Heath & Field responded promptly to my call for assistance with a burst hot water heating pipe. The friendly crew fixed the problem quickly at a very reasonable price.

I reached out to Brandon after he had a booth a local fair. He was able to come out to my home in a timely manner and hook up my new sink with new plumbing. He did a wonderful job and kept me updated through the whole process of any changes that were needed. I definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a local plumber who does great work!

Noticed our O-ring may have been leaking a bit around the bottom of our toilet. Gave Brandon( owner) a call after reading some reviews. He was very responsive and professional and was able to make it out the next day, he was on time and prepared. His dad Bruce was with him and they both fixed everything right up within the hour. Very polite and respectful, made sure I was aware of the issue and what they were doing, cleaned up all the mess and left everything as it was before they started. Highly recommend and will be using them again in the future for any plumbing needs! So nice to have a local plumber you can trust and rely on!

Brandon did great work at my rental property when my tenants lost hot water. He was responsive and made sure both me and my tenants were fully informed on what needed to be done. My tenants explicitly expressed to me after the work was done how friendly and professional Brandon was while inside their home. Can’t recommend him enough!

Great Experience with Bubs Plumbing And Heating LLC , Brandon did a awesome job installing a kitchen sink faucet . replaced 2 valves and replaced a pipe for a copper one for my mother and I , we will be keeping him in our contacts for any plumbing issues we have in the future

I've lived in webster NH for ten years, had contractors in my home numerous times and never have I felt so take advantage of! I saw Brandon's post on the Boscawen NH FB page, he was advertising his services. At the time his company name was not on there. I like to give my business to local companies, so I gave him a call, at no point in the conversation did he say there was a minimum charge for coming to my home. I was looking for a quote for getting an on demand propane water heater put in and removing my oil fired boiler from 1998. He seemed nice on the phone so I thought I would give him some work and replace my water spickets outside that have been leaking forever. He still at no point mentioned a minimum charge! He shows up at my house with two helpers and two big trucks. He discussed that the spickets were gonna cost 5-6 hundred dollars each to change. I was instantly uncomfortable and could of said just leave but I just told him to change one because of the cost. He then carries in without exaggerating 10 bags of plumbing tools. He comes back up 10 minutes later and hands me an invoice for 600 dollars. I have an unfinished basement, this was a 5 minute job and he charged me the full 600 dollars I have no idea why. I also learned during this visit that his company is from canaan NH which is not even close to the merrimack valley area. Not upfront about pricing and put me on the spot in my home infront of my family. I reached out to Brandon shortly after the service and told him how upset me and my other half were and he did not wish to fix the situation whatsoever. Very unhappy hard working family here! Don't recommend to anyone.

Had Bubs out to fix two small leaks and prime our well pump. My mistake was letting them start without asking for their rate or an estimate. Getting water running again was our priority but he suggested starting on the leaks.

Not long after beginning, Bub’s father told me they couldn’t attach their fitting to the well line because water was coming through; realizing my well line is gravity-fed after beginning. I had to pull the well line above the water level myself before they could install a shut-off valve. My well cover is about 300lbs and the line is 8ft down. I’m not sure what their plan would’ve been if I was not there.

After saying the water was flowing again, they later told me my pump was done for and not to run it. They quoted $925 for a new pump, not including labor.

With two hours of labor, the bill also came to $925 and my family was no closer to having running water. The materials installed were six feet of copper pipe, several compression fittings, a shut off valve, and a pipe hanger.

I called another plumber afterward, who knew right away (just from a phone call) that my pump was fine. He had it running smoothly in minutes by clearing a port of sediment and then adjusting the pressure switch.

Bub talked a lot about his experience and showed up with help but needed me to find a way to stop the water in order to address the first leak and then either missed or ignored the step that would’ve gotten my pump working. Their website claims they’re transparent and budget-friendly, but I wasn’t told his extreme rate upfront, the bill wasn’t itemized (still waiting 9 days after he confirmed he would), and I nearly paid for an unnecessary pump replacement.

Leaving 2 stars because the copper work itself was solid, but charging $250 per hour for six feet of easily accessible pipe work feels unreasonable. Being given the wrong diagnosis on the pump was unacceptable and raises concerns about their expertise or honesty.

We had a difficult trailer job that we were pretty upfront about the challenges the concerns and willingness to pay. Bubs said he could do it and ghosted us this twice which unfortunately meant my brother missed work twice because he stayed at home to make sure he could show him the problems.

After the two no-shows my brother reached out to him multiple times and never got any response so I reached out to him and his reasoning for not responding to my brother was that he "was busy enough he didn't have time to deal with us."

On that call he agreed to stop by one last time he did show told us it would be a big job but that he could do it and would send us a quote. I didn't pester him for the quote and only reached out a couple times multiple times he promised me he would quote me next day and eventually I never heard back from him. It's now been a few months and we've since gotten the job completed with a more reputable plumber.

I would have liked to use somebody local and give them the good review but that courtesy goes both ways and I'm very dissatisfied with how Bubs handled this and can't recommend him.

Professional plumbers, worth every penny! I called and scheduled a new kitchen sink install, new faucet, under sink Reverse Osmosis System and a new dishwasher. They showed up on time as scheduled, discussed billing quote before starting work so I knew what to expect and got right to work. They are very professional and worked hard to get the job done in a very timely manor. Im beyond happy with the outcome. Everything is working perfectly, im so glad I paid to have a professional do this rather than attempt myself. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a plumber!!! I would absolutely use them again.

No one wants to have to call the plumber/ HVAC specialist. But Dickinson & Son are SO wonderful. They have been prompt in responding to my desperate "no heat" calls, and the service people are always careful and friendly. I recommend them without reservation!

What a Great company to do Business with. We had an emergency situation and it happened to be after hours. After calling the answering service and getting the Owners Cell phone. Rick answered early on a Saturday Morning only to show up 20 minutes later to fix the problem he showed us how to override the water system if this was to happen again. Not very often do you get the owner to answer on a Saturday then to come up and be willing to show us how to fix the problem ourselves..
I really cant say enough Great things about this company!!! You get what you pay for with Dickinson and thats worth every Penny!

I cannot say enough about Dickinsons. My husband works all week, which left me to be the one making phone calls to his office staff, meeting with Rick for an estimate, and being home while our split units were installed. From the start, Rick was wonderful when he came out to complete our estimate. His office staff, especially Melissa, was so patient with my multiple phone calls, answering all my questions and REALLY making things happen. Joe who performed our install was incredible. He was friendly, professional and quick. And on a 90° they saved the day for us and our 3 month old baby girl. It felt like the service you get “when you know someone” despite just moving to the area. I can’t thank them enough. We just bought a home in WRJ and we will be loyal customers from here on out!

While the individual plumbers are great, the office staff does not respond to email requests and is generally not very helpful/thorough. They asked me to call the town to coordinate a water shut down for their service call. The town showed up, but they didn’t.

I had a plumber quote me one price. I called the office serveral times and sent emails trying to reconfirm that price with no answer/response. When the bill came, it was 50% higher than what I was initially quoted. I asked for the owner to give me a call and after some prodding on my end, he did. He basically said pay it or don’t ever call him again. He said he has more clients than he can handle and he basically couldn’t care less if I stayed or went. I went with Cota and Cota and talk about night and day service! Can’t say enough good things about them. Out of WRJ. Give them a call instead.

Unreliable. They don't return your calls when they say they will, and when they DO return the call and you make an appointment, they don't show up.

This my second time (and hopefully last!) using Dickinson's. They are the best contractors of any kind that I have dealt with. They were able to give me an appointment within a couple of days. They arrived promptly and the young man (T.C.) that did the work was very professional, courteous and and knowledgeable.
They even did an awesome job of cleaning up after they were done.
If only all the other contractors and service people with this good!

I have had several jobs done at my home by this company and they have always been extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. In one instance their service technician, Eric, made every effort possible to help repair an AC unit so I would not have to replace it. He (Eric) was incredible. Another technician, Rich, has helped me a number of times with furnace issue and is always very helpful and considerate. Always offers good advice. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

We called for a broken faucet (couldn't completely shut the water off) in our backyard. They scheduled an appointment for the following week. A young plumber, named Garrett, came and diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. He was very courteous and got right to the work. Very pleased.

I had Kyle and Dennis come over to my condo unit to fix a leaky gasket/lever that's associated with our washer/dryer and replace a tub drain. They did an expert job! They were always on time, communicative, and super friendly. Kyle and Dennis educated me on what I needed to know, and they were very kind and professional. The office staff were great, too - it was easy to book an appointment, and I reached a person right away when I called with a scheduling question. Highly recommend Mountain Plumbing of NH for swift and exceptional service!

As a business owner I have found that it is very hard to find Subcontractors that are dependable and friendly, especially for Electrical and Plumbing. Over the years of hiring several different subcontractors for different jobs, Mountian Plumbing has been the best since day one. They were the only one out of 5 to return my call. They are very informational.
When I started working with them I talked with Michael who was able to set up and schedule his guys to come do the repair and did a great job. A few remodels later working with them. I met one of their new managers Devin, along with his crew Zack & Kyle who have done a number of jobs with me both for my business and Within my home. Their work is very professional and meticulous, great problem solvers and they actually get the job done.

They offer a 2 year warranty when they buy the materials with is very helpful considering the quality of products coming in broken lately.

Recently I contracted them to do a basement remodel, including a pump system for a new bathroom and kitchen, everything looks amazing. From there I had them replace an old oil hydronic (Forced hot water) furnace and it is amazing. Anytime there is an issue Devin resolves it.

Out of the many plumbing contracts I have had Mountian Plumbing is the best.

Fantastic company. Zach installed my new boiler and the whole experience was great. Done in one day, zero unexpected issues, and the guys were polite. Cleaned up after them selves. I also got to talk to the owner Mike during the process. Well spoken guy who knew exactly what my home needed for my new system. Highly recommend mountain plumbing!
