The technician, Jimmy, was awesome. My two young kids were napping and he was very respectful in trying not be loud with his tools (even though he needed to use a drill). He was extremely personable and worked efficiently in high heat.

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I'm fairly certain I overpaid for the service (mark against the company, not the tech).

Joshua did a fantastic job with the job I needed. I needed to run a new wire from my range to the crawl space and he did a great job even thought it was hard work. He was professional, personable and fun to work with, AND he came the same day I called. I would highly recommend him!

Austin did a great job with installing an outlet for our range. F.H. Furr came out quicker than anyone else I called. Most people couldn't make it out until Monday and Austin arrived about an hour after I booked the appointment on Friday morning. Highly recommend!

Charles did a great job of explaining the process and costs with purchasing a whole home generator. He was very pleasant to talk with and knowledgeable of his product, as well as on time. I would definitely call him again for other services.

Chris was amazing during our plumbing inspection and was very polite. he is hilarious with his jokes but most of all he was very detailed and let me know what to look for in the future. Even told me some nice tips and tricks about my plumbing. 10/10 recommend.

F.H. Furr sent Aaron Jacobs this morning and he did a complete review of my plumbing and drained both water heaters, came up with solutions to keep the hard water from building up in my pipes, discovered some issues with the toilet tanks that could cause leaks, and will install these tomorrow. He deserves more than a 5 star review. This is the 2nd time using F. H. Furr -- really a professional company. I don't understand any of the negative reviews out there. I have had nothing but excellent service.

Jimmy did an absolutely fantastic job along with Austin. Everything is clean and very well done exactly how we wanted it. Handled with a super friendly yet professional flair. Quick too! Fixed a ceiling fan, installed a ceiling fan and fixed some switches. Absolutely amazing work will always recommend and will request if I have any further needs!
