Mark Angerstein is a true Professional! He provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable about his work. Mark conducted a thorough assessment/inspection. He took the time to explain our water damage and listened to every question we had so we could fully understand the issue. He was patient and had a wonderful personality that made us feel comfortable. I definitely recommend Mark for any water damages!

I appreciate the response, but this is exactly why transparent pricing matters. If the cost is fixed, there is no reason it should not be advertised upfront before a technician arrives. Not doing so puts customers in a pressure situation where they have to tell a salesman no, even when the issue is simple.

In my case, the problem was resolved in under a minute by opening the cleanout line outside, yet the technician still had to call a supervisor to ask for permission to reduce the charge. That kind of situation based pricing feels inconsistent and does not build trust.

If the goal is real transparency and consistent service, posting clear prices ahead of time would prevent situations like this and save everyone time.

Fantastic service and friendly technicians. I developed a leak from my upstairs toilet due to a clog that ran downstairs to my master bathroom. The service technicians were there with a couple of hours to unclog the toilet and start the remediation process. Very friendly and customer oriented throughout the whole process !

Called in for a really badly clogged sink and got scheduled same day appointment. Josh A. was an exceptional technician. Showed up on time and took the time to explain the possible issues and thoroughly explained the solutions he would be able to offer. Josh worked tirelessly to unclog our kitchen sink which was super clogged by walls of grease. I appreciated his professionalism & dedication, as well as his courteous and kind nature especially in a time of stress for a homeowner. Great job Curtis arrived around 10pm and finished the job within 35mins. Very professional and efficient highly recommend this compan. Excavation team arrive the following day did a good job. Cleanup was also very good. Would highly recommend this company. I found Roto Rooter on Google and when I call at 9 PM on Sunday, I had Technician came to my house one hour later was very surprised that the technician came on time on a Sunday evening. Complete the job within the hour and informed me the cameraman will show up the next day when the cameraman show up the following day completed the job and gave us suggestion as how to fix a broken pipe and the following day a crew of Professional Technician came in finished up the job clean up my yard throughout the whole process. I was very impressed with their Professional performance had a call from Andrew from the main office, very courteous and polite throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter to other people.

I had scheduled an appointment a week in advance, took off from work for the appointment to find out no one will be showing up. I contacted the company to find out if someone was running late, and found out no one was not showing up. I was told an appointment was not scheduled for me. I forwarded over the email confirmation and the gentleman told me it was not their fault they didn't receive the appointment. Then i asked what can be done regarding this mishap and I was told nothing. No solution was offered nor did he try to correct the issue at hand, Then i was say this is unprofessional and ridiculous, he told me I'm harassing him. Wow, the lack of professionalism. I advise anyone looking for plumbing to seek else where.

I highly recommend this company. After the flood my house was being worked on by a contractor that left mid job, after taking our money. The plumbing in the house was not finished. I called manny (he was recommended by a friend). The guy came looked at everything, checked everything, explained to me in detail what my option were and the cost. Once I approved it, he started working immediatly. When he was done, he explained hie one of the problems he thought he woukd need to fix, was not an issue. The result, I hot a bill that was less then the estinate. Now, this is what I call honesty, professinalism and very friendly service.
