I entrusted Manny with a large job, replacing two hot water heaters located in my attic with new tankless gas hot water heaters. This required major work to redo the piping and even minor roof work to accommodate the large vent. It also required a knowledge of how to configure the tankless systems to communicate with each other and optimize their firing so that they alternate on low usage, but both fire on heavy demand. Manny’s technician Dale was very knowledgeable and professional as well as courteous throughout the job. The work was complete as scheduled and on time. I am very pleased and would recommend Manny for any size job.

Manny came through in an urgent matter to reroute my AC condensation pipes and water heater drain pipes during a bathroom shower remodel. Time was of the essence for the install and he had a crew member out to tackle the issue within an hour of contacting him. I am eternally grateful for him making a stressful situation stress free and at a reasonable price. I will use this company for any future plumbing needs I may encounter.

I have been using Royal Flush Affordable Plumbing for years and they are amazing. Manny is so responsive to my messages and can come within 24 hours if I for a emergency. I've had my pipe repaired from the freeze, new water heater along with other plumbing issues. I've had the technician Dale come a few times in place of Manny and he is great as well. Very communitive. I've had to facilitate appointments for plumbing at my father's house when he is traveling so it is helpful having someone be able to give me a courtesy call when they are on the way and all the details I need. I highly recommend using them.

However, upon contacting J Sewer & Drain, they were able to send someone in a timely matter and Diego was able to assist me with replacing the water heater, as well as answering questions that I had.
