I am very satisfied with Manny's work and response time, even after I changed time frame. I will use Royal Flush Affordable Plumbing for my next project.

Briefly and to the point. Manny is an excellent plummer and a good person. He takes extra time to listen to you and find the best solution for your situation. He is approachable and responds quickly. I have only good things to say.

Manny epitomizes the definition of a " model professional" and is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers.
He is customer focused, efficient, time sensitive and, most importantly, conducts his business with a high degree of integrity.

Manny the plumber arrived on time and reviewed the problem and then went the extra mile by going to Home Depot to buy what I needed. My shower is fixed.
I actually ordered parts I did not need so I will send them back for a refund. Thanks for saving me money. Great service.

We had a lot of trouble with our water heater, and Manny diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it right away. He was professional and courteous, and we will use him for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

After having a water main burst at my home on a Saturday night, I tried 5 different "emergency" plumbing services and could get no one to come out over the weekend. I finally found Manny at Royal Flush late on a Sunday afternoon. He was at my home in an hour, worked in the dark, and had the repair done that evening, at a fair price. He even insisted on checking all of my faucets to make sure there was no debris, before he left. Manny defines what service should mean. I can't rate him highly enough. I'll never call anyone else. Hire him.

We had an issue with our bathtub drainage that kept us off of using our bathroom. We called Royal Flash and fortunately they came the next day at the time scheduled. Problem was resolved quickly & professionally. Technician was also equipped with special covers for his shoes to keep our carpet clean and the price was very reasonable.
This is the second time we are using the company and are extremely satisfied of their service!!
Will definitely be using them again!

I called Manny Sunday afternoon and set up an appointment at 9am Monday, 10/29/18 for both and exterior and an interior leaky pipe. He came on time. He tightened up the exterior leak with fixed it instantly and changed a valve under a bathroom sink to fix the second leak. It is 10 am now and all is done with a reasonable price. I a very happy!

Manny has come out to my house 3 times for different plumbing issues over the last 2 years. My house is 1955 so there will be failures. He has always come out right away and taken care of the problem. Monday morning, 2/1/21, the handle broke to the kitchen faucet. I called Manny and he came out within an hour. When repairing the faucet, fortunately he discovered a leak behind the drywall and replaced the rusty leaking pipe and repaired it too!

I called a Manny who arrived with 2 hours but buyer beware. He arrived and started cutting holes before quoting a price. I kept asking for a quote and after 2 holes made he finally quotes $650 to CAP my pipe. 1 minute he had supplies in his truck to repair and the next he didn’t and he said he would return later to repair for another $650. He was at my house for 30min and made 3 holes without consideration to move anything. I told him his price was outrages and he started telling me he had over 200 calls that wanted his service and he wasn’t overpricing. He gave me a card for “Pro Attic” that had no information on it other than a number. I asked for his license info and full name and he refused to provide to me. He then handed me an invoice that had the company name and a license number on it but still refused to give me a last name. He then tried to accuse me of threatening him. I reported him to the city of Houston and BBB for price gouging. Now I have to find an honest company to complete my repairs.

We have an issue with a toilet that backs up. Manny came and used a camera to inspect our pipes and quickly saw the issue.
I was impressed by his professionalism and candor. In addition, he thoroughly explained what needed to be fixed and how all work would proceed.
Highly recommend this company’s services!

Amazing service! Manny helped me with a major clogging issue and was done in just about an hour. Honest work at affordable prices is something rare! Highly recommend.

I called them after my kitchen sink would continually clog up over the years and requested that they bring a camera out to see what’s going on. Manny came out the next day and found the problem. He gave me a fair quote, on the spot, for how much it would cost to tunnel under my house and repair the broken pipe. His men were there the next day, on time, and worked very fast and professionally to get the job done. By the end of the day the kitchen sink was working!

Manny even went out of his way to help me repair a leaking condensation pipe from my AC system that had began dripping water through my ceiling while he was there! He didn’t ask for compensation but I insisted.

Manny is a standup guy and I strongly recommend him and his service!

Amazing service, from the moment I called I was updated the entire way and had a plumber at the house within an hour. I needed someone to install my kitchen sink and faucet without trying to upsell me on services I didn't need. They were very honest and direct with their assessment and even allowed me to supply my own parts to help with pricing. Writing this review on behalf of my dad who isn't the most computer savvy. But he was so impressed with this guy's work he asked me to find out how he could leave a compliment. From my dad.......Manny does A+ work. We hired him to custom fit and install several gas hoses for a restaurant. After several days of searching for someone who could do it correctly and at a reasonable price, Manny came out and got the job done right the first time. He also took the time to explain our options, pros and cons and associated prices. We will definitely use him again. Great customer service, reasonable price and top-notch work.

Manny is my go-to for any plumbing needs! We’ve used him for multiple jobs and he’s always punctual, thorough, honest and fair. I’ve even had some plumbing emergencies where I called him and he was able to show up at the house in 30-60 mins and fix the problem efficiently and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs!
