Ben was really helpful and also made me laugh in the middle of the stress of a plumbing emergency. But he's, most importantly, very thorough and professional.

Had a clogged sink. Did all I could to clear it. After three weeks I called the professionals RR. In the end, you get what you pay for. Am a happy camper now.

Frank and his partner were amazing plumbers who took great care and took there time to resolve the issue. I had a really bad clog in my main sewer line and they knew exactly how to get it fixed in a timely manner.

I contact Roto Rooter for drain cleaning. Ahmed H. and Christian G. were the technician that came and did an amazing job. They were very knowledgeable and knew where the cause of my drainage issue was just from my description of the problem. They explained everything they did to clear the drains and offered great advice for maintaining clear drains. Overall I'm very happy with the work they did.

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and completed the job efficiently.

Even though our drain problem was much more severe than we realized - a frozen pipe due to the extended cold in NYC - Kevin from RR did a great job for us helping narrow down the problem and trying to solve it with the tools he had (which could not handle a thick section of greasy ice). He attacked the problem from above (kitchen) and below (waste lines) and did his absolute best to resolve the problem. In the end the problem resolved itself several days later so I consider the visit a success - also since we know our system way better than before. He also negotiated a lower price since the problem was not resolved, which I appreciated.

This experience with RR Plubming Roto-Rotor was a very useful experience for my family at our facility. It was a great experience to see how fast and clean the employees were fixing the main issue. These guys are top notch workers.
