Today my wife was nearly forced into a guardrail trying to avoid being hit! Truck #163 off rt16 northbound taking the east Rochester exit around 2:35pm.
She saw him coming up the fast lane in her rear view mirror doing at least 90 in the fast lane, then he proceeded to cut across all three lanes which also had cars he cut in front of, and then cut her off as she was trying to exit rt.16 nearly missing the exit guard rail on his left! what kind of a person does that? Extremely dangerous and reckless! Considering the amount of complaints you have about your drivers as a company you should consider reviewing who you have behind the wheel.

If zero stars were an option, I would select it. We have been without heat for nearly two weeks during the coldest time of the year. Four different technicians were sent out, none of whom were able to diagnose the issue. On the fifth visit, a technician determined that a specific part was required.

We were informed that the part would arrive on Wednesday (today). This morning, we were told the part had arrived yesterday and that repairs would be completed today. Shortly after, we received another call stating that the part had not arrived and that service would be further delayed.

The lack of communication has been extremely poor, and it is frustrating that an HVAC company required five service visits to identify the problem. This experience has been unacceptable.

One of their drivers almost caused a fatal accident on the highway. Male in his 30s with bears and orangey lens sunglasses was coming off an exit onto 93. Driver was apparently impatient and cut across the lane so hard he hit the grassy median and popped up onto the highway, right behind me. He missed my rear bumper by inches. After riding the rear of my vehicle he cut off another vehicle after changing lanes and when the vehicle beeped he gave the driver the finger. Disturbing behavior from someone driving such a large truck. Reading their old reviews, this is obvious a very common issue with their company. Denron Halls statement is clear; we do not care about your life, and we are more than happy to put your life at risk in order to get to our destination slightly quicker.

Steve has been my plumber since 2010. He has always been very professional and responsive to my needs. Probably not the cheapest, but definitely among the best!

I had Einstein Plumbing & Heating do a bathroom for me and they scheduled us, came and had it done in 1 day. Very happy with their service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I used Einstein Plumbing for a few years; he was always reliable for the most part, then last month he assured me he'd be here to carry out two tasks--never showed up, never called. Has ignored me ever since. It floors me how any business owner can have such little regard for loyal customers. If this is a common practice, he won't be in business much longer. I do NOT recommend this plumber. Find someone reliable.

Steve is a very professional, customer-oriented service provider, very honest - and fun too. We've enjoyed his services for quite many years. He's the first and only we call if/when we have heating or AC issue

Stephen and his team are, by far, the best plumber professionals I've experienced. On time, reasonably priced, and available (emphasis on available!). No waiting for hours or days; Stephen and his team have been responsive and prompt (even on the occasional weekend that I've encountered plumbing needs). Highly recommend!

Steve was my plumber for years--always there when I needed him, did quality work for a reasonable rate. Then, a while back, I had him do a couple of little thi gs, one of which was to replace the cartridges in my upstairs bathroom taps. Long story short, he didn't do the new cartridge installation properly and I took the taps apart and reseated the cartridges myself a couple of weeks later.

At a later date, I tried to arrange with Steve a time to address a few other plumbing issues. I contacted him several times to set a date and time for the work to be done. The last time I texted him to ask if he'd found a place for me on his schedule, he replied with one word, "nope".

Needless to say, I now have another plumber.

Fulfill your continuing education requirements at you own pace and schedule. I've done this the last 4 years and will continue to do so. Application was processed and results were emailed very quickly, with hard copies arriving shortly after. No longer have to drive an hour or more to sit in a classroom and listen to war stories and sour grapes every year. I won't miss the lukewarm pizza and paper cups of soda one bit.

Jay and his team were great, came the same day I called and issue was fixed within a day, great communication. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Many other companies went to vmail. After I explained my need for someone to show me how to start the heat in my new house - natural gas was new to me - he was able to have one of his guys come by between jobs and show me. Phil was on time and knowledgeable about all my questions. They will be my go-to for pluming and heating.

Jay’s guys fixed problems that a previous company came in to address and didn’t fix properly. I still had water coming through my ceiling after the “other guys” did their work. After Jay came to take a look, he explained that it would be a big project to fix things and make everything right, but he was honest and thorough in his assessment. They cleaned up so well afterward that you’d have no idea how much work had been done. I was comfortable having them in my space and they were clean, thorough, and professional. Highly recommend.

We moved into a new home and unfortunately had to replace all plumbing, tanks and boiler due to age and wear. Jay and his amazing team answered the call and did an amazing job. Everyone we worked with from his team were knowledgeable, polite and extremely precise with everything. They were able to fit in additional last minute items and had the job completed ahead of schedule and with the epitome of professionalism. I highly recommend this amazing company. Jay keeps you updated on everything and is very upfront with what needs to be done while making everything esthetically pleasing. Do not hesitate to call them!
