Calm and courteous staff, even after the major weather event of February, 2021. Operations Manager, Shane, went above and beyond to assist me with a obtaining a small, but vital leak repair clamp, that was nowhere to be found anywhere else in the Houston area.

We've had a very frustrating experience with our kitchen sink order. There's been very little communication about the mix-ups on their end. It seems that they have "lost" the first sink we ordered, so a substitute was ordered and now they seem to have lost that! We're still waiting. This has put the completion of our entire kitchen remodel on hold.
Our past experience with them, ordering a beautiful Kohler bubble massage tub was just fine. We have another bath remodel to start soon, but we might not order from Morrison again.

It takes forever before anyone even talks to you. And when you call an order for will call, they never have your material ready. They have to go in the back and get your stuff together, even if you give then 3 hours notice that you will be coming in.

The clearance center is the best place in town to shop. It’s a one stop shop for all appliances. Brenda will discuss which brands are reliable, have the best service, and have features that work best for your everyday needs. The prices are also unbeatable. If you love high end brands and want the best expertise at the best price then you need to see Brenda.

This is the worst place to buy plumbing supplies. Takes forever to get helped and out the door. Not to mention prices are extremely high compared to other plumbing supply companies around Houston.

Be careful when getting your supplies I return some items and they change them to my account instead of giving me credit call to fix the item and some guy name gorge just say well to bad we will do nothing you should had notice. Just be careful guys they have the material you need but not integrity.

I picked up a Warranty water heater and all is good except the paperwork took an extremely long time. But the man that helped me his name is Joe and he did an excellent job and I appreciate his expertise.
