheduled. They were both friendly and professional throughout the entire visit, they did a thorough inspection and tried to resolve the issue, and then provided a detailed explanation of the problem and expected costs. All around good and trustworthy and would call again for any plumbing issue.

I had Pete and Noah come help with an emergency clogged toilet issue. They responded promptly, came on time, were super friendly and professional, and knew what they were doing! Everything was done very quickly as well. Thank you for such great service and I will be using them next time!

Rescue Plumbing is great, and Logan and Djenkis are terrific! I called them with a semi-urgent plumbing issue, and they were able to fit me in right away. They were on time, professional and worked quickly to clear my drain. They patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. I truly appreciate having reliable and honest plumbers and will absolutely use them again. I highly recommend them!

Read on if you think “4.9” is a realistic estimate of Rescue Plumbing’s service. I give Rescue Plumbing 2 stars instead of 1 in the hopes that you read this. Often 1 star reviews are ignored because people might think ‘oh, difficult customer.’
Not so with me. I am easy going, easy to work with, and ready to pay the price for good service. I usually only write good reviews for good service, and ignore the bad.

Read on. I just had a different company /smaller business come to my home who promptly and efficiently did some plumbing work for me,and charged me fairly.
Which prompted me to get to this review for a small plumbing problem I had called Rescue for a 1-2 months ago.
2 guys came out for the simplest thing - I knew I needed a new cartridge in bathroom cold water handle/faucet I didn’t have time to fix myself.
One guy gave me a long speech about what I needed, and that it would take a long time because it was a “hard job.”

Here is near EXACTLY what he told me -
“Well mam this is a pedestal sink and they are very hard to work on. We will have to cut thru the grout and remove the pedestal sink from the wall because the fittings are difficult to access.”

I said,
“Are you kidding? They are right there! Why would you remove the whole sink that doesn’t make sense to me - I can reach them myself but I just had carpal tunnel surgery so it’s too hard for me with one hand.”

Both were maybe late 20’s early 30’s-quite capable of sitting on the floor and reaching up/under to remove/replace fittings.

There’s more ‘astonishingly bad’ service/stuff/ rip off/ bizarreness.

I had a new faucet right there to replace the old one - but since he insisted the sink had to be removed from the wall I said,

“Well nevermind then that is way too much damage to the tile wall and floor and caulking etc. and I can’t deal with all that right now.
So - can you please just replace the cartridge in the cold water handle? (I had said in my call either fix cold water handle/cartridge or replace faucet)

The plumber says, without even removing the cold water handle,

“Well mam , that’s also going to be kind of a big job. After we find out what kind of cartridge is needed, we’ll have to drive to a plumbing supply shop to get the right cartridge, come back, so it will still take quite a bit of time.”

I say,

“You don’t have cartridges on your truck?”

Plumber says,

“No mam. We don’t know what kind of cartridge might be needed until we take it apart and then we have to find a supply store has it.”

I have owned and restored homes and condos, have worked with many providers, and dealt with lots of plumbing issues.

This was probably the most unbelievably bad, inept, either ‘scamming’ or at best - 2 guys who did not wanna come to work that day.

I do not know how how this company has such a high rating - but most of us know that marketing can be manipulated.

I made that appointment a couple days prior, explained the problem clearly, waited 1/2 a day for these guys to show up - and then - that.

I wasn’t at all “angry” about the ridiculous service - I just called someone else on TASKRABBIT who came out the next morning and replaced the faucet no questions asked , in under an hour.

Rescue plumbing just completely wasted my time - and I work - and time is money. THAT bothers me.

My opinion - look elsewhere.

Loga once again came through when my shower started leaking behind my wall. They had availability to have him out to me within 20 minutes of calling and the work was done within the estimated quote and timeframe. I trust Loga to recommend the best course of action with my interests at heart and would gladly use him and Rescue again.

Pete and Noah were fantastic to work with. They arrived on time and were very communicative. They explained the issue with our shower and, despite the difficulty in getting parts for the random European model, had it fixed in just a few days! Two other plumbers had given us the runaround or ghosted us, so Pete and Noah’s work at Rescue Plumbing really stood out as phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Logan did a great job fixing our sump pump issue on very short notice. Rain was coming down and our HOA's pit was overflowing. He came by, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in short order. Highly recommended!

We noticed a leak super late at night. I sent a request for service before bed and received a response before I woke up. They were quick to give us same day window frame and work around our schedule. The two guys (did not get their names as my husband was the main point of communication) were so kind, professional, fast, and efficient. Thank you!

Rescue Plumbing was amazing. We thought we had a leak in the building and they came out right away. Logan took the time to listen and talk us through all the possibilities and options available to us. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of our space.

Javier did incredible work for us today! When we noticed our toilet was leaking, he came to assess the issue. He advocated for us as renters and educated the owners of the property on the proper repairs that were needed to fully fix the problem. He installed a brand new toilet so quickly and did it with such professionalism, respect and kindness. His assistant Jimmy was also great. I truly enjoyed my experience with Rescue Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone!

I called Rescue Plumbing Tuesday afternoon for a clogged water pipe and they were able to send Loga & Alan over the next day. The team was early, walked me through the issue and were able to snake the problem out in under an hour.

Javier did an exceptional job fixing my very old bathroom and making it into a modern brand new bathroom. I highly recommend rescue plumbing. Thank you so much for the beautiful new bathroom

I had a clogged drain. I tried to clear it myself but no such luck. Javier Gutierrez came out, same day (with a few hours notice), and was able to accurately identify the problem and fix it. He also was very friendly and helpful offering many suggestions and tips. I also asked Javier to inspect the sewer line for damage. He explained everything he saw and gave me a great breakdown. 10/10 would hire again.
