These folks are really really good. I was at the Canada Dry street location. The counterman did his best to help me even though the store had been pretty much cleaned out of the most common parts.

Felipe and Angel were great! They were very professional, straight forward, honest, and friendly. Everything that was done, I was told about in advance and it was explained thoroughly. They came in each day around the same time, and explained again what needed to be done, performed each job, and then cleaned it up quickly and properly. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly addressed and in a friendly manner. My kids talked their ears off and they were patient and friendly to them as well. Everything was done well and FAST! Our problem started on a Monday and by the evening, we had all the damage removed and started the drying process. I recommend these guys and will always use them in the future. Thank you!

Our tech Erik was here ASAP and got on the job immediately!! He told us what all was wrong with our shower faucet and got it taken care of quickly and prompt!! Erik was very nice, knowledgeable and professional!! We’re happy with his work and if we have anymore problems God forbid, then we’ll definitely give Roto Rooter a call again!! We’ve done business with them in the past, and we’ve never been disappointed.

THE WEEKLY COUPON SPECIALS ARE A HOAX!
If you schedule Roto Rooter expecting to utilize one of the “specials”, you’re in for a scam. As sure as the sun comes up, they’ll diagnose your issue as something else, therefore ineligible for the “coupon”. I had root blockage in the main sewer line, which Roto Rooter had a $89 “special”. The technician arrived and promptly (mis)diagnosed the blockage as under a toilet, therefore ineligible for the discount coupon. But…for $629 he could clear the blockage. I’d already seen what and where the blockage was, in the main line and absolutely should have been eligible. But I realized that the discount was a scam and no further discussion would be helpful. So we dug out the sewer line and sure enough, the blockage wasn’t at a toilet and was located in the main sewer line. I’ve got photographic evidence I’ll post later to prove it. Don’t be a sucker and choose a honest plumbing company.

Chase and his partner were amazing! They were both so kind and trustworthy, they got straight to it especially because they knew how late it was so they didn’t want to keep us up! They handled everything for me in such a professional manner. This was my first time using this company and I will literally recommend to anyone. I called because I had water coming up my sink at 8pm and they had someone to my house in an hour!!! Best plumber experience I’ve had and I plan on using this company and my technician next time.

I got the same technician on 2 different occasions. I was so happy to see him the second time because he did such a wonderful job the first time and I haven’t had any problems on this job since his visit. This man was very professional, patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. They should clone this man and the business will be a continued success

At 10:00 PM Sunday evening, I called Roto-Router Services Company, regarding an immediate and urgent problem at my home. All the drains in two bathrooms, including two toilets and two bathtubs, as well as my kitchen sink drain, were clogged. The cause of this drainage problem was created, unintentionally, by my using two packages of newly purchased Walmart wet-wipes, Over a 72 hour period, which were not flushable. Water was starting to overflow around both toilets in my bathrooms. I was in a panic mode. So, I got online on my computer, to find a service company that was open 24 hours a day 7 days a week to help me, before the Arctic storm arrived in our Conroe, Texas area, tomorrow or the next day. Within a half hour of my making that telephone call, and speaking to someone, who answered my call, during which I asked for immediate help, I received a text message letting me know a service man would be at my house within 30 to 45 minutes. At around 11:00 PM, Service Technician, John McCullar, knocked on my door. I explained the mistake I made, and what I believed to be the cause of the plumbing clog. Within one hour, John solved the problem. I never expected a resolution that quickly. To me, this was a miracle. And, John McCullar was a perfect example of that miracle in human form. Roto-Rooter has earned my personal five star recommendation. And, Service Technician, John McCullar has earned my complete and unsolicited respect. Thank you, John. I’ll never forget this event and how you resolved my plumbing problem so quickly. it was a pleasure to meet you, and from this day forward, should I need any services that fall within your company’s domain, I’ll reach out. I’m glad we met.

They showed up at midnight when we needed them the most. Quick and easy service. Not a complete ripoff either. Only complaint would be that I called to get a technician and they told me they were still looking for one. They called about 5 times afterward, telling me that they were still looking for a technician. It had been hours at that point and I had missed one of their calls which for some reason prompted them to cancel the ticket. In the end, they still showed up.

Erik was professional, informative and honest. I never felt that Erik was trying to pull a fast one on me. He gave me a good solution and it was more than half of what another company quoted me. The other company quoted me unnecessary work

I cannot say enough good things about Roto Rooter and their service men. Josh Laws showed up so quickly and thoroughly walked me through the camera process and quickly identified a solution. He was patient and even waited while the water restoration team explained their work to me. Thank you Josh.
