Bob and his team are awesome. They stepped in to sort out a complete mess left by another contractor after a disgracefully poor heating system installation. A week later after replacing all the boiler piping, adding additional vents and returns, correctly insulating all ducting and adding an appropriately sized storage tank, we have a fully functioning system that heats when it's supposed to, cools when it's supposed to and makes no noise while doing it. These guys are very tidy, always clearing up after themselves and they take time to explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. The results speak volumes. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

We had just bought a new house and the well pump went out. They came out fast and fixed the problem at a fair price. Then a couple months later it stopped working again, they came back out and spent a few hours trying to find the problem, there was a bad electrical wire that they fixed and didn’t charge us for the second repair. Great plumbers, highly recommend!

Bob and his staff were nothing but professional! We bought a house that needed a lot of work and we were not able to start until we got a new furnace. They got in quick using flash lights and space propane heaters to get our house ready for renovations.

I would use them again in a heartbeat...fair and upfront, couldn't ask for anything better!!

Brandon and his apprentice were very professional and courteous. They did a great job! I will definitely be calling again for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

The two young guys they sent out were very friendly and professional. The senior of the two was clearly very knowledgeable and I left comfortable that he knew what he was doing. They were able to resolve the most important items I needed and didn't try to tell me I needed extra work.

Bob called us after the appointment to arrange for the one thing the guys weren't prepared to do when they came out. He set clear expectations and pricing for the remaining work which was going to include more hardware.

The only things to complain about are issues with the times, not Plumbusters. They're busy, so it takes a while to get on the schedule and they can't pinpoint a perfect arrival time at the house. Can't knock them for this, as its a labor shortage and trades-shortage issue.

We booked Plumbusters to install a new addition to our basement. I couldn’t be more impressed with how efficient they were. The installer was extremely professional and very courteous. The customer service was also great dealing with the owner, even in a pandemic. I would highly recommend for plumbing services and will keep them in mind for any future additions.

Absolutely saved my butt!! Spent three days working on a system that a previous plumber installed but couldn't fix. He came out right away and tracked down every issue. Great communication, even reached out after it was finally fixed to check in and make sure I was good. Literally can't stress how awesome Josh and his team are!

I could not emphasize enough how great Josh was ! It’s so hard to find a reliable , trustworthy , efficient plumber now a days ! Such a treat hard working guy ! I highly recommend and will never use anyone else but him !

Josh and Team were amazing!!!!! Very responsive and takes pride in his work. I called with something fairly simple but took the time to educate me and show me another are of concern that would have caused leaking. He was able to fix everything that needed attention that day. 100/10! We had a few issues with an older home and the water heater. They came same day, replaced the water heater, AND fixed multiple other plumbing issues. Very professional and finished everything quickly. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Josh and his team for any of your plumbing needs. They are professional, courteous, and extremely responsive, and I appreciate their willingness to be flexible with times I could be home. Our hot water heater was not working. They showed up quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Thank you, Josh for a great experience…….. and getting us hot water!

HUGE shout out to Josh Davey for saving us last night from, yet again, no heat or hot water at our Hampstead Village Green Apt in Hampstead, NH. Emergency lines for the company and management weren't answering again and no ETA in sight. Without hesitation Josh came out and worked for hours on our system. The minute he came out he noticed a much bigger problem than just "It keeps fixing itself"- what the management company told us theast 3 times it happend.
Not only did he leave multpile times to get the right tools and parts, he didnt give up until he knew our family would be safe and warm. He knows we have been doing everything in our power to rectify this horrible, Slumlord situation and wouldnt stop until it was fixed correctly. He even came back the next day just to check ✔️ AMAZING!
If anyone is looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable contractor, I would 1000% recommend him.

Food was excellent, price moderate. Cozy with elegance wait staff attentive but not bothersome. Definitely will go there again

We are so happy with the work and professionalism of Bill! He came out to provide a quote (free of charge) when we were having leakage from our water heater. We previously had a quote from another company and he was really honest about what actually needed to be replaced and what didn’t. His quote was reasonable and we went with him. He was able to quickly order parts and have a new system installed within a week of the quote. He was on time, quick, knowledgeable and honest! Happy with all the work done. We needed the tank temperature adjusted a few days later (he said this might happen) and he came and helped us tweak it a bit. Said we could always call if we had any questions or anything seemed off, everything has been great and we’ve found ourselves a new plumber! Would highly recommend Bill!

Baum is the bomb! Countertop install went bad and plumbing didn't line up. The installers wanted to move my entire kitchen counters 1" sideways to make it work! Travis was able to stop by and fix in 10 minutes. Great experience!
