Manny was great! He was available within an hour to check a leaky shower faucet. He evaluated the issue, explained the options, found the parts to do the least expensive and simplest options. He worked quickly and cleanly. Highly recommend!

Manny is great: punctual, thorough, patient (he explains everything), and performs quality work. We've had to call him twice on weekends, and he's come out on a Sunday (!) and given a clear assessment of the problem and what he will do to fix it. He also sticks to the estimate he gives you. Not only is Manny a good plumber, he's also a good dude. Very nice and honest. Will try to work with your schedule and not rip you off. Shows video footage of completion explaining the details. Makes it easy to deal with and trouble-free. The first time I hired him I knew he was going to be the main guy. I'm the one who asked him for a link where I can write a good review because he deserves it. I randomly found him on google search and glad I did. He came through on times I needed and it helped alot. Thanks again Manny.

Manny came to my house on a Sunday to replace a shower cartridge. The shower faucet would not turn off the water and I had to manually turn off the main water line. It was a weekend so I needed to get the issue resolved immediately so I could turn the water back on. Manny was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient with is work. I will definitely use him again.

Manny is very responsive and great to work with. We got hit hard with 3 broken pipes and a ruptured water heater from last weeks weather event. Manny was quick to arrive and cap off the broken pipes. As usual, we found more as we went along - like the shower valve that held pressure when it was off, but spewed when turned on. He worked until 10:30 PM last night to get us Hot Water so we could shower in our own home. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I am so happy to find this company. I called many companies in Houston and was placed on several waiting list. I called Royal flush early this morning and spoke with Manny. He came out same day and completed job. I am not a plumber but every thing seems to be working fine. Manny explained everything prior to starting job and answered questions when asked. He was transparent and took photos of busted pipe and showed me the areas that had broken due to the winter storm. And he provided me with a video of the competed work. He came prepared with tools and supplies. He gave me a quote and stuck with price no extra fees thrown in. Great doing business with this company.
