With the cold temps setting in, my heat has been struggling to keep up. Last week my boiler failed and shut down. Mike came by that night to diagnose our issue, the next day Mike and team were at my house, first thing in the morning with a new boiler heating system. By 4:00 we had heat again with a brand new boiler! I can’t thank Mike and his guys enough for the hard work and for getting my heat going better than ever! Clean, hard working, respectful and extremely thorough. 10 out of 10 recommend!

My water heater went on a Fri night. Contacted Pilot plumbing they got right back to me. Sent him pictures though text which I really liked not one to talk on the so it worked out great. I as up and running with a new tank sat morning. Mike is very nice and helpful as well. I ask a lot of questions at times and he had no problem answering me very upfront and honest. I will be contacting them in the near future for furnace cleaning and some other small water line replacements. Thank you again Mike.

Very happy with new Rinnai wall furnace. Previous unit lasted over 25 years but needed replacement. Pilot not only provided a new updated unit with a perfect footprint with the old one but installed it in 1.5 hrs. Oh and did I mention, did it all for $1660 dollars less than the nearest competitor! Cleaned up workspace nicely afterwards and were very professional throughout. The owner said, "Well beat anyone's price." They sure did and with timely service as well.

Mainline did an amazing job installing our water systems! They were professional, knowledgeable and you can tell that they take pride in their work. Reasonable pricing and John was very good with communication as well- super easy to work with! Thank you mainline, what a difference our water systems have made. 10/10 would use again and recommend.

Mainline Plumbing came through in spades for us! Within one day, our new water treatment system was functional, leaks addressed and they carefully reviewed our system with us so we may maintain it properly. The guys were kind, careful and conscientious. I recommend them without reservation and we will use them in the future! Great price and excellent service!

My boyfriend said he could fix the garbage disposal. He broke it. Called Mainline and they sent Mike E. AMAZING service. I never knew plumbers were that professional!? The whole appt was great. Mike is extremely knowledgeable in his craft. You guys have an incredible asset with him. All the tips he gave my boyfriend about basic plumbing. Def will (need to lol) use their services again.

Mike was extremely professional and explained everything before he did the work. Mainline sent him immediately and we also received the Senior Citizen discount which helped out with our bill. We used Mainline plumbing after purchasing a new home. They were incredible. John and his team gave us a quote and full install of a top tier filtration system within days. They also assisted in applying for the state rebate, saving us thousands of dollars. We will be using them for all plumbing needs moving forward and would recommend them to anyone.

I called Mainline hoping to get some answers on an outdated and out of code hot water system. John came out same day and walked through my options with me. The next day, John's team came out and had a brand new water heater and all new piping installed in just a few hours! No more polybutylene!! Conner and George were exceptional! They came in with everything they needed, and cleaned up afterwards! They were able to help fix our plumbing issues very fast, and when they noticed how hard our water was they were able to test it on the spot! Frozen water line. Tech arrives with no kerosene to operate his heater. Needs to go to Home Depot. With no inspection, wants $1000+. Maybe more costs later. I open the area to operate the heater. It runs for three hours while the tech is on the phone. After three hours, he determines the frozen pipe is outside my home. Call Pennichuck. I call them they replace the frozen meter for free. They tell me the Tech could have determined the problem in 15 Min and that I shouldn't call Paul the Plumber again. Snow melts. I now have melted siding from the heater.

We placed a service call to Paul the Plumber for a combined electrical and plumbing issue. Both the plumber and electrician were scheduled for the same time frame.
John the electrician arrived first and was able to fix an intermittently working switch in our kitchen. Soon after Harrison the plumber arrived and replaced our leaking garbage disposal and a section of leaking
pipe to the adjacent sink.
Both John and Harrison were friendly, professional, and informative. John offered recommendations for future projects we asked about and provided us with estimates. We were impressed with the service and intend to use them again in the future.

Outstanding service! Our water heater died and Paul The Plumber was able to replace it the next day, as well as our water pressure tank that was leaking. Mike the technician who performed the service was polite, efficient, and provided the best replacement options for our situation. We will definitely use Paul The Plumber for any future plumbing needs.

Total ripoff. Had a clogged toilet. Technician quoted me $251 to run an auger down the toilet. Told me if that did not work he would remove the toilet, unclog, and then replace with the same toilet. Quoted me $900 to remove and replace the same toilet. If I were not 83 years old and with a bad back I would do it myself. It is really that simple of a repair. While there I asked the tech for a quote to replace the leaking cartridge in my Moen kitchen faucet. I had already purchased the replacement cartridge and had planned on doing it myself. I nearly fell over when he quoted me $550 to make the repair. A brand new Moen faucet could be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot for $125. Beware, they will rip you off if you are not knowable.

This was the first time using Paul the plumber. We had Marc as our guy and he was fantastic! Very professional and super friendly. Would definitely recommend

Bob the Plumber techs did a great job and from the time of the call for service and time of completion was exceptional. Friendly, walked me through everything and cleaned up after job was completed. Very personable as well.

We had plumbing and HVAC work done today. We cannot say enough about this company. We had Jake who did the plumbing and Colin and Zach who did the HVAC work. They are all professional, pleasant and thorough with the work they do. They treat your home with respect and are very careful when doing their work. They all went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work they did. Their work and kindness is exceptional and we highly recommend this company.

All t he work done by Jake and his coworkers to install my new tankless water heater we're great. Definitely very pleased with the water heather that was installed. And how quickly they completed the work and cleanup,
and removable of the old hot water tank. We're definitely calll Pauls plumbing for any other plumbing help that might be needed.

Our rainhead shower snapped off the pipe. We didn’t see a leak, but overnight, IT LEAKED into our first floor. I called the office first thing and they gave us a window period of 4hrs which was perfectly fine as my husband shut off the main water valve. The 2 crew members came within an hour of us calling. They fixed the broken pipe and unbeknownst to me they told my husband that our shower head was too heavy for our pipe. The guys were very professional and the service was VERY reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again. Prompt! Great service! THANK YOU!

Yesterday, Harrison W at Paul the plumber Came to give us a couple of quotes and see what we needed. He ended up replacing a very corroded shut off valve that we needed. He was great and very professional and courteous. I would recommend Paul The Plumber any day.. Thank you all so much
