Mike and the team at 603 were wonderful to work with. Our home was struck by lightning and they helped us install our new water heater. They were very responsive and communicated in a variety of ways. There were a few hiccups out of 603's control and they went above and beyond to make sure our water heater was installed with the highest of quality! We were appreciative of the extra communication they provided with our insurance company. They sent documents and helped clarify questions that were needed for the appraisal. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

603 Plumbing and Heating came to my rescue when the “big box store” failed to deliver and install a toilet as scheduled. I called Mike and he had one of his guys pick up the toilet that I had purchased, and they installed it that same day. Very pleased with the installation as well as the courtesy and professionalism of this company. I will definitely use them again!
I’ve learned my lesson and will give my business to a local company from now on. Live and learn!

Contacted Mike for my Daughter's salon in Franklin. The hot water tank was operational, but needed part (s) replaced to run normal. Both repair visits were on time as promised and he guaranteed his work by following up on the services. Mike was at our house with Mason to install the rough plumbing for a bathroom remodel. They were very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. They cleaned up after the work was done and charge a fair price. I would definitely call them again.

Great job--in and out--also very personable.

I guess he does ok unless you call him and expect the courtesy of a return call. He did work for me. I paid him promptly every time. Called him to check on sewer line that he worked on where they tenant said she noticed it leaking again. 5 calls. not one did he return.

It's hard to find a good, reliable plumber, and when are usual good reliable plumber was not available after four days without running hot water leading up to the Labor Day weekend we had to get it sorted. We called All-InOne on Saturday afternoon. We weren't expecting much but Tony (who was out of town) said he'd have someone at our home Tuesday morning by 9 am. We were thrilled when the job was COMPLETED by 9 am. Tony and his guys are spot on. They fixed what needed fixing, didn't add to the job, and charged a fair rate. We can now shower, wash dishes, do laundry etc., etc., all with the appropriate temperature water! Bliss! First world problems I know.

So what started out as a huge, you gotta be kidding me, had a happy ending thanks to All in One. We had a broken and leaking radiator valve.
The first place my husband found was insane. My husband will go with the first company he can find to do a repair.
Just for the service call alone the first company (NOT All in One) charged us $300 and then wanted a $985 flat rate for the repair. The service call alone was outrageous. And then we found out we were misled to believe the $300 would be deducted from the overall repair price. So it would have been a $1285 repair.
In steps me, who said screw that! I started making calls. I called three different companies. Third on the list of calls to answer and give me some quotes was All in One. The stars just lined up perfectly. The guy who answered was able to give me numbers right off the bat. He was hourly vs the other companies having a flat rate. And it turned out he already had a tech guy servicing our area, and for it to turn out to be our neighbor lol He had the tech guy hop over real quick to see what size of valve we needed and then had it brought up from Concord. About an hour later our valve was replaced and it only cost $200!!! The company is All In One Heating and Plumbing and I told him they will absolutely have our business in the future. 👍😎

Tony is simply the best. He is the epitome of outstanding service and is a master at his craft. Tony is reliable thorough and professional. We met Tony 8 years ago when our water pipe busted in the basement right after we moved in. It was on a weekend and late in the evening. We had never had a well before and had zero idea how to turn off the water. He walked my husband through the process over the phone to stop the massive spraying. Finding out we were new in town with 5 kids at home, he was at our door within 20 minutes to fix the problem. He has been our plumber ever since and helped us with ALOT of projects (replacing old pipes that froze and split with new PEX piping, installing new toilets and fixing old ones, installing a gas line for our new oven and installing a propane heater in the space above our garage, installing new lines to move our washer and dryer upstairs) We simply can’t say enough about his work ethic, honesty, and commitment to his trade. We highly recommend Tony and his team! You will not be dissappointed.

Very satisfied with the HW heater replacement that Ryan and John did last week. As a retired HVAC tech, I can say that they do high quality work and were courteous and respectful. Highly recommend them.

We inquired with several companies about installing a mini split heat/ac system for our house. RJK was one of the only companies to respond to our inquiry. Several other companies never even responded. I'm glad they didn't!! Ryan came out to give an estimate. no high pressure tactics, just took measurements and got back to us with a price. RJK was several thousand less than the other estimates we received for the exact same equipment.

They scheduled the job only a couple weeks out which was much sooner than we anticipated. Ryan let us know about a rebate on the system through our electric company which the other companies did not tell us about. The workmanship was clean, neat and no mess was left behind.
