I have used Jeff Daigle for years---7 years ago when built, recently when we added space and again at my wife's home as we get ready to rent. On zero to 10, give them a 15. Dave has done a lot of work here and at my wife's house and he is nothing short of a modern day McGiver (sp?)---they do it the right way. 1000pct recommend Jeff Daigle Plumbing

I have used Jeff Daigle Heating and plumbing for several things over the years. From replacing my outside water spickets, to clearing a nasty clog in my house piping. They have always been very prompt, responsive, professional. Most recently, I had them replace my aging furnace/boiler. The installation was very professional, the undid the previous rats nest of piping, and did a very neat job of things, everything was labeled. Class A work. We did have an issue with the system in the winters when it got really cold, but they came right away to address. After a few more no heat calls, things started to point to an issue with the new brand of burner that was used. After working with their tech support along with some other local complaints about the same brand of boiler, the decision was made by Jeff himself, and he contacted me and offered to replace the burner with a Rielo. ( a brand he has lot of experience with ) So they do great work, are prompt, and professional, and customer satisfaction is important to them. I came here to leave this review, and I read some of the few 1 star reviews, and there is no way we are talking about the same Jeff Daigle plumbing. I do know there is another Daigle plumbing out of Merrimack, so I think there is some confusion with them. Jeff Daigle plumbing in Hooksett is top notch, and I would highly recommend. Noah has been my tech for many of the visits, and he is of the same caliber. Very professional, and has a very high standard of work. I will try to append the picture of their installation.

I cannot say enough good things about Jeff Daigle Plumbing! From start to finish, Jeff and his team exceeded every expectation I had for our heating system installation.
We hired them in January of 2025 to install a Viessmann Gas Fired Boiler and Viessmann Vitocell 42 Gallon Indirect Water Heater, and the results have been absolutely phenomenal. The Viessmann equipment is top-tier, and the installation was flawless. Our home has never been more comfortable, and the efficiency is remarkable compared to our old system.
But what truly sets Jeff Daigle Plumbing apart is their incredible team. Dave, Zack, Noah, and Zach were consummate professionals throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our home with the utmost respect. The work area was kept clean, and they took the time to explain every step of the installation process to us.
The crew's expertise was evident in every detail. They handled the complex installation with precision and care, ensuring everything was done to code. His team also handled additional work I requested on the spot (Additional new thermostats). When they finished, they walked us through the new system's operation and answered all our questions with patience and clarity.

Mike and I have used Legendary Plumbing at least a few times now. The most recent adventure that we experienced requiring their service was a hot water heater that decided it had reached its end.

Jake and Brandon arrived with an initial thought of replacing our hot water heater with the same style that we had previously, but it ended up not being quite as straightforward due to certain circumstances of our older home. As a result, we needed to reevaluate our options. Brandon and Jake were SUPER professional and SUPER patient while we thought through our choices and made our decision. On top of that, once we made our decision to have an on demand system installed, Eric joined them and they bent over backwards to make sure they could get it done for us same day. They were so very efficient and when they left it was all cleaned up and looks so sleek and nice.

We are beyond satisfied with their service! We will use them again in the future and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing their services!

Excellent service every time. Legendary replaced my old furnace/boiler, then a leaky hot water tank, and most recently fixed a radiator — always quickly and professionally. Jake and Brandon are responsive, skilled, and conscientious. Oh, and reasonably priced (I did plenty of homework). Highly recommend.

Kevin hasn't even left the house yet or made the repair but I have to praise these guys for coming out for a semi-emergency that my usual high-priced company would not help with today because it was not lack of heat, or an outright leak.

No hot water on a Sunday? Kevin found the problem almost immediately and seems to have fixed it. If not, another part may be necessary, but I'm thinking it won't. Hot water is already flowing again.

Eric the owner was very nice and polite on the phone and I would not hesitate to call again.

Sorry, but I was told I needed a pricier new faucet, and a very pricey water heater replacement. Then, I did not get return calls in a timely manner (despite daily kitchen floods). When I did get a return call with an appointment window (a WEEK later), no one showed. I had to call AGAIN at 6pm to find out what happened. I would think that if you were not going to make a 2pm appointment, you would know that at 2pm and you would contact your customer. We called D.E. Roy and were serviced immediately for $2,000 LESS. We just needed to repair the faucet seal, and replace the gauge on existing water heater. If you want a successful business, you need to be honest and upfront with your customers - return calls in a timely manner and discuss solution options vs recommending very expensive services that might not be NEEDED.

Unethical. They go to open houses and put their sticker on top of the sticker of the company that actually installed the equipment. If they do that, imagine what corners they cut when doing real work.

Recently, I had a water leak on a Sunday evening. No other plumbing companies in the area would help me and I was extremely concerned as a first time homeowner. Eric answered my call by the second phone ring and was at my home within the hour for something that may not be an emergency to an expert but was an emergency to me. He put my mind at ease and prioritized addressing my concerns. He followed up quickly the next day and went above and beyond to fix the problem! He also recently replaced my pipes as a preventative measure as they were on the verge of causing a flood in my basement. I am very impressed by Eric's professionalism, responsiveness, quality of work, and expertise. I will definitely use A+ plumbing for any future needs and you should too!
