Dave came by today and it was an absolute pleasure, he is very knowledgeable in his trade and a subject matter expert. I recommend Dave to help you with your plumbing needs.
Dave helped get our master shower repaired and up in running with new fixtures and valves and will be coming back next week replace the other outdated valve fixtures in other bathrooms.

I contacted several other plumbing companies to have a leaking zone valve replaced. But no one could do this small job for at least 2 weeks. Pierce Family Plumbing was recommended to my wife on the Chester Chatter. I emailed Dave on Monday and he gave me a quote to do the work which was a very reasonable price. Came on time and did the job that Thursday. He was very professional, cleaned up after, I inquired about maybe needing something else done and being the honest guy he is he told me I really didn't need to have that work done. I believe many other contractors would have been happy to do unnecessary work and take my money, but not Dave. Thank You Very Much and I will recommend his company to everyone I know.

My experience with Dave Pierce started with an online quote and he emailed me in a timely manner. He asked questions and gave me options, made me feel like I was talking to a professional who had my needs as priority. After deciding what I wanted and getting a more than reasonable quote he showed up on time and did a top notch job and was very personable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Wouldn't hesitate to go to him first with any plumbing need.

After several attempts at leaving voicemail messages with several other plumbers with no response, I Contacted Pierce Family Plumbing via their website email. To my surprise Dave emailed me back the very next morning. I had a few smallplumbing items that needed attention. Dave and I exchanged a few emails throughout the day to troubleshoot the issues. He scheduled an appointment to come address the issues. We talked about options and the cost associated with each option. He was very open, honest, professional and accommodating. I own a dog boarding facility in Kingston and I needed to have 2 sinks installed. Dave was absolutely amazing! Fairly priced, always on time, very responsive with communication, and he did an amazing job! I had 2 other plumbers that I got quotes from, but I'm so glad I went with Dave! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone, and I will definitely be using him again 😁.

I'm done trying to do plumbing projects for myself. I used to watch youtube videos and do myself but as most know more then likely your still not installing properly like a professional would. I also hire him for all my needs especially when my bedroom and bathroom floors needed to be completely redone. The work was performed professionally and looks amazing. The job was done as promised . Vinnie has worked on several jobs for me and all have been top quality. He was able to give me options, pros and cons on all the work and let me make the final decisions base on his info. His prices were great and I would hire him again!

After my main sewage pipe was cracked and leaking from the old copper, Mike from Precision was quick to find the leak and replace it with a more modern, PVC solution. Now its fixed forever and im very pleased.

I called Mike at Precision Plumbing and what did I get? Total honesty. He listened to my issue and told me it's not a plumbing issue but a granite issue. He could have come out charge me a service call and then gave me that answer but no, total honesty! He forwarded me onto a Atlas Granite in Derry where Sean was awesome... I couldn't be happier. Had an issue with a boiler I installed a few months ago, faulty part from the manufacturer. When I called granite group I spoke to Cody. He helped me get the parts I needed and helped me get my customer up and running! Cody provided a high level of customer service and I really appreciate his help and appreciate granite group for putting people like him on their front lines.
