Trevor came out to check on a faulty tankless water heater. He took time to go over the whole system and talked through the options for fixing/replacing. I opted for replacement and he was able to schedule it for the very next week. He was prompt, professional, and his price was much more reasonable than previous service/quotes I've received from a larger home service company. I highly recommend All-Star Plumbing and Heating!

Highly recommend St. Pierre Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. Our issue was resolved a mere 2 hours after making my initial phone call! DJ did a fantastic job. Luckily all it required was a snake but he was very clear on how he was going to tackle our clogged kitchen sink and next steps required if his original plan didn’t work. I will most definitely be contacting St. Pierre in the future for our plumbing needs.

DJ did a great job! He replaced our inline house water filter that was leaking. Prices are fair. I will be calling DJ for more projects! Very happy!

DJ helped me with a pipe clog at my home in Meredith while I had guests staying and was in a pinch. He responded promptly and arrived exactly when he said he would! We finally have working drains again! After dealing with persistent plumbing issues, we had D.J. with St. Pierre come out to take a look. He was professional, identified the root of the clog quickly, and got everything flowing perfectly. Truly a relief to have this fixed properly. Highly recommend their services

From the start, they had great communication about booking, confirmation, and when they were on their way. When DJ arrived, he was very polite and professional. He discussed we he suspected the problem to be, and what he would do to trouble shoot, even explaining potential next steps. He was very thorough, cleaned up every bit of space he worked in, and pricing was fair. I won't hesitate to call them again if needed. Thank you!

After trying to unclog my toilet, and failing. I started to see some water seepage around the base. I called a few places and St Pierre was the first to get back to me, not only were they quick to respond to my request they quoted a fair price. I made the appointment and was kept informed throughout the process. DJ arrived and quickly got to work checking to see if the clog was still there and then replacing the wax ring. He was wonderful throughout the work. When I got the total I was impressed as they were half of what others were charging sight unseen.

Edit: Alas, the toilet was not fixed in the initial visit due to an unforeseen crack in the base. This was where St. Pierre went above and beyond, They asked us if we wanted to provide a new toilet or have them provide it. They proceeded to do the installation of the new toilet as part of the warranty on Parts and Labor. Once again DJ was a Pro doing everything possible to ensure that New Install was 100% before leaving.

I will be using St. Pierre for all of my plumbing needs.

Step by step; it was easy to book and they came the next day. DJ was attentive and knowledgeable and assessed the problem quickly and gave us an estimate. We agreed to proceed and he gathered needed items and began work immediately. We have a dirty, cobweb-filled crawl space that requires you be on your hands and knees the whole time where the piping needed to be replaced and he went to it without any hesitancy. The final product, the work he did, replacing and installing as needed, is excellent. Within 2 to 3 hours he was done. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't outrageously expensive either. It was probably mid-range, but the work is excellent so I suppose it is unreasonable to hope that it would be an extreme bargain at the same time. I'd use them again and recommend them for quality work.

I was charged $850 to be told that they can't help me. Not a great experience.

Had Eastern Pipe Service do a pipe lining service on our sewer pipe out to the street, which was getting clogged all the time the pipe was in bad shape there were lots of roots in it and it was about a 65’ run. Alex and Joe were the operators that did the job very pleasant to deal with and professional. They completely cleaned out the pipe and did the lining service which came out great. I’m very satisfied with the project took about six hours and I have a complete video of the pipe from beginning to end after it was finished and it looks great, nice and clear. Not all pipes are candidates for this type of service and I didn’t think ours would be, but it came out fine and less than half the cost of traditional pipe repair. I highly recommend them. They installed new piping that connected two commercial buildings and a house to the towns sewersystem . Worked late untill finished.

When I needed my Septic tank cleaned out, they took care of everything while I was at work. Super convenient.

Absolutely terrible service. Technician was sanding and plowing instead of coming to our scheduled appointment without any notice to us. Showed up two hours late, sat in their work van for over ten minutes, when my husband went out to his van to let him know which entrance to come to when he was ready, he was completely ignored. Then when the technician came out we asked what the deal was for this whole situation and asked if it was a problem? We of course said yes as we were assured this appointment was not in conflict with anything he may have had off company books. He then turned around and got in his van and left. The company offered zero assurance of rectifying the situation and said the same technician has a very slight possibility of coming back but is pretty busy. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone. Absolutely awful all around.

There plumber showed up 2 hours late. Then Sat in his truck in my driveway for a good 20 minutes. After confronting him about it and asking nicley why he wa so late hee stormed off and said he is leaving. Totally unprofessional in the way the treat customers, we called the office to complain and they didn't seem to care either. Told me they could send the same guy back another daily if we wanted

Nate made it very easy to schedule, he was very professional and personable. No pressure sales pitch, and he even showed up late in the evening to accommodate my schedule while providing a realistic quote. Nate's crew showed up the day of the job to have our septic tank replaced, on time, all with a positive attitude and knowledgeable, giving me the confidence that we chose the right company. They worked very hard (even through bad weather) and never stopped being friendly and all the while keeping me updated as the job progressed. After the job was completed, Nate personally checked all the work, answering any questions, and making sure the yard was left in better condition than before they started.
