I recently had the opportunity to have RJK Plumbing and Heating complete a project in my home. Ryan responded to my request for an estimate immediately and Ryan and John answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. The job was scheduled and completed professionally and as estimated. Open honest communication helped me understand what was being done and why. I recommend this family-owned local business and plan to use them again soon. Thank you RJK Plumbing and Heating.

To say I was a little bit stressed would be an understatement, to learn in early December of your failing heating system was a bit overwhelming. When other companies were estimating out til January, Ryan offered to come the next day. He was responsive, professional, understand, accommodating and made me a self proclaimed domestically challenged homeowner aware of everything that was going on and what needed to be done. He was even able to rearrange his schedule to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend Ryan and his team to anyone

Two excellent experiences using RJK. First, Installation of Split System Whole House AC & Heat Units. Ryan took the time to plan out the size and where the units should go to maximize peak efficiency for our home. Great staff, professional installation, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. We were so impressed with RJK (Ryan) we hired again him to run the underground gas pipeline from our Standby Generator to the Propane tank. Again, a flawless installation in the most brutally cold weather. RJK even arranged for the backhoe to be on site to perform all the necessary trench work for Ryan and the Electricians to run the power supply lines. Thank you Ryan, for everything you and your staff did to improve our home and quality of life.

Really happy with the work Prince did. He showed up on time, was professional, and got the job done quickly. Everything’s working great now, and he cleaned up afterward. Would definitely call them again if I need more plumbing work. 10/10

Prince recently installed a new heat pump hot water heater in our home. He met with us, made a sensible product suggestion and found a good exit point for condensate moisture, compensating for the lack of a basement floor drain. He coordinated with the town inspector and our electrician, moved the heater upright (safely), cut and capped the old lines from the aging boiler without affecting the boiler's other heating uses, performed his work under tight time constraints, and had it operating well within the same day he started.

He sourced the heat pump through a reputable supply house so we didn't have to worry about plastic parts substitutions by big box outlets. He deducted a $750 sustainable rebate from our bill, saving us the effort of applying for it ourselves and waiting and wondering if we would get it.

Highly recommended.

The Plumber, Prince was personable and very clear in Describing what repairs needed to be done and how much they would cost us. I was truly blessed to have Truly Blessed Plumbing come to replace my old propane combi boiler with the proper size for my house needs. Owner, Mr. Prince Collins, is wonderful to work with and does what I call, great art work. His installation is not just sound and functional but neat and beautiful. He's mindful of your property, neat, respectful and a non smoker. If you are looking for your plumbing needs be met; I'm leaving this review for you. Can't say enough good things.

Truly blessed plumbing and heating is a Godsent! Our water heater had broken down for a few months and while I was driving coming from work and there was the van in front of me. I called the number and they got back to me very quickly! Great great company. This is the best company ever, the tech/Prince was so kind and friendly. He did such an awesome job, fast service replacing my water heater for a great price. This company made me and my family very very happy with the service that he did for us. I will definitely use them in the future😊 because of such a great job that Prince did. As of now they are the ones we’re going to for Plumbing And Heating. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Prince took the time to figure out the problem, went out to the store for parts, and returned in the same afternoon to install them. I’m now enjoying hot water again. He even took off his shoes, which was very thoughtful, and he was very pleasant to work with. I will definitely call him with any future plumbing needs!

Prince is excellent! He was highly recommended to me by a coworker. He returned my call right away, he was kind and professional, showed up on time and fixed the problem efficiently.

The seller of my home, who did not ever live in the home, hired Snedeker to inspect and service the gas furnace before I moved in. My first morning (Saturday) I go to use the shower the water is ice cold. I called Snedeker and he told me to call someone else if I could because he was already at a job. He said that he probably wouldn’t be able to get to me, even tomorrow because he had other jobs to do. So I called another reputable business owner in Concord who came out immediately even though he was on another job, also. He said that whoever had done the inspection had definitely missed something. $450 (350 for parts, 100 for labor) later, I called Snedeker to inform him of the bill I had to pay due to him missing the problem. He told me that I didn’t give him enough time to come by and check it himself, even though he had told me to get someone else to do it if possible. So after following his instruction and pointing that out to him, he told me it was not his problem because he does not warranty his work. He said it is a one man operation and he apologized. I said that I would not be recommending his services to anyone going forward. He told me I was unreasonable, said “welcome to homeownership” and hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back only to be ignored. Snedeker is not only botching work, he is unprofessional and uncaring. It takes a lot for me to write something up but this had to be done. I’m out $450 now because of his mistake.

Steve took weeks to get back to us for the job. His invoice was more than double his original quote, and his work was less than appealing. He never pulled permits for the work; when we asked him to pull the permits retroactively, he said he would (never did) and then stopped answering our phone calls and texts. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
If you're looking for a professional, steer clear of this guy!

We had a water heater break and flood our basement on a late Sunday afternoon. Steve responded right away by phone to our situation and had a new like water heater to us by Monday at 830am. His techs were very personable, informative, and provided timely quality service. Thank you!

I've had Steve do a couple of jobs for me. Boiler tune up the first time and he was there when he said he would be there and the price was reasonable. Second time I had him extend the gas line to a new fire place insert. He showed up with permit in hand and started immediately.
I have recommended Steve to neighbors and all have had great things to say.

Steven and Tom are the best around. You can trust these guys to get you back up and running in no time, at a reasonable price! Steven replaced my hot water heater with short notice.

Came to fix something.. left and we have warm, not hot water in February and our heaters blow room temp air. Thanks guys, couple of hacks at this company

My furnace broke down and needed to be replaced during the coldest days of the year. The professionals at Beland and Snedeker responded quickly and did a great job getting us and running with a new furnace at a reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We recently hired Eric and his team to replace our ancient heating system. I have nothing but positive words to describe our experience. First off, we had gotten quotes from 5 different companies, just ensure we made an educated decision. Eric showed up exactly when he said he would to take a first look. He took his time and answered all of our questions. He submitted back an estimate the same day. His price was competitive with the others. However, he was the only company that continued to follow up. He checked back frequently, to see where we were at with our process. We took longer than normal, because of other projects we had going on to make a decision. He never pushed, but rather made me feel like he was staying engaged, and making sure we new he was ready when we were. I say this, because ALL of the other companies we had contacted, were very difficult to reach, and get information from. This tells me, he cares, and is truly dedicated to his customers. This matters to me moving forward. I am certain if issues were to arise down the road, he takes care of his customers. If you are on the fence of who to choose, I highly recommend Eric and Cooke Plumbing and Heating. On top of all of this, let me tell you his work is meticulous. I now have a work of art in my basement, I wish it were on display it is so cleanly installed, and works 100% better than my previous system. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Use them, you will not regret it!!!!

These guys came recommended and proved to be excellent. Non emergent service, tech (Trevor) showed up right on time, very personable, very knowledgeable. I won’t hesitate to call them in the future for any plumbing needs. I am a homeowner and small rental property owner in Rochester and they have all of my future business!
