Roto-Rooter again to the rescue. This is the third time we've used them and they save the day yet again. Tanner was at our doorstep within less than an hour and fixed our plumbing issue. He explained everything in detail, he knew exactly what was causing the washing machine to overflow into the sink, and told us how to prevent it from happening again. He was very professional and
knowledgeable. I also appreciate that he wore booties over his shoes (Asian house:) and he put down a big tarp to bring in his industrial snake. He fixed everything right away. Called Roto-Rooter on Easter Sunday just after 7 AM to have a water leak at our cutoff valve fixed. Erik 1597 came out at about 9 AM the same day and had our issue fixed quickly. Erik was courteous, straight forward, and professional.

Damon was kind, professional, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and diligently to identify and resolve the issue. He also offered Great recommendations and went above and beyond.

Quick response on a Saturday and was able to fix the problem. I really appreciate that they were available.

Jose was simply incredible. He was very professional, friendly, and went over and above to complete the drain service for our 2 toilets. I will look for Jose for every service request needed for our home and for all of our families' homes. Top Notch service and expertise. 10/10

We had a great experience with Master Plumber Michael Harris. We had two water heaters that broke down. Michael arrived on time, diagnosed the issues, presented some possible options, patiently helped us understand the options, and then helped us rebuild the water heaters according to our wishes and specs.

Our service technician, Curtis, was professional and knew what he was doing. He performed his duty with care and fixed of our issue.

Justin arrived on time and was extremely polite. He took extra steps to ensure our drain cleaning was done properly and professionally. We only use Roto-Rooter due to their outstanding customer service and professionals that show up and do the job properly. He even took his shoes off before entering the house. Thank you! Not only was the response time short to get him out there (within an hour of me calling) but he also had so much knowledge regarding our issues and offered multiple solutions and options for us.
