They have come out and solved problems very quickly that others could not. I have used them on several occasions now and will continue to use them. Great guys and I highly recommend them. Luco has accommodated me a few times within a day or two of me calling with hot water issues. Others wanted to tell me that there would be an emergency call charge since they were so busy. I know these guys are very busy and moved things around with their own schedule to help us out. Top notch customer service on top of the great work.

Cory has been outstanding. He’s very persistent in getting what he starts finished, and having a patient attitude while encountering challenges along the way. If you need a plumber for smaller or bigger jobs, know that he handled my whole list of plumbing problems! Strong recommendation.

Excellent and trustworthy plumbing company. We've had Luis and Cory in for a range of projects-- from adding a basement bathroom, to smaller items like replacing a faucet and fixing a leak. They are flexible, prompt, very good at their work, and extremely courteous. Can't recommend enough!

On April 2 of this year, Derek Brown said he would do work for me as a general contractor .. my stipulation was that I was paying him $100 an hour and he agreed to those terms and conditions +30% over for his materials. Now all of a sudden he has relinquished his good word and sent me an invoice for 5400 and I told him to pound sand. he is not a man of his word nor should he be trusted with doing plumbing in your house as I have seen multiple other reviews where he has done substandard work from plumbers in the greater New Hampshire area. Stay away from this old man because he will lie to your face and then say everything is good and waste your time. This means that I now have to hire another plumber. This man’s word is junk don’t trust him.

He is a fantastic man and a great worker. He was here today for 3 hours . He dug around my well by hand about 4 feet down and replaced about 5 feet of casing . Other Companies wanted to replace my complete well . I would recommend him any day

Needed help in a hurry, and he was there to help. He actually tried to help me fix it myself before he came out. Many points for that.
He spent way too much time helping me understand the possible issues, and although I thought I needed a well pump, his debug convinced me otherwise.
After all was said and done, just charged me for a service call, and all is..... well.

We had our water run out on a Saturday morning, and after leaving a message with Andrew Stevens, we got a call back within 15 minutes. He came out and started work a half our later, and quickly diagnosed the issue, explaining in detail and demonstration what went wrong and what needed to be replaced. Very personable and prompt. Rates were also amazing, as I would imagine a Saturday call would normally be billed at a higher rate.

Being relatively new to the area, I was referred to Stevens Well and Pump by a local colleague who had used their services before. I called and left a message. I got a return call within 15 minutes and we made plans to meet to review my problem within a few hours.

He came out, diagnosed my problem from the indoors out to the well - with me by his side explaining everything to me. Concluded the problem was down in the well. He had the equipment to pull the pump out with him - which was over 400 feet deep.The well pump was shot. He promptly went to Concord to buy a replacement plus electrical wiring which we replaced as well.

In summary, he got to me quickly when I needed help, resolved my problem at a fair price – all on a Friday going into a holiday weekend.

Hope I never have to call him again, but will be the first if I have an issue with my well equipment.

Jeff was awesome. very courteous professional, very neat work. He was right on time. Most definitely keeping him in my contacts for next home project. Will recommend to all family and friends. More than happy with his service.

This was our second time, the first time they failed to take out the old hot water heater, leaving it for elderly parents to deal with. The second time the elderly parents called the tech called back stating that he was going to be late or not showing up at all due to a restaurant calling and wanting the first appointment which was ours. They felt getting the bigger $$ justified to push the appointment to another day from a client who had scheduled a day before. We asked them if they are wearing a face mask(due to the pandemic), and the tech refused to wear one even if we provided one that was sealed. We have three high risk people living in this house and the excuse of anxiety doesn't cut it right now. If you are unable to do your work safety and you are entering multiple homes a day you could easily spread the virus to many homes and risk killing your clients especially the elderly! You are supposed to be a plumber which often times have to work in tight areas, the excuse of anxiety of having a face mask does not work. The appointment was canceled as soon as he refused to take safety precautions.

I had a leaking T and P valve. They said I needed to replace my pressure tank and bunch of other pipes. Quoted me $1900. When I asked them to break down the parts and labor he refused. I got a second opinion and ended up spending $150 to replace a valve and the parts On Demand told me I needed to replace are all still working. They are not honest about their rates, they didn't properly diagnose the problem and would have completely over charge me by $1000 to replace things that do not need to be replaced. Do NOT trust On Demand!

We paid over 10k for plumbing work and a filter to be put in in our business and it was never put in which was paid for and he left a line sticking out of the wall and never fixed it. We pre paid him out of good faith getting the work done and as soon as we paid him he stopped answering and didn’t finish the work.

My central air stopped working on a Thursday evening. My neighbor recommended these guys. I called on Friday morning requesting a Monday appointment. The tech came first thing and was great! I anticipated an expensive fix and it ended up being a quick wire repair for $107. I was very pleased and the gentleman who came to the house was very professional and friendly.

David and Alex did a great job replacing our 22 year old boiler. He is a local straight talking and dealing plumber. No pressure sales approach and very responsive. We felt very pleased with doing business with an independent and local professional.

I’m so grateful that Dave and Alex were recommended to me for my plumbing issues. I had already been given 3 estimates for a new boiler that were outrageous from two different companies. After having Dave come over to assess the situation the same night I called without being charged for an emergency call was amazing! He didn’t try to over sell me or over price the job. He asked me what I wanted and told me what my options were. After allowing me to think about what I wanted to do, he followed up with me two days later. There was no pressure from him to do the job immediately however when I had made my decision he was at my house 2 days later with everything he needed to get the job done. He walked me through the entire process explaining to me what and why he did what he did. After the job was done he again followed up with a text and phone call to see how everything was going. Four days later I had a different issue only at 7:00 at night his son Alex came over to assess the new issue. He communicated what he thought the next step would be and made it happen within 2 days. I could not be more impressed or satisfied with both outcomes. I was told that no matter the time or day, if I ever had any problems to call him and he would be over. He didn’t charge me for coming over to look at the issue nor did I have to sign up for a membership to avoid emergency charges. You can tell that they really care about their clients and want to do a great job for them. As a single woman owning a house, it can be overwhelming, Dave and Alex made me feel 100% supported and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge in this department. I will 100% refer to them for any plumbing needs to any of my friends and family. Thank you both for your hard work and dedication to your work.

Dave has come to my house four times over the course of seven years for various toilet, water heater, and furnace needs. He is incredibly communicative, efficient, and transparent.

He replaced my water heater and the cost was significantly less than I estimated when researching what to expect.

The two separate furnace visits ended up being problems due to my lack of knowledge and not actual mechanical issues. He was courteous and thoughtful in his explanations to help me understand what was happening and how I can prevent them in the future.

I highly recommend working with them for plumbing and heating needs.

He does amazing work and has saved me three times from sure destruction and a lot of costs in damages due to his fast response time. I would highly recommend him.
