WOW...FOR 2 DAYS Ive been trying to order a part. 1st day...2 phone calls made and was assured that I would get a call back-that didnt happen....next day, 1 phone call made-still no call back...after calling to find out about the part, i was told, I was asked what account, what did I order.....well, how about, what's your name??? I was told we get a large volume of calls, we're just blowin and goin.....will I guess I got blew off...I contacted the company myself and placed the order....I already lost 2 days messing around will high-speed influx of calls and that calculates to two more day added before I get paid as a contractor....you all need to get your weight up on the customer service side...the time to answer the calls is great, the issue is after you get transferred........

Nick is very helpful and super patient, he gave my husband and l good information which helped finding the correct replacement shower cartridge for a pretty old model of shower valve. After having no luck in Home Depot and Lowes to find a replacement, we were afraid the manufacturer does not make cartridges to fit older models anymore. With the interchangeable replacement cartridge Moen #1220 or #1225 he found, we fixed the leaking problem very quickly. A+ customer service, thanks a lot !!!

Went in looking for a sink drain basket for an 75 year old porcelain sink that is 3/4 of an inch thick and the drain hole is 2 1/2 inches. Because of the thickness of the sink the standard basket assembly would not work.

The clerk was knowlegable and helpful. Did some looking around in their system and found what I needed. They did not have it in stock but another store. She called to make sure they had it.

Picked it up, along with a couple rolls of Uponor Pex A, that was very reasonably priced, and a couple mini 1/2 inch ball valves.

This was a really pleasant experience. After two fruitless weeks of waiting for Lowe's and Home Depot to restock PVC fittings, I dropped in here as I was in the area. Quick, efficient and in stock. You can't beat that.

Great customer service and cheap prices! Blake was able to rig my hose with multiple adapters and even refunded the previous one I bought that didn’t work. I know nothing about plumbing and he took the time to explain everything!

I had a plumbing emergency and tried contacting them via phone. For the last 15 minutes no one answered the phone. I was bounced around by their reps and coincidentally, they told me that no one was available until AFTER they closed. Poor service. I hope they don’t experience what I went through and find themselves in need due to a plumbing emergency. Also, they wanted to charge me a $200 after hours fee for 3 minutes after 12pm. It’s not like I planned this plumbing issue I am experiencing. That’s taking advantage of a customer.

This place has what you need or they can tell you where to find it. The BEST plumbing/hardware store around. The staff is super friendly and always has an answer. Thank you!

Order a part at 10am and ask for delivery by 5pm same day. They failed to deliver, but the worst part- they failed to communicate this with us. This resulted in loss time, money, and ultimately my clients dissatisfaction. Ferguson neither cares about their clients or level of customer service. I will be using a different company to service our needs after this transaction is complete. Highly disappointing!!

Water heater burst on Thanksgiving day. They were open day after had exactly what I needed and were extremely helpful. Brett had my order pulled quick and was easy to deal with. Better price than box stores also. Grateful for them being open and the employees working on a holiday.
