Always able to get what I need here. If it isn't in stock they will order it in and call as soon as it gets in store! Staff is super friendly and helpful.

I was in trouble... septic tank backup in our basement on a Saturday. Called Rooter-Man at 3pm and Dustin shows up 2.5 to 3 hours later. Located the blockage soon after that which was at the outlet end of the septic tank and not in the main line as was suspected. Great service & great guy! Didn't leave until approx 7pm. I highly recommend Router-Man!!

Joe was really great. He took care of my clogged line quickly and he explained everything he was doing and why. He cleaned up after himself which I really appreciated. Great job.

We had Joe as our technician, very thorough. He explained everything in detail. At the end he cleaned out our trash barrell that he used, I noticed him washing it thoroughly which was conscientious and considerate. Would hire again, thank you.

I had a shower drain that has been slow for a few years and finally became extreme. Joe from Rooter-Man knew just what the problem was and cleared 70 years of cast iron scale in a matter of minutes. The price was exactly what he quoted. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Ideal plumbing has been absolutely amazing when it comes to installing new appliances and their communication. The process with ordering through Home Depot and having multiple parties involved in deliveries, installations and returns was a headache but John at ideal plumbing has been so helpful and Tom and Dan were amazing during the two installs. Cant recommend them enough!

Didn’t even show up!! Cost me a days pay and I had to call them to remind them they missed my appointment. Wanted to give a zero star but wasn’t able. If you want your job done, call someone else.

Ideal, plumbing and its owner John were great when we had a plumbing problem. I wouldn't trust any other company besides ideal plumbing for any of my future problems that I may have, John was honest and very respectful when his team was here for 12 hours straight with no break.
