kEN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US AND SAVED US MONEY TOO BY EXPLAINING WHAT WE TRULY NEEDED. HE HAS ALOT OF EXPERIENCE IN OUR FURNACE COMPANY AND HE IS VERY HONEST.

Recently had my boiler replaced by Ken and I couldn't be happier. Ken takes the time to explain what he is going to do and takes tremendous pride in his work. Highly recommended, you will not get better service anywhere.

Pierce Plumbing recently replaced a kitchen faucet at my house. He worked fast, he was very knowledgeable, cleaned up the job site well, and the job was priced reasonably. I will use his services again, and highly recommend the company

Ken came out for a boiler cleaning. I appreciated how he took his time to walk me through what he was going to do. He pointed out a few things that were out of code and decided to get those taken care of as well.
Overall Pierce was prompt, polite, and got the work done for a fair price. I would call them again. -
Very happy that we called Pierce Plumbing. Kenny is punctual, saved us a lot money and offered logical, professional advice on what we needed to fix the problem. Kenny did not try to 'up-sell' us a more costly, timely job, which was refreshing. After he put in our new water heater, I called him back to fix some plumbing issues. He is reliable, affordable and courteous. Happy to leave the highest of a recommendation.

Pete was so nice and extremely efficient. Cleaned up my floor by the sink. Offered me the 40.00 off coupon. Cleared that tough clog. I will defiantly use roto- rooter again👍
-
Highly recommend. The service exceeded my expectations. I had a leak from my washing machine in my basement and contacted Roto-Rooter to clear the clog. In addition to the plumber, a representative came out to inspect the floors and walls for water damage. Using specialized equipment, they detected moisture and clearly explained that without removing the flooring, the area would not properly dry and mold could develop.
They were present when the insurance representative arrived, reviewed the findings together, and walked me through every step of the process to have my basement cleaned, sanitized, and the flooring replaced. I had no idea Roto-Rooter offered this level of support and guidance. They will definitely be my go-to company moving forward. -
Had a problem with our pipe connected to the septic. Called to get someone out there and Tanya was very helpful and got a technician out there the next day. Leo came out and reviewed the problem and came back the next day to fix it. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again.

The technician who came to my property was very helpful and that’s why they get two stars. Other than him, the service was poor. We had an appointment between 10-12. Around 11:50, we called to see what time the tech was coming. The person who answered said “you were on our list to call about a schedule change.” They unilaterally moved our appointment to 2-4 without the courtesy of a call. The reason was a truck broke which happens but the lack of a courtesy call was frustrating because we wasted our morning looking out for the tech. They clearly knew about the issue before 11:50 and made no effort to let us know. Unfortunate first contact with Roto Rooter.

Joe Campisi from RotoRooter was amazing ! Quick response ! Knew exactly what happened. We noticed the plumber accidentally unplugged the sump pump to the apartment downstairs. It's different. I'm on City water and SEWER ! As soon as he said, " What does this plug go to " ? I almost died and said, oh my goodness, They unplugged the pump that needs to be plugged in at all times. As soon as tenant flushed her toilet water immediately started coming up from the pump. Thanks so much Joe !!! What a nice guy. They sent someone out to clean up too. He drove 45 minutes. I give them a 5 star 🌟 review ! I will definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommend !

They were fantastic. I called Momday and there was someone at my house Tuesday morning. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Some of my issues were related to city services and when city workers showed up, the tech went to talk to them about the situation and I really appreciated that because the messaging was a lot clearer coming from him. The tech was very efficient and cleaned up after himself. Very positive experience. Would definitely call them again if needed.

Alan did a wonderful job! I never heard of this company and didn't know the difference between rooter vs plumber all I know they do similar jobs. I spotted a lot of positive reviews. Yes I was aware they will be expensive but plumber's are not known to be cheap. I was getting a new countertop and I needed him to disconnect everything underneath the double stainless steel sink in my condo. That only cost $125. I also ask him to check the toilets before he disconnected the sink and see if it normal and he explained about the two different buttons on top of the toilet. I am not use to having fancy toilet. Low water is normal. So it was free consultant. He came back Thursday after the kitchen countertop people installed the countertop Wednesday and reconnected the new single raise sink and faucets hand motion and a different drainer I bought from Amazon I didn't like the one it came with. I am very pleased with everything. It was extremely expensive but it was worth it.

I used queen city to replace my hot water heater. They found me a same day appointment, then found an earlier one in the morning. I spoke w a service mgr to determine a quote. Eric arrived 1 hour after my original call. He completed the installation within about 3 hours. Professional job with an explanation of the system. Their service mgr held my quote even with a bit over the initial time estimate. I’m only using queen city plumbing from now on. Eric’s Quality of work A+++. Thiago and Mercedes A+++ Eric the serviceman and installer(plumber) A+++. I recommend queen city 100%

Let me save you the trouble of calling everyone around the area and waiting for them to respond. Queen City was so easy to call and work with. They came out nearly the next day to replace the expansion tank and mixing valve. Also significantly cheaper than everyone else too! Not to say cheapest is best, but it was not nearly the price gouge that everyone else will send you.

We had a leaky kitchen faucet and a couple of bathroom faucet issues. Queen City Plumbing came to the rescue. Eric and Danny were both so professional and knowledgeable in their expertise. They came into our home very respectfully and professionally and were very eager to find the solution and completed the issues. I highly recommend Queen City Plumbing. They hire the best in the field. Hats off Eric and Danny. So appreciative for what you did. Thank you.

Due to the cold weather a pipe in my dad’s house burst. I found them on line, and read the reviews, and contacted them on line. I received an email later that day saying that they could have someone out the next day. Monday morning, they called and gave us a time frame. They showed up, took a look gave me an estimate and got to work quickly. The pipe was fixed quickly. They thanked my dad for his service, verbally. (He a Vietnam Veteran, and remembers well how they were treated, so this means a lot to him )They also gave a discount for his service. . When his house needs a plumber I know who to call.

Jim did awesome and was professional. I had a kitchen sink clog that I tried a auger on myself to no avail. I let Jim know what I had tried and showed him the other end of the pipe(half of which is inaccessible behind dry wall). He tried an auger himself quickly to see if he could save me some money before going to the more dramatic measure of replacing pipe where it is accessible and using the auger from the other end. The old pipe was cast iron and very old and I knew it was going to be replaced at some point so we inevitably went that route! He showed me the old pipe (thick clog for all 3 feet of pipe) and he had to work in a rather tight space but got it done quickly with no complaints! Pics attached of the post job piping. I would gladly use them again! Thanks Jim!

I hired Queen City Plumbing & Heating for a bathroom in a basement and they delivered a great experience to us. Workers were quiet and respectful, quality of work was good and they came on time. I recommend, trustworthy people.

I had a kitchen sink that needed to be replaced and the only options from Queen City was a $350 Kohler instead of replacing the $80-$100 Glacier Bay. It would have been $100 in hourly rate to send the tech to Home Depot to get one. I was very disappointed in Queen City arriving to the job with a very high end replacement. The only other option was a basic sink faucet, which I didn't want to completely downgrade my tenants sink and be a cheapskate landlord. I guess it's my fault for not prr purchasing the faucet I wanted ahead of time, but I didn't know it needed to be fully replaced until the tech was there. I'm just disappointed, everything else was fine. If I use Queen City again it will only be out of an emergency where I can't fina anyone else.

Working with Queen City Plumbing was extremely challenging, mostly due to a dysfunctional office team. The office manager seldom responds to emails - most of my emails to them received no response. Their office phone was never answered. The only way I could successfully reach them was by calling the office manager on his cell phone - every time I reached him he claimed he was "not in the office" and would respond to my requests when he returned to the office. Of course he never did.
The plumbing work itself was also disappointing. The initial job was not finished on the originally scheduled date, with no return date scheduled. I had to reach out to get the follow-up date set. When the job was finally finished, there were multiple leaks. Due to poor office management, it took weeks to get a follow-up visit scheduled. And then when the day finally came, they no-showed without calling to reschedule. They ultimately finished the job, but not without me holding their hand through the entire process.
If there was anything positive about this experience, the pricing was great. But, you get what you pay for.
