My husband set up for another plumbing company to come fix a leak with a toilet. They never showed and wouldn’t return my calls. I found Phil through his amazing reviews! I am so glad to called. He squeezed me into his day as soon as heard how awful the other company was. He fixed the problem fairly. By fairly he could have just replaced the toilet because we thought that was the issue, but instead he investigated the leak and saved us money (we didn’t need an entirely new toilet!) He also took a quick look at the leak in my master bathroom and fixed it with no issue. He was very knowledgeable and nice to speak with. Very kind person!

Andrew was probably one of the most honest technicians in Plummer I’ve ever used did an amazing job. The aesthetics were amazing and I referred him to all my family and friends.

Great experience with Andrew! My parents' condo had some leaking coming from the unit over and Andrew got to the root of the problem in a timely manner and addressed the issues! He also fixed their leaky toilet while he was there! Thanks a bunch

Had a leak into the basement from a sink above and Andrew was booked but made the time to come out and address it. We got lucky it was a loose connection. We also had a wax ring on a toilet that he replaced. 45 minutes in and out. Great communication, reasonable pricing and takes the time to explain. Good dude. would highly recommend

Called when he said he would, came when he said, and was honest! Took one look, recommended someone else and didn't charge us! Even when I offered...

He came right over and fixed the problem with my furnace. Rymes couldn't figure it out even after 3 visits! He was very reasonable and polite!

We used Wheeler for a couple of years to close our cabin, but this year he hasn't responded to phone calls at all, and his voicemail is full. Is he still in business?

Used him once, fixed a pipe that started leaking again shortly after being “fixed”. Attempted to contact him numerous times by leaving voice mail messages and texts, never responded.

Poor customer service and quality of work is seriously lacking!

Had a bad service from another company causing exhaust and CO to come into the house. I called Wheeler and had a service at 7 PM on Saturday so I could have heat back in my house. Service was fantastic and thorough. Will call Wheeler from now on for all my plumbing and heating needs.

We have used Dave several times in the past year, and we are thrilled to have found a plumber on whom we can rely. He is knowledgeable and responsive. We will continue to use him.

DTP came to my house to unplug the sewer line from my house to the septic tank that was causing backup into my basement. Technician reached the blockage and couldn’t go any farther (20’). The tech ran the snake twice with the same result. Packed up his snake and charged me $650 for finding a blockage with out clearing it. DTP should not advertise they clear drain lines if they don’t know how to.

Jay did a great job installing my kitchen faucet and two shut off valves. He worked efficiently and took care of the job quickly.

Absolutely the best. A bigger company quoted me an arm and a leg for a plumbing job that Jay fixed for less than half the price. He is a lifesaver. Fast, thorough, honest, flexible, and fair... went above and beyond to fit me into a busy schedule so I could have my shower back. When I had an unrelated issue soon after due to previous owner's shoddy construction, I called Jay in a panic, and he came out to fix it for no charge. Also on all occasions, he has explained things in a way that I can actually see and understand, unlike the bigger company that just left me feeling more confused. If you want an experienced plumber with all the expertise who you can trust and can afford... you don't need to shop any further. JMS is the best you will find, and you'll be happy and relieved with the quality, speed, and price of the work you receive. Repaired leaking pipe connection at water main / water meter entry point in the house, added supports and shutoffs to prevent future issues and simplify maintenance. Fast, professional service with no mess.

Last night we noticed a strange smell coming from our kitchen, turns out that our disposal was leaking and the water was hitting some of the electrical. I called Jay around 8:30 am, he called me right back, we talked through the issue and he informed me that he could swing by after he wrapped up the service call he was on.

Service call went a little longer than he expected and he was very proactive communicating with me his timeline, he asked me to take pictures of my disposal system so he could pick up a replacement on his way.

Once he got here he showed me how rusted the disposal was at the top of the unit and he actually had to cut the unit out. Again very pro-active in communication and he was done in 90 minutes. We now have a working sink and dishwasher, and he's getting us in touch with an electrician to take care of that piece.

Overall amazing experience and I would recommend JMS to EVERYONE.

Jay explained what the repair would consist of and got it all within a half hour. New faucet fits up up against the house much better than the old one. Would not hesitate to use again. Thanks Jay!

Our hot water system unexpectedly failed this week, needing replacement. We called several businesses, trying to find just one that could come out to replace it before next week, as we had no hot water. None could. We found Jay's number online, called him and he came out the same day to check the system. The following day, he returned and replaced the whole hot water system. His work is meticulous and reasonably priced. His promptness and professionalism earns him a 5 star! We highly recommend him.
