They substituted another brand for brand requested without informing of the switch and then represented that what they pulled was what was ordered. Check your orders to ensure proper fulfillment - do not trust that what you were provided or represented is correct. In the future, I’ll have to remove the volume of items and go through each piece and line item to audit. So inefficient for both sides but better than the cost of getting to a remote job site only to discover the misrepresentations and errors.

We’ve had a great experience working with Ferguson. Andy and his team consistently do an excellent job supporting my plumbers whenever they need parts. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and understand the urgency that comes with keeping jobs on schedule.

Dealt with Alex. Came out to do a job on some Apt units of mine. Was there when he said he would. finished when he said he would. And instead of waiting next day for inspections he did it all in 1 day! Very professional and a good guy all around. Price was very competitive for the quality of work delivered.
