Very happy with this visit. I reported the problem on Sunday night. The team arrived on time early Monday morning, diagnosed the problem and resolved it quickly at a reasonable price.

Price was reasonable for a big job replacing a number of pipes. Milton did an excellent job, and our laundry room is completely transformed. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Excellent and efficient service. Jonathan, Jesus and his team did a great job installing a portion of sewer pipe on my property.

Pretty bad experience. Plumber came, replaced a pipe that had a very minor leak in the tub (p trap) but the water was still backing up. Said the clog may have been further down the pipe, but didn't offer much in the way of solutions. The only reason it's two stars is because he did at least replace the slightly leaky pipe, but the customer service was also pretty poor and the back up still isn't fixed after spending $700.

This is the third time I've called J Sewer & Drain in the last year. I wish I didn't have to call as often as I have, but such is life in an old house. They sent the same worker as the last visit, and he reviewed the video footage from his previous scope. He arrived already knowing what the problem was going to be and was able to resolve it quickly for a fair price.

He has also been incredibly helpful at each visit giving instructions for how to avoid backups. If I can just get my kids to follow his instructions to use less toilet paper I trust we can avoid another call for a while.

Had to replace sump pump and battery backup. Came out right away and told me what I needed. Came out the same day I accepted the contract. Quick clean and everything is working good so far. Would use again.

Jesus and Jonathan diagnosed that there were tree roots blocking the sewer pipe from the house to the street. The job required a lot of equipment. They did the work efficiently and left the house very clean. I am grateful for their quick response to my emergency!

Very knowledgeable, fair prices. These guys do great work and work like they are working on their own house. They did a pretty large job to replace a sewer pipe that wasn't installed correctly and had collapsed.
