These people are the best! They have always done a good job for us. But this time they really hit a home run. I called Thursday morning to tell them our gas boiler was down. We had been without our main heat source and hot water since Tuesday morning. We thought it was a fuel issue. By Thursday afternoon we had a visit from David who discovered we needed new parts. They were ordered and came in today, Friday, probably late in the afternoon. We prepared for the coldest weekend of the year, but David came at 5:30 and installed the new parts. We will have heat and hot water for this upcoming coldest weekend! Thank you, County Plumbing and Heating!

Peter did a great job fixing sink leak and replacing kitchen faucet, Taylor and Gina in the office are superb with customer service and I definitely appreciate and recommend County Plumbing and Heating!

This company is great. They did an amazing job on my renovation for a bathroom and laundry room and were very willing to work around my portion of construction on the reno.

Not happy or pleased with this business. We have been customers for over 4 years. Ever since day one when we bought our house, we could smell exhaust when the furnace ran. Not one technician (and we had many) could figure out what the smell was from even though they said it wasn’t normal. No carbon dioxide was reading and the carbon monoxide detectors weren’t going off. They said it was a throw away model. We have had this unit serviced by them numerous times. In December 2018, we had called them 4 times within 3 days (all after hours) it was trial and error trying to figure out why it wasn’t running. One technician replaced multiple items and the next morning we still had trouble. After all that the one technician said it was ice in the tank with kerosene which was from them. Hmmm but they replaced many parts. Almost one month later we had another issue where the cad cell melted. The guy put down 2.5 hours and he wasn’t even here 45 min. I know they tack on travel time but really?! Four days later it happened again so we called someone else. The minute this guy from another business walked in, he knew something wasn’t right due to the exhaust smell. He tore it apart and it had a crack in the heat exchanger. Go figure! Not one technician(other than the guy who replaced the cad cell, whom suggested we have it tested for a draft, but couldn’t do it cause he didn’t have the right equipment with him) ever thought of this or had ever torn it apart to check in over 4 years. I still owe a bill to Blanchard Oil and it frustrates me cause all that work for nothing. I had to buy a new furnace and now no more smell. We could have saved thousands of dollars in 4 years if they would have figured this out from day one. Will never use them again. Lady on the phone was becoming very defensive and short when I was venting to her about the most recent bills.

Incompetent installation, permanently damaged our home doing an extremely simple gas line upgrade which they did not fix or pay for.
After buying gas and fuel and paying on time for 1 year they left our propane tank run out, without apology, they refilled the tank at twice the cost of another local company’s rates. When I questioned they offered no solution and told me they didn’t need my business. After refilling they did not perform a pressure test on the system as required by state law.
After being on automatic delivery of fuel oil for over a year also they are letting our fuel oil tank run empty in the middle of the winter. The only call we’re making is to find a new supplier other than Blanchards.
Sadly they bought our local family run business but it’s obvious they don’t share the same customer service ideals...don’t waste your time here there’s 10 other competent fuel suppliers to use.

Great company, the drivers are the best and very friendly and courteous. Always get someone at the office that is willing to help and friendly.

10 years ago I bought a house that is literally a hundred years old. As you can imagine there have been several heating and plumbing issues over the 10 years. Blanchard Oil has been there every time. I can't praise them enough. They show up when they say they will, they are polite and friendly and will answer any questions. They do the work and don't overbill their time. Call them when you need plumbing or heating work done. They are absolutely the best.

Had two separate issues over the last few months where Blanchard Oil really stepped up ane provided an extraordinary customer experience.

First time was our oil furnace was not turning on during negative zero temps. I called Blanchard Oil and they had someone at my house within an hour, repaired and serviced my furnace and they sent a very reasonable invoice. Great value for what they invoiced us, especially for coming so quickly on a day I am sure they were busy with other furnace emergencies on that freezing day.

Second time I called them was for a recent water leak in my basement. Again, they dispatched someone very quickly to our house and again they had the parts with them to quickly repair this issue. After the repair, I received another reasonably priced invoice, at a great value for the excellent and quick service we received.

Highly recommend for any residential plumbing and heating needs. I appreciate their excellent service at moments when they are needed the most!

Top notch mechanical contractor. They helped me get my boiler back up and running. Technicians Matt and Jareem came out. Those guys know what they’re doing! Loved them so much that I had them come back and install heat pumps, rework some plumbing and install a new water heater. Cole is one of the best I’ve ever worked with. 1000/10, highly recommend.

Fantastic to work with! Over the last few weeks we've had them do 3 different jobs for us to get ready for the sale of our home. Cole and all of his team members that were here over the last few weeks were great to work with. Very responsive and did great work. We will definitely use them again.

From the initial contact with Cole and scheduling with Ann to install work by Jareem plus his fixes with Matt a week or so later, I really cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cooper.
They price reasonably and hold to their quotes (or eventually REDUCE the price), they arrive on time and work efficiently and they are patient and good-humored. I will continue to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I've had water heater installs, toilet replacements, and zone valve replacements completed by A Cooper. Cole and Ann make scheduling easy (and very timely) and the work completed is always done right.

The heater in my basement failed and Cooper Mechanical was able to provide an estimate and replace the unit quickly. Their team is knowledgable, friendly, courteous and kind. A. Cooper Mechanical installed a dual fuel system for my home. My overall experience was outstanding. From scheduling to hands on, the entire team is top notch. I want to especially thank Cole for his leadership. This project required a lot of his personal time, doing research, troubleshooting, and making the system available for a fair price. After the install, he continued to follow up. The team came back afterwards to make modifications, adjustments, and dial in the comfort level at no extra cost. This was well after the project was completed. I strongly recommend A. Cooper Mechanical.
