Not sure what the other people are complaining about. Came in for a DIY project and the guy at the counter was very helpful.

There are more than 5 employees in the store, only 1 works with customers, the rest do not know what, as a result, I waited 20 minutes to make a purchase

Worst customer service... waited 40 mins..cause they were too busy talking and joking around with other plumbers

Got a wait time but at least its not an hour

they have a business in a residential neighborhood and don't care at all about the noise they make everyday starting before 5am from employees literally shouting to loud machines at 5am to contractors or customers honking their horns and playing loud music. why is a jackhammer needed before 8am I don't care what they make. the complete disregard for the neighbors tells me what kind of company they are.

It's easier to say "I can't help you" rather than answer some questions, but makes for poor customer service. I wanted to give my $ to a local place who asp might be able to better answer my questions, but I got more help and information from Lowe's and Home Depot. Don't bother going here.

If you are an actual plumber. I’m sure this place is great. But if you are an average person trying to do DIY. Then I would go elsewhere. Don’t expect the staff to help you. No greeting from staff. Was told they don’t have what I’m looking for despite the fact that I provided pictures and a clear explanation of my common plumbing project. It was quite clear that the man helping me just wanted me to leave and didn’t want to be bothered with helping waiting customers (I wasn’t the only one). He didn’t even offer to go grab someone who might be more of assistance with my needs. Such a shame.

This is not a place for the DIY'er. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged by anyone. About 3 minutes later someone asked me what I needed, I explained my situation and was met with a blank stare. Another customer gave me some info and was infinitely more helpful than the clerk. Unless you're an actual plumber, go somewhere else.
