my maternal aunt Patricia and her husband David MacDonnell lived on this property from the mid 1980s to the early 1990s.

I'm 44yo now and some of my brightest, most cherished childhood memories are of summers at this place. running through the field and swimming in the pool that once existed slightly northeast of the garage (the eastern side of which was personally extended by my uncle David circa late 80s)

the house was built in 1888. as a child there I experienced several paranormal occurrences. my name whispered while alone. palpable presences, etc....once, while playing in the basement with my sister and cousins, an unseen pair of hands held me by the shoulders and prevented me from running with the rest. my aunt hated doing laundry down there but would never tell us kids why hehe

anyways...thank you for tolerating my nostalgic rambling here in the reviews section. I was just looking for old times sake and decided to drop this little piece here. Brad Bundy convinced me in 2017 to install a Fuji small footprint aerobic septic system at our 3 bedroom lakeside camp in Ferrisburgh. Tons of them in Maine, but few in VT at the time (ours was one of the first, if not the first). The installation went without a hitch and has been running beautfully ever since. Brad's excellent advice, attention and service have made our lives much easier. I highly recommend Bundy's! Thank you Brad.

update: Green state paid us $1000 to avoid court. we've since gotten a new plumber, but still have issues with Green states install. first was low pressure and green state never installed a pressure gage. now today, we're back to no heat due to a sensor failure. I've repeatedly asked Alec to respond and get zero response. We are not difficult customers, pay our bills early and have never bitched, but his lack of response or assumption of liability is infuriating.

We had Green state do all the work on our new house 2 years ago. That work was fine.
Per their recommendation, we had them service our heating system at the 2 year mark. It was working perfectly, but supposedly should be cleaned. Their tech turned our perfectly performing system into non working by what ever he introduced into the system. After 2 visits to fix, it still was not functioning.
After that, he said he was busy and to call emergency service and he would pay. Further calls went unanswered.
After 5 days and multiple calls to other businesses, we got the situation resolved. 5 days of no heat and hot water.
While he promised to pay the emergency services fee, he won’t respond to anything I send.
I have everything documented.
Who leaves people hanging like that?

Green State has a highly skilled crew that is supported by an office staff that can communicate well and explain pros and cons of various heating systems. I recently had a new furnace and heat pump installed and couldn't be happier with the experience or results.

Jonathon was very professional and had great expertise. He performed a septic video inspection in Milton. He took the time to walk me across our backyard indicating as I flagged the boundaries to where not to plant and build anything over the leach field. This was very helpful to help me design landscaping in the future. I look forward to working with P&P Septic for all our septic needs.

Over the weekend, we had an emergency septic issue where our basement was flooding. After reaching out to a few places with no luck, we called P&P and within a few hours, they came to our house. Not only that, when another issue popped up again later that night, they came out to our house at 11:30 at night. We really appreciate the help and assistance during that stressful time!

We started with frozen septic pipes,ugh. Called, emedate answer an arrived following day. Within hour had pipes unthawed Huge relief! 2 days later problem,they came right back. Took care of problem quickly. They went above my excpectations. Mike ,tyristan,and Kevin were exceptional young men. Polite engaging an answered all my concerning questions. We have been very happy with the services that P & P have provided. Tyler, Travis, and Joseph were all pleasant and professional to work with. Their response was prompt and our issue was resolved within 24 hours. They pumped our tank, inspected our pump to ensure it was functioning properly, and lastly they jetted out our leach field. We appreciate that they were very knowledgeable and spent time educating us on our system; suggesting future maintenance to ensure that our system functions at its best. Overall, we have been impressed with their customer service and know that we can rely on them for managing the needs of our septic system. Highly recommend P & P for managing septic needs!

Normally 4 Star or better (pump out every 3 years) but this last visit the driver arrived before 7am and was completely done once I went inside in the 2 to 4 minutes more than the time it took me to go in to write the check! (He was completely ready to leave when I came back out!) I'm skeptical the full 1,000 gallons was pumped out because the cover was back on and covered with dirt. I did reopen and impossible to tell how much pumped but he seemed over eager to suggest a 2 year instead of 3 year revisit. Great service in the past but this time it left me very skeptical.

Corey was phenomenal in every respect. He was communicative, informative, personable and genuinely kind. He was able to take care of what needed to be done in a very efficient manner. He went above and beyond! The company is lucky to have him on board representing the company! I would recommend him to anyone! 5 Starts doesn’t serve him justice!

Dave is amazing! So personable, knowledgeable, and just great at what he does. We will definitely be requesting him anytime we need plumbing work done.
